I have nothing but praise for Dr. Tubbs, Np. Dodder, and the rest of the staff! They always act in a kind, professional manner and I am glad to receive care from them. Although the time I wait to enter my appointments can vary sometimes, they are very busy since babies are born when they want to. Thank you so much for taking care of me!

I have had nothing but great care by nurse practitioner Virginia. She is kind caring and very attentive and you know she GENUINELY cares about you! The receptionist Julie however is horrible. She hung up on my while I was 9 months pregnant and hysterical. I have had a miserable 3rd trimester and have had a lot of issues that I felt needed to be dealt with.

She is not empathetic at all. She is rude and condescending. This is the second experience I have had with her that I was absolutely appalled. The actual staff that cares for the patients are amazing. The receptionists are a serious joke. She acts like she is the doctor and knows what's best for me and my unborn baby. All I wanted was to speak to an ACTUAL doctor or nurse to go over my lab work I have been awaiting and she took it upon herself in the rudest way to tell me what I needed to do.

At this point I'm crying and ask her why is she being so rude and mean and she said " fine! I'll see what I can do" and quickly hung up on me! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! You are in the medical field talking to patients who are already hormonal and worried for their child and their own well being. I gave 2 stars because I LOVE Virginia and her staff! But if not for them I would not come back.

I have the worst experience with Karli Reul and Dr. Tubb. After various of request to Karli who is the Practice manager, she filed to fax me Proof of Timely Filing since I thought i had the same insurance from my employer, without realizing that they switch to Aethna. After being informed that united healthcare denied payment, I tried to resolved the issue by providing Karli with the correct insurance.

She not only refused to provide me with any documentation but reused to fax it to Athena. Thus brought a negative collection tradeline to my credit report. After expressing my frustration to the Doctor after requesting him to call me, he was clueless on the billing part. Therefore i had to file a compliant with both insurance due to breach of contract.

Its now been 2 years, 100 calls and 1 letter from doctor Tubb, instead of him trying to help resolved this, he asked me to go elsewhere without fixing the problem or providing me with documentation for him to get paid. Now thanks to Amber which took her seconds to email be this document for him to get paid, i'm praying for it to be removed from my credit.

If anyone would like bad customer service, lack of knowledge or support from a doctor allowing his staff to treat or be lazy, go here. I will never go back to a place that creates frustration, damages and care less about anyone.

Dr. Tubbs is really spot on with his Diagnosis. He very quickly but thoroughly addressed a medical issue I've been having for quite awhile and didn't even know I had and wouldn't have been able to communicate exactly my symptoms without any of that knowledge. It was such a relief to know I'm getting an issue taken care of that my initial appointment was for, as well, the full scope of my woman's healthcare is also being taken care of.

I love when a Doctor/Expert can truly help you connect the dots (within their specialty) that your struggling with and provide honest & quality treatment. Highly recommend Dr. Tubbs.

It has been an ok experience here with a few hiccups. I was a disappointed to have my practitioner, Ashely Bell, leave halfway through my pregnancy, it suddenly happened no notice was sent out. I've been with doctors office where they send a notice and keep you posted on what will happen next. That did not happen here. Ashely was amazing. Having a notification of weeks before instead of the day when you're trying to schedule your next appointment with her would been greatly appreciated.

But her leaving is beyond Dr. Tubbs control. The practitioner, Virginia Lenard, they reassigned me to Is absolutely wonderful! She is easy to talk to and seems very knowledgeable. When I talk about symptoms I have she knows exactly what it is. When I go in look forward to being seen by her. Even the ultrasound tech are wonderful and amazing. I did have one incident where communication fell through the cracks which was bothersome and frustrating.

For instance, I had some bacteria cells in my urine and needed further testing so more sample was sent off. But I was never informed of this until two weeks after the occurrence, when I came back for my two week check up. And they told me the further testing was fine and current urine sample was fine. But I was never told about my specimen and information being sent off else where. Seriously, I'm told two weeks after the fact.

What if the infection was serious and it went to my baby? As for the front desk folks they are completely separate, and lack friendly service. As well the communication is absolutely awful. I have gotten bills after the supposed Due date. For example billing statement says it's created on Jan.3. but the envelope is stamped it was mailed Jan. 15 and I get it at my home Jan. 19th and the due date is the 21th. Next, when I came in for my very first consultation (about 8 week pregnant). they said I could schedule to meet with Dr. Jack Tubbs any time during my pregnancy.

Obviously scheduling to meet with Dr. Tubbs several weeks out because he's very busy. But when I was scheduling all my 3rd trimester appointments, I asked to schedule with Dr. Tubbs one week earlier than they told me (which I scheduling 2 1/2 months ahead) the receptionist said no, I asked again and she came up with an excuse, then I got super stern with her telling her "BullShit" because I was told and guaranteed that I could schedule with him anytime during my pregnancy and i had been there for 4 months and had never seen him and and never asked.

Now I'm asking to schedule too meet with him in 2 1/2 months, and I'm asking to see him 3 weeks before my due date instead 2 weeks before my due date. I was wasn't asking to see him multiple times just the one time in my entire 8-9 months at the practice. I shouldn't have get angry, or justify a simple request for scheduling 2 1/2 months ahead to meet with the actual doc that runs the practice.

