I have brought my kids to this office ever since they were born and only because this was my pediatricians office when I grew up and honestly, the front office staff has never really been friendly or helpful. Quite honestly, I only continue to come here because I love the doctors ( well not all the doctors). Today, my kids had a 2pm appointment and waited an hour in the lobby before being called to a room and then another hour in the room before my kids dad became impatient and decided to leave but not before complaining to their staff for poor service or rather lack of service and requesting the copay for the visits to be returned due to not even seeing a doctor.

The service at this office has never been great and has gotten worse since the pandemic began. The staff both in the front as well as the back need to learn how to communicate better to their patients and their parents.

De. Segapelli is great, I have no complaints against him. The answering service is not so great. After waiting 24 minutes on the phone because I was caller #15 I was finally the next caller and they connected me to another parent who was on hold. I then hung up and dialed again, this time I was caller #16 and waited 30 minutes on the phone, when I was finally next and waiting for them to answer, they just hung up, or ended the call. I tried one more time but I would be caller #17 and didn't want to wait another 30 minutes. I still need to speak to someone though.

Dr Kronfol is an excellent Physician. Her knowledge and experience are by far the best in the city. We trust all of her care and directions for our child. The practice is beautiful and wait times reasonable. We look forward to her treating and being part of our family and new addition for years to come!

Garza is very biased with her vaccine opinions. She should not force patients into believing the lies she believes. We all have a right to chose what we put in our body & just because we disagree w you, that should not make you angry, to the point of telling patients she/office will no longer accept you as a patient. Shame on Garza to be a bully! Leave your petsonal biased opinions out of the workplace.

You are dealing w children for God's sake, have some respect & professionalism! & know/learn that parents decide for their kids safety. This is the US not a Socialist country where we have no rights! Remember your Doctor promise & read it again & again! You are here to help, we pay you for a serv, not for your biased ignorant opinions! Respect our opinions & beliefs same as we respect yours, but this has gone to the extremes, you cant force anyone into taking a vaccine then get angry & slam folder, disregard our questions, disregard our concerns. Angry? just because we have questions? Very unethical on your part.

I am in complete amazement with Dr. Herrera! What we waited for my sons previous pediatrician to do in a whole year she got done in a week! He's finally getting the care he needs! Thank you!

I've always loved this clinic and doctors but I hate to say that I'm so unhappy with them right now. Ever since my kids went back to school they've been getting sick, feels like every week. So I've tried bringing them to their primary doctor but I can't! The staff never answers the phones, phones don't even ring nor they don't take walk-ins anymore, sad to say I have to find another primary doctors that will take walk-ins and will answer the phones!

As far as doctors I give beyond 5 stars. When it comes to the ladies in the front not so good. They give a smug attitude. The only reason I am tolerating them is because Dr. Segapeli is the best doctor my son has ever had.

Th doctors and nurses are amazing at the Eastside office. We have never had any issues with anyone here. They are always in such a good mood and great everyone. Today was not so pleasant. An older lady o have not seen there before approached us and told us we needed our masks. I responded by saying we didn't have any and asked if they had any. She rolled her eyes, mumbled something below her breath to another person behind the counter, went to a back office and brought us two masks.

I said thank you and she turned away, i said it louder and she didn't even turn. I'm not ranting about the masks. I completely understand and respect the need for them and accept it was my fault that we forgot to bring them from home. What upset me was her lack of professionalism and how rude she was even after i said thank you twice. If you are in a bad mood, don't take it out on others. Other than her, everyone here is great.

I recently needed to obtain some specific medical records for one of my children. Christina was so helpful and followed through and made sure that the records were sent to the other providers office on time. I appreciated her assistance so much.

Dr. Garza has been awesome with my kids. She is very detailed and takes the time to explain issues. She gives us a voice in the care of our children and it is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Dr. Garza! My kids really like her and feel comfortable with her.

I love this office based on my children's pediatrician. Dr. Garza is a wonderful doctor. She always takes her time with my kids and makes me feel so comfortable. Always asks for my daughter by name when I take my son for his visits. There is a assistant that is not gentle with my kids, but I just remind the Dr, not to have her give my kids their vaccines.

Dr. Kronfol is amazing! She's very thorough and personal and I absolutely love that she actually listens to your concerns and will answer them! Her staff is very good as well when I needed an emergency virtual check up! Dr. Kronfol goes above and beyond. I personally chose her because of the patients I had gotten from her (I'm an ultrasound tech) and if it's not her staff it's her personally contacting our facility for Stat results! I find that very admirable! Choose El Paso Pediatrics! They're all wonderful!

Our daughters have been patients of El Paso Pediatrics for almost five years now. They have always received excellent care and there has never been a time where we had to wait a long time. The hours/days are convenient for appointments and we always appreciate the attention and service we are given. We primarily have seen Dr Segapeli, but have seen other physicians when he is not available and have found all of them to be thorough and compassionate.

The doctors and staff at El Paso Pediatric Associates are knowledgeable and courteous. The offer great office hours and usually have short wait times. The have a great patient portal and respond quickly to messages and refill requests! We have enjoyed their services for 14 years!
