After three meetings my therapist agreed he couldn't help me.

I give them a one star. They called told me by child would be ready for pick up at 10 am, I did arrive a little early and told it would be a 1 hour to 1 and a half hour to get the paper work ready to discharge the patient. You would think they would have it all ready to go other then the discharge sheet. Not well organized and it's all on there time no matter how many hours away you live and have to drive to get there only to have to sit and wait longer.

So even if I had arrived by the time the said it would still be over an hour wait. They also put my kid on way to many meds 7. Some are old school meds they used 50 plus years ago and with very dangerous side effects like if to stop taking it you can die or a little to much it could kill you. There is a lot of new drugs that that work just as well and not so dangerous. They never call you back when you leave a message for the doctor it's when they want to call you.

Dr. Hedge is wonderful and helpful. I feel like he really listens. The staff is so friendly. Both staff and doctors are very responsive, probably some of the best medical care I've received.

Communition Something has gone very wrong in this office. There's a new answering service & now the NEW receptionist has an answering service. When she does answer she's very short. She actually hung up before I could ask a separate question. My meds haven't changed in years & refills have never been a problem but this is the second time this year that I've spent days trying to get them to refill meds.

My Psychiatrist has never been great at returning calls but when I see him he's helpful. I've never missed an appointment but they charged me $50 I didn't argue. My GP agreed to take charge of my prescriptions & they're in a rush but it's past pharmacy hours. I don't want to find another psychiatrist but nobody answers the phone, returns calls or makes sure scripts are dispersed in a timely manner. I have no meds

Dr. Brown is an excellent doctor. He is straightforward yet very kind and compassionate. He gives options and pros and cons when appropriate. He is collaborative. He is very knowledgeable about meds and always gives good info on side effect as well as potential benefits. He helped me get off of numerous medications I did not need even though the process was difficult at times. I like his mindfulness class even the birds. The office staff is friendly helpful and professional. This is a healing environment!

Dr. Hedge is easily the nicest and most competent psychiatrist I have ever dealt with. This company also accepts Medicare, which is a big help and unusual for Spokane!

Awful experience with their billing dept. Received a fraudulent charge. Called weekly to try to get it resolved. They never once called me back. Does anyone even work in their billing department? Extremely disappointing single mother who is a victim of their predatory billing dept.

I have been a client here for over 5 years and cannot express the quality of service I have received. Dr. Brown is incredibly thorough and my needs and questions are always answered. The whole staff is kind and accommodating, while also maintaing excellent professionalism. The diversity in providers allows room for--truly--anyone and everyone to find their fit.

Huge shout out to Dr. Hedge and Dr. Brown for their never ending compassion, support, and guidence as I've navigated my journey. I wouldn't go or recommend anywhere else if you want the highest quality service.

I highly recommend Inland Psychiatry-Psychology! Dr. Hedge is truly amazing and has helped me traverse through life's ups and downs. If you are in search of someone who really listens and continually works on your needs look no further.

Very difficult to find a Psychiatrist in Spokane. Much more difficult to find a psychiatrist willing to really listen and help the patient (seems logical & easy, but very hard to find!). I have found a great doctor in Dr. William Brown! Highly recommend.

Dr. Hedge is straight forward and professional. He came highly recommended to me and I was not disappointed. The office has a great environment with friendly staff.
