I've worked at Harborview and I stayed there for over 2 weeks. Last night they asked me to work for them, and they refused to pay me. They said they would give me a gift card for working for them. Do not stay here. Kathy is one of the worst people I have ever worked for. I broke both my legs and had multiple surgeries. They told me if I have to sit down I might as well just go home.

Highly recommended. I travel for business and stay exclusively at the Harbor View for many reasons, mainly because of the staff. They treat me like family and value my business. Rates are very reasonable, the location is great, right on the water and several parks. The restaurant is very good and I like the convenience. Nice amenities. Not Great boutique hotel!

Very Nice visit. Staff was all friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and even got a lake view and did not request one. Thank You! The bathroom could use some updating. Bed and linens very comfortable. Cleaning staff was not entering room, so I left dirty linens outside door with a note for a couple of things I needed and clean ones and the requests were outside my door within the hour. Also, restaurant was staffed and food was in stock. That was a difficult thing to find in Port. No one had staff, finally went to the grocery store 1 night because I could not find anywhere to eat.

Beautiful area. Older hotel that shows some of its age. It was clean though. Faucet in bathroom dripped all night, AC unit fan ticked all night and had to be turned down to 62 degrees just to get it working. Some cracked drywall and spackling. Linens were clean, beds were decent, views were awesome as was location. Staff was nice. Toilet was tiny and I'm not a big guy. An elongated bowl would be nice to have installed.
Shower head ripped your skin off due to the pressure and limited settings on the adjustable head. Great location. We did not use the restaurant, bar, or pool/hot tub but they looked decent. If it was updated/repaired, it would have received 5 stars.
