Would have given this provider zero if I was able. Went to see a specialist due to my eye turning inwards & causing vision issues since I was a child. After interacting with an unfriendly technician, my eyes were dilated & I was asked to read letters without my prescription contacts & without the vision assistance I need to see the letters. After a short time of not being able to read the letters & the letters appearing blurry, I was told by the technician that it wasn't adding up & they were not sure why I couldn't read the letters (I was able to read the letters prior to dilation with my contacts in, but that didn't seem to matter.)She seemed aggravated with me.
When I finally saw the doctor, approx. 2 hours later, he was unable to give me any answers at all (and came up with a few wild ideas) and told me at first, that I would need to see an eye muscle specialist and then said to come back to him despite him having no idea what was wrong. No knowledge/unfriendly/doesn't listen to patient. **Follow-up--went to my daughters pediatric ophthalmologist and he was able to tell me within minutes that I have strabismus (which isnt uncommon) and surgery would be the only fix. Dr. Selliyan was going to have me come back for prisms--doctor from Childrens said no glasses/prisms, exercises or patches would have fixed the problem. Again, Dr. Selliyan is extremely unknowledgeable (at one point he was even questioning/feeling my face for numbness and/or stroke and questioning me about being diabetic (no history of either and I am extremely healthy). Also, received a bill for a refraction test and they weren't even seeing me for a contacts or glasses prescription! absolute horrible experience! DO NOT RECOMMEND
