It is very sad that a doctors office prioritizes money over patient well-being. After getting a positive COVID test I was unable to go to my appointment, and honestly too sick to even move. I finally called them a week later but saw a $150 missed appointment charge. After explaining to them the situation they have still told me "there is nothing they can do about It". It is very disappointing that during a pandemic a doctors office would not extend grace to patients, but instead charge them a ridiculous fee.

I was looking for a pcp to replace one that I had for years. She retired in late 2019. It been a difficult search. My sister recommended Dr Alex and for that I am forever grateful. Dr Alex is kind, engaging and, most importantly, thorough. The office was clean and the staff courteous. I'm looking forward to a smooth doctor patient relationship in the coming years.

Amazing facility! Top notch medical care at one location. From walking in the door the Office staff is welcoming and very helpful, to the ease of being seen by the physician. Love the convient text option right to my phone. Only place I will be going for my medical care.

Came here (due to its proximity to my job) for a annual checkup, I had made an appointment a day earlier and said they had availability with one of the doctors. So it was a gamble, and I had to fast for 6 hours (for blood work-which was hard) -but the checkup was really thorough. My primary care doctor stopped taking my insurance and I needed to be seen to make sure everything is up to par.

I met with the doctor, told him my issues, very knowledgeable-he ran several tests of my heart, examined my body and sent me upstairs to the lab for blood work. Within a day I had all the results. (Will go over with him asap.). It's never easy finding a new doctor, but I was happy with this doctor and place. Thank you for the professionalism.

I was delighted to schedule an appointment with Dr Braunstein. He has been my physician for many years. He knows me and my health issues. He explains everything carefully and makes it easy to understand. Overall.a pleasure.

Firstly the front desk staff of this facility are awesome. Dr Kini has been my primary care doctor for years, and as long as she is in my insurance network, I will keep her. She is very thorough, has great bedside manner, and caring. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Dr. Kini is very warm, caring and empathic. She takes time out of her busy schedule to meet with you and listen to your concerns. She has the best bed side manor.

The doctor I saw is completely unqualified. Just for a quick example, he ordered a HepB vaccine and told me I can get a shot at Duane Reade. DR then told me they don't do these shots and I have to book with the doctor first. Also, a month and a half after the visit they submitted a huge claim for labs that should have all been covered by insurance, but they submitted as out of networks.

The doctor is fine. But the communication system is terrible. You can't contact the doctor to discuss lab results from the first appointment without setting up another appointment (that you are charged for). My doctor does NOT do virtual appointments so I can't even meet with him (NOR can I speak to him on the phone) unless I go again in person just to ask one question.

I also tried to get a record of my flu shot for work and they don't e-mail anything. You have to either pick it up in person or have it faxed to you. Once I finally got a hold of the medical records office, I had to create a free fax number online. They sent the document but it did not have the required manufacturer or lot information which was needed for work.

When I called again, they said they couldn't fax it to me but only fax directly to my employer or I could pick it up in person which they said would be easier. I have a newborn at home and it is most certainly not easier for me to travel all the way back to their office to get a copy of my flu shot information. Their systems are terrible when it comes to trying to get MY information and ask SINGLE questions about my lab results.

They upload lab results to an online portal, but they can't upload proof of flu vaccination there. Contrast this with my wife and child's doctor's office, where everything is uploaded and it is easy to message the office and doctors with any questions. AND if I have a major conflict and need to cancel my ONLINE follow-up appointment--with a DIFFERENT doctor in what I'm certain could be a 3 MINUTE PHONE CALL--I get charged $150. AND I just tried to leave this review on their follow-up survey they have a CHARACTER COUNT limit of 1000 characters. So I can't even give them my full an honest opinion.

I rarely do reviews on doctors but i have to say, Dr. Alex was as caring as ever. I felt listen to and she addressed all my issues and concerns while making me feel calm and relaxed, and giving me suggestions on what i can do yo ease my symptoms while we wait for results, before we go freaking out. She is very caring and attentive. I highly recommend her as a physician. The staff at the clinic were all very nice. The best part of going to this office is that the labs are right there.
