Seems like this companies billing department doesn't know how to bill insurance. I'm having the same issue as the majority of reviews. Saying my insurance was terminated which it wasn't ive have the same insirance for over 10 years and my insurance stated this was already included with all my other lab work that was submitted at the hospital and I shouldn't have received a bill. Looks like I'll be having to take legal actions if this gets thrown to collections while my account is on hold while they figure out how to do there jobs.

Received a bill month or so ago that said they didn't have my insurance on file-I called them and they DID have my insurance info and said they would bill them. I just received another bill from them with no insurance coverage still. I called them and got put on hold and hung up on so I reached out to my insurance who said I should've never received the bill from this company in the first place because it was already built in to my initial fee for the biopsy surgery with my doctor and has been paid.

I tried calling this company back to inform them so I don't get sent to collections and same thing again, billing department put me on hold and then hung up again. I will watch to see if they send me to collections-it's an $8,000 bill they are trying to collect on even though they've already been paid through insurance! Be careful!

Received a bill from these shady people on a day they weren't even open. NEVER even have been here! Gross! Taking care of through my insurance and placed a fraud alert on all my accounts!

Absolute DITTO to what Tackett wrote. My bill has 3 different companies on it (Not Aurora.) -- I call the service # and it goes to Aurora. and is unanswered. please leave a message. I did --- No call back. Do they make money off false claims - or enhanced services? I don't know the answer to that. but this isn't a company to do business with. Sad.

Never let your doctors send labwork to this facility. They sent us to collections after they were already paid by our insurance company - as a network provider. It is against the contract with the insurance company to do so. And they should lose their affiliations with any and all insurance companies. If I could post 0 stars, I would.

Do not use this lab. They are now billing me for labwork that has already been paid by my insurance. I have received bills from them for services during the last 11 months in the amount of $8,000. We just received all the bills this week and they can not tell me what it is for!

As far as I know, the provider's medical services are fine. Their billing practices are terrible. I have never had problems with a provider like I have with this one. Every single time, the medical biller codes the bills incorrectly causing my insurer to reject the bill and then the biller submits the entire bill to me and lies that the insurer processed the bill and denied payment.

I have had to call them numerous times to resubmit the bills. Now, the biller sent an account to collections because they admit they submitted the bill with incorrect account information causing my insurer to be unable to locate my account. The biller also refuses to pull my account from the collections agency until the insurer pays the bill in full even though they acknowledge the error was theirs alone. I will request my doctors and hospitals in the future to use another pathologist because this is so wrong. LMC needs to find a different billing service.

Pray your Doctor does not use Lab Medicine Consultants. They can't prepare a proper bill and your insurance won't pay. Then YOU will be sent to collections because you cannot fix their own errors. They don't seem to know how to get the proper info from your doctor or hospital, nor how to follow up and send a proper bill to your insurance. You then, must spend many frustrating hours trying to fix their screw up. Good Luck. Hey anyone interested in opening a Lab in Las Vegas? We could use one with competence and integrity.
