Jayme is very professional as well as friendly, making the procedure (injection in knee & hip) very comfortable. I dread and always have any type needle poked in my body, I can honestly say I look forward to appointments with Jayme. If you have a choice, always request Jayme.

Dr. Brian Levings and his team are amazing! They are incredibly helpful, compassionate and all around a great team of medical professionals to work with. I wouldn't go to or take my family to anyone else! 10/10 every time!

I have received treatment from Dr. Langerman at SW Orthopedic several times. He and his staff take great care of you and do their best to ensure your success with the issue at hand.

The doctors and PA-C's are all great! The nurses and front office staff are another story! The majority of them never smile, or say normal pleasantries, or even just acknowledge that you're standing right in front of them for several minutes and can be in a lot of pain standing so long waiting to check in OR out, but they seem like they are miserable working there, so they act as if it's the patients fault!

One of my pet peeves is when you do business, and a medical facility IS A BUSINESS, that you've chosen them, and your tax money (for Medicare), co-pays, and insurance payments PAY them! We could have chosen any number of other doctors, and when they don't smile, or just say "thank you", it really makes your time there miserable and has made me change doctors in the past. I'm just trying to be fair to the doctors and PA's because they are phenomenal!

Scott was very helpful in explaining the MRI diagnoses and laying out the options for me moving forward. He answered all my questions and took the time to do so without making me feel rushed.

Nicole has a great bedside manner which makes you feel right at home. She's very knowledgeable in her field and takes her time with her patients. The only issue I had today (Thursday) is I had to wait 90 min. The longest wait time I've ever had.

The staff were so patient and friendly! Jayce was absolutely wonderful, she knew I was terrified and confused so she took the time out to explain things to me and also make things better. I had to call to schedule surgery and the lady at the NW office answered and she also was so kind and took a lot of her time explaining to me about the procedures and Dr's I have every confidence in these people so far. This will be my first and hopefully only surgery I will have to experience Respectfully Diane Lucas

Nicole has always been very thorough. Explaining what needed to be done to get to the root of the issue with my foot. Nicole makes you very at ease and answers any questions you have.

Keri was wonderful. She is compassionate and knowledgeable. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are efficient with time management. You don't wait all day to see someone but they listen to you when it's your turn. Doctor's are great. Great place to go.

Dr. Avant did my mom's shoulder surgery and he is great! He has a good bedside manner and he's very informative and knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to and answer your questions.

She seemed very concerned about what's going on with my ankle. This was the first time seeing her, but she was very knowledgeable about my situation. Gave me straight forward answers. Very satisfied.

Great time. Jayme is always a delight and very personal. Dr. Reddick did a great job with my surgery, I felt almost no pain after my hip replacement. Highly recommended.

I'm very happy with them, my knee is a work in progress. Professionalism ease of appointment and billing is great.

This place is AMAZING! Extremely fast service, very caring staff. I have seen Dr. West several times now and he has been very professional and caring. Staff is extremely responsive and will answer all of your needs very quickly. I have never received medical care this efficiently!

Very personable and knowledgeable. Discusses things very well with you. Have been going to SOS for about 1 year and really like Dr Levings and PA Scott. They seem to take all the time needed to answer any of your questions.

So quick and efficient there. No sitting in the lobby. They move you in and out quickly.

I recommend them for their superior X-ray setup! You don't have to twist or contort your body to get the best views. They also employ only the best doctors and PAs. I had foot surgery done by one of them in 2013, and haven't had any problems with it since! They have also treated my daughter! I totally trust them!

My Dr is outstanding! The front staff is not always helpful. The handicap access for the front door was not working and 3 workers at the desk just watched me (in my wheelchair) struggle trying to get in the front door. Not another person was at the desk or were they on the phone. When I mentioned it wasn't working one of them said, yeah we seen you pulling on the door and thought you were gonna get stuck!

Had surgery for my tornado ac. My doctor are his PA were great. Everyone in the surgery center does excellent work
