Nothing but good things to say about Faces First. Very friendly, thorough and efficient staff. Dr. Cote took extra care when it came to my concerns and went above and beyond my expectations. I had a rhinoplasty procedure at the end of February and I'm already so happy and at ease and with my results! I really appreciated the follow up appointments to make sure I was happy with everything.

Dr. Cote did my rhinoplasty and he did an amazing job! Dr. Cote and his staff were very attentive and thorough from my first visit to my post op visit. I felt so comfortable with my decision after meeting Dr. Cote and discussing the procedure. Recovery was a breeze. Very little bruising and hardly any pain. I was surprised how good the recovery went.

My nose is so cute and fits my face so well. Before this procedure I never liked my profile now I'm showing it off to everyone! I highly suggest Dr Cote if you are considering rhinoplasty. One of the best decisions I've ever made!

I was billed a total of $976.00 for a nose surgery consultation. That's right, just for a consultation! I was searching for a good and qualified surgeon to perform my septoplasty/rhinoplasty surgery and I found a few doctors that seemed promising in the Denver area, Dr. Cote among them. I called FacesFirst and they told me over the phone that the consultation fee was going to be $125, paid in advance as a deposit to hold the consult date and that this charge would go toward my surgery if I booked it with them.

I had already been to other surgery consultations by this point and this fee seemed a little high, but I thought due to Dr. Cote's qualifications perhaps it might be worth it to meet with him. When all was said and done they ended up breaking up my "consultation visit" into two separate appointments: one that was considered the actual consultation and another that was charged as a new patient visit. (Keep in mind I was not asking to become a new patient, just trying to get a consultation to determine if I wanted to be a patient of theirs at all, and I had already had my deviated septum diagnosed by a previous ENT which I told them before booking this consult).

On top of that the doctor did a nasal endoscopy and I was charged additionally for that on top of the new patient visit charge. I just thought this was their way of looking up my nose to be able to give me an informed quote for the surgery as part of the consultation, which is what other doctors had done during my other consultations, but without all the added charges!

To put it plainly I was very disappointed. The doctor seemed knowledgeable and his patient care coordinator Julie Thomas was very nice. She tried her best to be helpful, but I ended up feeling completely scammed. I was billed a total of $976 for a surgery consultation that had only cost $50-$150 for example with other very highly reviewed and highly qualified top surgeons in the Denver area.

This is sad because after this I obviously could not trust FacesFirst or Dr. Cote. If they are out to wildly overcharge people for consultations I could only imagine how I would be taken advantage of if I actually did any kind of surgical procedures with them. They lost out on thousands of dollars in potential business, repeat business and referrals just because they wanted to overcharge by hundreds for a consultation visit.

This is not a good business strategy. ***UPDATE: After posting this review a few people from the office have contacted me and they have now removed the charges that were not already paid by insurance. The doctor also called me personally to tell me that this was their error and assured me they had no ill intent. I've changed my rating from one star to two since I do appreciate their efforts to respond to me and resolve this problem.

I always feel welcome. Everyone is very pleasant. Dr. Picerno is awesome.

Dr. Picerno is amazing! I had a mini facelift/neck lift and look amazing, like me, 10 years ago! From the initial consultation through the follow up I was treated with kindness professionalism and most importantly "no attitude". Dr. Picerno is an excellent plastic surgeon and very busy. She made me feel like I was the most important part of her day.

She took the time to listen to my concerns answered all of my questions, nothing was rushed. She is the most unpretentious Dr. I have ever met. I had other consultations, I am so happy I made the right decision to have Dr. Picerno and staff complete my procedure.

I have been getting facials and micro needling done here and absolutely love it! The staff is so kind and the results have been amazing!

I wanted so much to talk to any of the doctors and I was willing to schedule an appointment, but the receptionist was very rude and short. She questioned all the information about my debit card, like if she was interested in receiving money, but didn't give me the time to ask questions : She was horrible!

Dr. Picerno was wonderful from the consultation to the actual surgery. I had been hit by a car whilst riding my bike home from my after-school job as a teenager many years prior and was always sensitive about how that affected my teeth and jaw. She was thorough in offering several options to fix my jawline, and was also exceptionally honest about what I should and shouldn't consider.

I never felt pressured and she never made me feel stupid. Dr. P and her staff are some of the most kind and genuine folks I've met. I felt taken care of at every appointment, and there was a lot of follow up every step of the way. Clear pre-op instructions were provided well in advance. On the day of surgery, despite my fears, everything went beautifully.

I had almost no pain and was on Tylenol the first night, no pain medications really needed, though anti-nausea medicine and a small script for pain management was provided. I just had my bandages removed after a week and I love it! I am still healing but besides some minor puffiness and bruising I feel great. Dr. Picerno's staff, especially Marianne and Kerry, made me feel so taken care of. Their kindness and professionalism made the whole experience just easy and wonderful. I couldn't recommended them more.

Dr Picerno is an artist. I have been seeing her for the past 2 years for skin care and injectables, and could not be more pleased. It is very easy to look overdone with fillers, but she has done an excellent job balancing all of my god given features, for a natural aesthetic appearance. She takes the time focus on my needs and expectations, and never fails to disappoint.

Her staff is equally exceptional. Her assistant Kerry has also done an incredible job with scheduling my appointments and handling my Botox injections. Her 16 years of experience as an injector shows. I could not trust anyone else to handle my cosmetic health. (And I hear Dr Picerno is an exceltional ENT as well )

When I was 18 I got bit in the face by a family dog, it was pretty serious I had to get 60 stitches and it was right around my mouth which made me extremely self conscious. I waited 6 years to be able to afford the get the scar removed and I finally was in a place to get it taken care of, choosing Faces First was the best choice I could ever have made.

They made me feel so comfortable and safe, they have the nicest front office staff as well as the doctors. It's only been one day but When I look in the mirror I almost cry because of how amazing I know it's going to look and how confident I am going to feel. Thank you guys so much I would never go anywhere else.

Don't go anywhere else for skin care - the staff at Faces First is the best there is. The moisturizers they recommended have completely overhauled my skin and shaved years off my complexion! Worth every penny and then some!
