First off this is the nastiest, dirtiest hospital. Sure if you come in the front where it's been remodeled it looks nice, once you get further in the worse it gets. Good luck finding a doctor, all you get to see are interns with NO supervision. 4 different times I was prescribed medication that I am allergic to(stated on my chart)one pill would have had a fatal outcome if I wouldn't have caught it. Nurses apparently received their degrees online, lacking compassion and knowledge.

There are some really good employees in respiratory (Kevin and Sharon who work tirelessly through the night). Also the aids and housekeeping as well as transportation are all excellant employees. I doubt that they will stay long. The hospital is 2 blocks from my house and if I have the need in the future, I will go anywhere besides this place!

Worst place ever! Lady at check-in is extremely rude and could possibly be a liability to this hospital. What I just seen her do to a patient was she should lose her job for. Patient came in with history of heart problems and having chest pain and looked not so good. The front desk never called back this patient 40 mins in but calls 4 other people with, I would say less of a emergency (Yes everyone can hear everything you say at check in).

After awhile patient went to window to ask how much longer. I felt so bad that this front desk person treated this patient this way and smiled in her face and told her "Everyone is having chest pains here and they are worse". From my observation and sitting here with my mom past two hours and hearing everyone's reason for visit, No nobody else was there for chest pains.

I don't know this ER protocol for triaging patients with history of heart complications and chest pains that this young lady complained about coming in but they could have at least took vitals and EKG. They did nothing because the front lady was rude to patient and the patient ultimately left looking defeated. Awful Awful Awful

Compared to every other hospital experience in my life, the staff at Valley made me feel like royalty. Martha, Dave, Cassie, Jordan, Karolina, Sarah, & Dr. Houston were amazing. I cannot say thank you enough. I hope I don't have to see you for a while but it doesn't mean I don't appreciate you.

I wouldn't take a sick cat to this abysmal place they call a hospital. My mother had to go there for a medical reason and when we arrived at the front they wouldn't let either myself or my father in with her. When we pleaded, they ended up calling the cops who informed us they would arrest us if we didn't leave. They wouldn't give us any updates on her condition until she called us herself.

Truly convinced everyone here got their "license" online as they had a collective room temperature IQ between the lot. Don't go here unless this is where you're wanting to die. ALONE.

Horrible place to go to with a spouse. It took an act of congress to get past the screening lady. I brought my husband here in severe pain and she wouldn't let me in with him. Then my husband told the front desk we're gonna go to another hospital and they let me in. Then they took him in the back and wouldn't let me in. Then after all of his tests a nurse said I can come in.

I went in and another nurse kicked me out. They are just here to collect money, not care about the loved one's that give patients peace of mind. Go to UMC or Mountain View. STAY AWAY!

I came here after my wife was admitted and they refused my ability to see her. I called multiple times and they kept hanging up on me. All I wanted to do was see her and make sure she was okay. After asking for a manager, they decided to call police on me for calling too often. As an American, tax paying citizen, I should be able to see my own wife without being chased off by security.

The front desk lady was the rudest lady I've ever met and had no compassion for the fact I needed to see my wife. If you have someone that needs to go to the hospital, pray to God that they don't end up here. They don't care about people or their residents.

Visiting from Florida and this is the most awful ER I've ever been to.they only let one person in but then they are not setup for people who have to wait.they have no outside sitting area and god forbid you lean against the window outside.they beat on it like you're supposed to know what that means and then send security out like you've committed a crime against their dusty windows. I only gave one star because I had too. I would probably die than have to EVER come back here!
