Where do I begin with this review? My kids have been seeing Dr. Seru and the rest of the North Seatrle Pediatrics team for nearly 12 years. We started there when my son was a newborn and now his sister sees the team there too. My son had some health issues (jaundice that required billi light therapy) and Dr. Seru was so on top of it. My son also had a lot of ear infections/day care illness when he was a baby and it felt like we lived at Dr. Seru's office.

I have have always felt like my kids/family have always received such wonderful care. We have seen nearly every provider there and it has always been positive. We have always been either seen, triaged or called back when we've called. I cannot think of a time where we received anything less than caring, competent or thorough care. My kids look forward to seeing Seru and don't mind their shots anymore.

The nurses are so sweet, quick and efficient when giving immunizations. I consider myself rather particular with my kids' care working in the healthcare field and wouldn't go anywhere else. I always joke with my husband that Dr. Seru and her team have helped raise our kids(and continue to do so) and counsel us. I was a crying mess with my first and his health/feeding issues and I felt so cared for and listened to. Seriously, they are always there for us and our needs.

If your looking for a wonderful pediatrician, kind nurses and a place that you can call/email and get excellent care- North Seattle Pediatrics is your place. I am dreading the day when my kids age out and have to see an adult provider. I know that choosing a pediatrician is a challenging task before having your first baby. I met with a few before settling on Dr. Seru.

I know, I was that mom. However, it's such an important/long term relationship to have as the Pediatrician helps guide you throughout their sickest and hardest days. I am so so happy we chose Seru and her team and couldn't be happier with the care we've received over the years.

The receptionists there talk down to you and when you try and call them they put you on hold forever. The nurses are not friendly with the kids. The last time I was there the nurse acted like she was disgusted of my children and they were going to give her a disease. She constantly kept yelling at them while we were waiting over 45min to be seen. Dr Kelso isn't a good pediatrician and I wouldn't recommend anyone with kids to let them care for your childerens health. They are only about money and not your childerens health.

They are not children friendly! And The receptionists are extremely RUDE. They are money hungry they charge you if you call after hours to speak to a nurse or if you are late for an appointment. The nurses were on another level. They were rude and staring at my kids because they were moving around in the waiting room. And they had us waiting for over 45minutes.

And expected little toddlers to just site like adults. My experience with this clinic was horrible. As a mother of 3 kids and coming into the doctors with sick children. I expected them to Relieve my stress, they actually gave me severe stress because they were so annoyed of children and it's a pediatricians office. I wouldn't recommend any families to come here!

Dr. Fillipo is amazing. Like on every level. I cannot stress enough the level of care he provides. He's well experienced, up-to-date, and incredibly skilled. He has been our pediatrician since our daughter was 3 days old. We have seen other pediatricians and he's the only one who makes me as a mom feel heard and understood, like he genuinely cares for my daughter, and I don't walk away second guessing his treatment like I have with other providers.

When he's not been available for urgent appointments, the providers we have seen have been really great, always taking the time to really listen and explain. Couldn't ask for a better place to take my daughter.

The experienced doctors and personal care we receive when we bring our children is unparalleled. The staff is always attentive and friendly. They know our children before having to read a chart. We highly recommend.

I'm really happy with this office. The doctors are great, staff is accommodating, and they can usually always get you in same day if it's urgent. Nurses are really good about calling you back right away if you have any questions or concerns.

Love Dr. Grimm! She was my doctor as an adolescent, and now she is my 6 yr. old's doctor soon to be my newborn's. She is compassionate and becomes like a favorite aunt! We love her to pieces!