Her tone and shrewdness was the most discerning and frustrating part about the whole process. This is my very fist pregnancy ever and I have spoken with several close friends and family members that have had 2-3 kids and they think my experience there is beyond normal. Several friends even advised me to check out another practice (which is wish I had done) all in all I won't recommend Dr. Jack Tubbs office to anyone for their fist time pregnancy.

Maybe for a second or third pregnancy because the patients know what to except but not when it's all new to you and the actual doctor that runs the practice isn't even there.

I like the nurse practitioner that I see. However, I hate how you have to watch videos over and over advertising cosmetic procedures that the office offers while you are waiting to be called back. A large portion of your patients are either pregnant, post partum, etc and they have to be bombarded with advertising that basically tells them "their bodies are not good enough (or not the same as they used to be), so let our office make you think you need these costly cosmetic procedures so you'll be more attractive or desirable".

I feel like it preys on the many women already struggle with self esteem and body image when they are perhaps the most vulnerable. Females, since childhood, are already exposed to countless things in the media that create poor self image for many women, a doctor's office shouldn't be one of them.

April is very professional and understanding! This is a sensitive subject for most women so it takes a special person to do what she does-& she does it well! Highly recommend!

I'm so grateful for Dr. Tubbs, who delivered my daughter (Covid baby) with zero issues. I've seen NP Virginia Leonard for years as she guided me through normal well-woman visits, pregnancy and post-natal, and now through fertility questions. She is honest, compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional.

I love my normal practitioner April and I never have any issues with her or the other employees. However, Dr. Tubbs needs to learn some time management skills! I waited over an hour and a half from my appointment today. And I was not the only one that waited over 45 minutes.

I absolutely Love this place, the stuff and Dr Tubbs. I have been visiting them since Dr Tubbs delivered my daughter back in 2004 and still going back to them. He is very professional and always listen to me.

Dr. Tubbs is an excellent surgeon, in fact, among the best in his field. It is his caring, professional and patient approach, and the time that he takes to get to know his patients and address each of their concerns that puts him in that small, elite group of physicians who live up to their oath in the practice of medicine. As a physician, I highly recommend Dr. Tubbs to women of all ages for their gynecological and/or obstetric health needs.

This is not for the place itself. Just for the front desk lady who always has a bad freaking attitude. The front desk girl esmeralda or whatever has the worst attitude in the world. She doesn't ever seem like she wants to be at work and as the first face people see when they walk in, it's the most pathetic face. No smile, no greeting, and she never actually make you feel like you belong there. I've thought about changing my doctors office many of times because of her but I like my nurse practitioner and the ultra sound ladies.

Honestly the best obgyn place I've been to. The first time I went, they got me in right on time. Second time, it was about 15 mins past apt time, which I consider pretty standard for a busy office. I saw nurse practitioner Chessy (Apologies for likely misspelling her name), and she was very patient and reassuring. I had to get my iud changed and my anxiety was lvl 99.

I was on the brink of anxious tears and couldn't calm myself down, so she offered to reschedule the appointment and prescribe me some medication to help with my extreme anxiety to be used prior to the next procedure. That definitely helped, bringing my anxiety from a 10 to a 3 and making the procedure much more tolerable. Still hurt, but not nearly as bad as the first time I had it done at a different office.

Both the NP and the nurses assistant were very kind, patient, understanding, and reassuring. I never felt rushed and all my questions were answered thoroughly and without judgment. Would recommend for sure.

Dr. Tubbs and his associates are absolutely phenomenal. I have spent more time with the nurse practitioners who are warm, caring, knowledgeable and welcoming. It's a very nice, clean facility, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the times I have been here.

I absolutely love this office! The staff is always so nice when you walk in for an appointment and they work with you to get your future appointments set up! I always get a courtesy call the day before to remind me of my appointment. I believe is such a big help! My doctor is the best! She is super knowledgeable, sweet, and happy. She always has a big smile on her face and she's kept me so calm throughout my pregnancy.

She's been nothing but honest from the start and I'm so thankful for her and her team! Oh and the ultrasound techs are just as great! They explain any questions you have during the ultrasound and are just so nice! I highly recommend this office!

I absolutely loved my experience with Dr. Tubbs office. They delivered my daughter and I will continue to go to them as long as I live in the Springs. Before visiting their office I had some PTSD from previous OBGYN experiences but they have restored my trust in their practice. I particularly loved working with Virginia Leonard and Ariel. A lot of doctors offices are lacking in bedside manner, however that is certainly not the case at this office. Everyone there treats patients with the respect and care that they deserve. If you are looking for an outstanding OB's office in the Springs, look no further.

I absolutely love this office. Virginia, Dr. Tubbs and Debbie are exceptional providers and people. They helped me through infertility, high risk pregnancy, surgery and recovery with the best bedside manner and really made me feel at home. I look forward to my annual exams and I truly feel like I'm cared about and listened to. I will forever recommend them.
