Desert Plastic Surgery provides the latest plastic surgery procedures. Common cosmetic procedures include breast augmentation, breast reduction, liposuction, tummy tuck, arm lift, and leg lift surgery, as well as facial rejuvenation procedures such as face lift, neck lift, eye lift and brow lift surgery. We also offer non-surgical options such as Botox and Dermal fillers. All staff takes the time to answer all questions and especially Dr. Pierce will take the time to answer all concerns of the patient and reassure you.

We regret that we will no longer be accepting insurance patients. If you are a current patient, we will continue to see you but we will not be accepting any new insurance patients. This was a difficult decision but after 24 years of dwindling reimbursement and unethical tactics of non payment by the insurance companies, we have decided to focus on the cosmetic side of our practice.
The neck lift, or platysmaplasty, is a procedure that is designed to tighten the neck through an incision just behind the chin. It is best for patients with neck laxity without jowling and may be coupled with neck liposuction. The procedure does not actually remove excess skin, and so it works best in patients who retain some elasticity in the neck skin (ideally patients in their 30s or 40s). As we age, unsightly wrinkle lines may appear on the forehead and frown lines between the brows can make us look angry or "too serious."
Many women are concerned that their implants are causing or contributing to health problems (breast implant illness or BII). While this process is not well understood, many women request implant removal (explant) and removal of the scar tissue capsule around their implants (capsulectomy). Unfortunately, there is no specific study to determine if implants are the source of symptoms.

There are not enough words to express the level of comfort and peace I have felt with Dr. Pierce and Christina. Dr. Pierce is just so gentle and kind. He has a skill set like no other. Christina is a true gem. She has the best, most positive attitude and is always there for you. And you can't forget about Mike. Anytime you walk in the office his smile just lights up the place. It was really important for me to find a surgeon that was empathetic, and had a supportive staff eager to help me through the process of my explant surgery. With Dr. Pierce, you'll get all this and more. My result ended up being better than I could have ever hoped for and I'm FEELING better and better every single day. I was referred to Dr. Pierce by my naturopath. From the first time I called my experience was phenomenal. Christina, Dr. Pierce's wife, was in communication with me from the beginning. She made me feel well taken care of and like I could reach either of them at any point during the process. On my first visit Mike greeted me in the waiting room with a huge smile that made me feel special and important.

My experience with Dr. Pierce, Christina and Mike was flawless, from the consult to the 6 week post op, in the office and the surgery center! They truly treat you like family. Christina is a text or call away to answer any question or concerns. My surgery itself went smooth and I always felt comfortable. Visited Dr Pierces office in September of last year after having a very detailed and comfortable conversation with Christina over the phone first. They were able to get me in promptly for a consult. I loved the ease of communication via text and email. I was hesitant to see a new plastic surgeon after having two augmentations by another PS. From the moment I met Dr Pierce and Christina in person, I knew I was in good hands.
I left my consult with all my questions answered and many options on how I could proceed with explant surgery. I ended up booking my surgery for the end of November that evening. The availability of surgery dates worked perfect with my work schedule. They even came in for my post op appointment on Thanksgiving day. I had very little pain following my surgery- he did such a wonderful job & really listened to the results I was looking for. It's been 7 weeks since my explant and I am beyond happy. My scars are minimal and are healing perfectly. I would highly recommend Dr Pierce!

Dr Pierce and his wife Christina are amazing people and Dr Pierce is a great surgeon! I first went to see Dr Pierce in October 2919 due to chronic health issues tied to breast implant illness. I was able to schedule my explant/removal that month and his fees are phenomenal! His wife Christina was so empathetic and understood exactly what I was going through.

What a fabulous, caring surgeon. From the first moment I met him (performing surgery on a friend after a double mastectomy years ago), I felt his compassion and caring nature. Ten years later, I had him perform a scar revision from cancer surgery on my nose, and a neck lift. He is a caring, precise, honest surgeon. I look like I did 10 years ago. There is no "Joan Rivers" effect, and I feel confident and happy. I highly recommend this caring, talented, honest surgeon.
