Absolutely terrible. I'd give negative 5 stars if I could. It's now Tuesday and my son was seen by McGregor or something similar at this place and first off they sent us home with someone else's prescription and paperwork. Like hello major HIPPA violation! Then they sent the prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. Then today Tuesday, when he was seen on Friday, I get a call from the pharmacy and they tell me they have a nebulizer for my son but no quantity and that they've been trying to reach the doctor's office to find out here quantity but couldn't reach them but couldn't get them to respond so they called me.
Apparently the nebulizer is another solution that was supposed to go into the breathing treatment that we've been giving my son. When we've been doing the treatments since Friday. So we've been doing the treatments for no reason. Because we weren't supposed to until we got the second solution and no one told us! Also my son is 2 and they gave us no other options for he breathing treatment when it's severely traumatic for bothus and our 2 year old.
I feel bad putting up this bad review Bec I never do this but now I don't even feel safe having my son do his medication from them because I'm not even sure they got it correct! Like I've never had a doctor's office be so incompetent.

If you get a nurse practitioner, even though you made an appointment with the doctor, and had to wait for haf a year, be ready to hear, that you are not going to be tested because nurses don't get paid for it, and they will be giving you a favor if they do it. With all the respect I am a little bit disappointed in that. They should tell you before the appointment that there will be no doctor seen you today, so you don't waist your time.

My doctor sent a referral to the Midwest City clinic for food sensitivity testing. When they called me to set up an appointment they said I first had to be seen at the main clinic on NE 13th. I made an appointment, had the standard allergy testing done. I tried to call the MWC clinic but there is only a main number for all clinics. The person that answered the phone had no clue what food sensitivity testing or food intolerance was.
She said she did not understand the terminology. I sent an email to try a different approach since the phone call was not working. Received a phone call the next day and the person told me multiple times that the only test done at all of their clinics are the tests that are performed at the main clinic. I told her that the MWC clinic said they do the food intolerance testing and she went on to say that they do the same testing as the main clinic.
I told her that I know for a fact that the Edmond office does food intolerance testing and the MWC office said they do as well. When I asked her if they do the testing or not because I can go to another source for testing she then says well, the doctor will have to prescribe a blood test. What an incredible waste of my time and frustrating ordeal.

Great doctors, APRNs and physician assistants. My 5 year-old has been a patient here for several years, and while the wait can sometimes be long, the care he's received has been exceptional. They're always quick to assist with completing medical forms such as those required by public schools. These folks know what it's like to struggle with asthma and allergy issues, and as an inquisitive parent concerned for my child, I've found the medical staff to be patient and helpful. Especially have to applaud APRN Elisa Thompson, who goes above and beyond for my child!
