The best clinic I ever had. I went to the different Women health clinic, they didn't give me a check up even if I booked a appointment. That's why I came here. This clinic gladly accepted me, examined me immediately, and took care of me. I really appreciated the follow-up and the immediate response even though I did not have a follow-up appointment. I also appreciate that you understood me even though my English was poor. I highly recommend this clinic. This is the best clinic in Virginia!

If i could give this place 0 i would. let's start off with the fact that this is my first time dealing with a pregnancy so i insisted on my mom helping me find a clinic. we found this one. as soon as u arrive, you'll walk into a building that has names of the offices there. i had to call the clinic and ask what floor they were on because it wasn't on the list of offices in that building. i walk in, the place looks very sketchy and poor. the greeter at the front desk was very kind. i get called back into the room and for what my mother or father of my child couldn't enter at all which is horrible for first time women. these ladies were okay.i received a vaginal sonogram. they figured out my blood type & i sat back in the waiting room to wait for the real doctor, Daniel. this older man was very rude and i sat in his office as in i'm in a principle's office in trouble for something. his attitude & poor love to be a doctor is sad. i cried taking my medication in front of him as he made it no better talking in a way where i couldn't ask any question without feeling uncomfortable. never coming here again.

I was horrified by the lack of professionalism of this business and rudeness by staff that work there. THE FACILITY IS DISGUSTING AND UNCLEAN. It should be shut down for not meeting codes or guidelines.

Superb service. The staff members are super friendly, caring and attentive. They are very informative and answer any and all questions you may have, concerning your visit. They make you feel comfortable throughout your visit. The office is clean and there is a sense of privacy. If you need this service, I would highly recommend Alexandria Woman's Clinic. Very affordable with IV Sedation. Huge thanks to the staff! You are the best!

I took my daughter here to receive an emotional and physical treatment, for any woman, let alone a young girl, and I expected more courteous care and support based on my phone calls and reviews. Instead she received intolerable service. The bedside manner was deplorable and rude. They don't allow anyone to go back with them which is insensitive at best and secretive at worst.

The appointment, which was made two weeks in advance, was delayed by one hour without apology nor explanation. There was obvious discrimination towards those who were not of Hispanic descent. When they thought she was recording their behavior, as would be her right, they insisted she delete the video in their presence, to which was not their right to do so given she was not intruding upon anyone else's privacy.

I will ensure punishment for this deplorable disservice to my daughter and prevent it from happening to another young woman. The doctor, in particular, is an absolute disgrace to womankind and humanity. Karma is on it's way.

My experience here was very quick and easy. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. They don't make a big deal about it and all the guilt I felt just melted away as soon as I spoke to the staff. The doctor remembered me every time I returned and made me feel like a friend and spoke to me with respect. No long wait, very organized office!

By far the best group of providers and staff I've come across during my pregnancy. They were always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help in any way possible at each visit. The staff is outstanding. I have never had such great experiences in a doctor's office before with timeliness and efficiency of the staff. They were always prompt and polite to return phone calls as well. Dr. Lafleur is an excellent physician and I highly recommend her to anyone expecting. If you are looking around for an OB/GYN office this is honestly the best.

First of all, making this decision is so hard to begin with, but the staff at Alexandria Women's Health Clinic are so compassionate and made me feel so comfortable through out the whole process. I was beyond impressed with my experience at this clinic. Alexandria Women's Health Clinic provides a clean, safe, understanding, sympathetic and a private practice environment. They were awesome and went above and beyond my expectations.

Let me tell you and i'm going to brag about my experience at this place. Before i walked into this place i went to two of the worst abortion clinics in the whole state of Virginia. I had to walk out due to how the place looked and the staff with the most ugliest customer service. By time i walked into this place, the environment was clean and the staff really took me by my hand and made me feel comfortable with this hard decision i was making at the time.

The staff was very nurturing and caring and they get the job done fast and your out of there. I don't support abortions, i don't. but for personal reasons i had to make my decision and im glad i made my decision with this clinic. Please ladies if your scared and don't know what to do, come here! this place is great for taking care of us women on hard decisions like this. Thanks Alexandria Women's Health Clinic!
