I have been coming to CAAC for years now. The care I have received has always been top notch. You and your staff are wonderful my case is not always straight forward due to many complicating factors but you have always been able to listen, be patient with me (extra credit for that), and in doing so have been able to find solutions to help me feel better!

I have gone to CAAC since 2017. They have been absolutely amazing. All of the medical assistants and nurses are really nice and Dr.'s are phenomenal. Dr.'s ask intelligent questions that lead to resolving issues. They truly listen to their patients. Dr. Ghory was able to resolve a 20 year mystery on how to treat my asthma and was able to get me under control where no other allergist or pulmonologist has been able to resolve the problem. Always will be thankful to them.

Surprise billing. Were told one thing in the start and then we suddenly received bills for in the thousand for two of us. Previous allergy doctors for shots from two previous locations didn't charge a third of what they did here. In essence a surprise sticker shock. Will never go back there again. We were paying way over what should be with full coverage insurance. We normally payed 10 a shot, but here it ended up being 40. We learned to get it in writing before starting shots again in this area.

I am a new patient. Had an appointment with Dr. Patricia Ghory. From the time I entered the medical office building, I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff. The nurses were very caring & explained the procedure I was about to have with great detail, openness & warm demeanor. Dr Ghory spent a long time with me, explaining various options to my problem. She has an excellent bedside approach & had a great way of making the patient be at ease. I would definitely recommend this place!

Overpriced for the service provided. I did price comparison and their test costs are quite a bit higher than others. Several hidden charges that were not disclosed including a significant standard new patient office visit fee of $350 visit after a lapse despite having gone to the clinic since I was 5. Charged for multiple tests when I only agreed to one allergy test. Charged $110 for a peak flow reading when that was always just part of their service like a blood pressure reading.
Total sticker shock when I got the bill and if they'd been upfront about it I wouldn't have scheduled an appointment. I called billing and they apologized and sent me an adjusted bill. Then, they called back and said Dr Ghory would not allow any of her services to be adjusted despite the poor communication. So now they are retracting the adjusted bill they sent me. Such a mess. The shining spot was the billing person was kind and understanding.
