Advanced Aesthetics - Michael Elder

Advanced aesthetics has surpassed all of my expectations of a medical spa. I recently moved here from Manhattan area where I received frequent treatments in top ranked medical spas in NYC, this medical spa is better than what I have previously experienced. The facility is extremely clean. Their availability is awesome - especially for busy working professionals and moms.

All the staff is friendly and discreet about services you inquire about. Amber has been doing my facials and she's wonderful! So kind and friendly. I cannot speak highly enough of all their staff. My results have never been better. I love all the products and services they offer - which are all reasonably priced. You cannot go wrong with advanced aesthetics in Edmond!

My dermatologist recommended laser therapy from Advanced Aesthetics for rosacea. I called and was scheduled with Chloe. she's wonderful! I didn't know a thing about the procedure, and Chloe expertly guided me from beginning to end. I quickly gained full confidence in her abilities. A week later, the redness and discomfort from the rosacea had diminished, and by the second week, I was very encouraged. I'm expecting more positive results with future treatments. Advanced Aesthetics is a great blessing in the management of rosacea.

Shelby is the best! She always knows what/how much to do to get the results I want while still being cost conscious. I never feel overdone and always look natural. Staff is always willing to answer questions and help with appointment scheduling to make my appointments and follow-ups work with my schedule.

The facility is beautiful & clean. During Covid, all of the health protocols were enforced & I felt very safe. The staff is outstanding and very knowledgable. They are very courteous, also. I trust their recommendations. I also like the twice a year sale on products and the monthly specials. I would highly recommend Advanced Aesthetics.

First time getting a hydrafacial in this place. Move from AZ to OKC and was really excited to get one done. Called the office to check if they had any last minute appointments for a hydrafacial, the receptionist was nice and told me to come in. I got there, got my facial (it felt really nice), it was really quick, got some after care recommendations, walked to the receptionist bought a product from them, payed for my service and left.

I got to the car and looked at the mirror to see the results you know? Did not have a chance inside to do that, everything was so quick. I looked at my face (nose and chin) were usually you can see the difference and it did not look clean at all. I even told the girl that's where my pores get all clogged so she can maybe extract them? Or make it better? But it was not the case. I would not come back and think it wasn't worth the money, besides the massage I got on my face and it's sad cause I was expecting more!

I always enjoy my visits to Advanced Aesthetics. Chloe is lovely, professional, easy to talk to, and most importantly extremely knowledgeable. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The products that they sell are outstanding yet I never feel pressured to make a purchase. They offer a wide variety of services and frequently offer specials on both products and services. I highly recommend Advanced Aesthetics.

Right when checking in the staff is very professional amd know what they are talking about. We had a consult, not knowing anything about Botox or filler, we came out of our consult more knowledgeable and booked our sessions! We had amber as our injector. We will be coming back for our second injections in a couple months. 10/10 recommended.

I have had nothing but absolutely amazing experiences every single time I walk into Advanced Aesthetics. The staff is incredibly friendly and always so helpful. Lindsey has been wonderful at helping me and is always the most professional. I could not recommend Advanced Aesthetics enough!

By far the best aesthetics office/medical spaI've ever been to. All staff and professionals are knowledgeable and extremely attentive. I highly recommend Chloe. She is well versed in injectables, laser treatments, skincare. The office itself is beautiful, always clean and a relaxing environment to visit.

I've been getting my lips done by Lindsey Willey at Advanced Aesthetics for about 4 years now. She came highly recommended to me from a woman I met who had the most stunning lips I've ever seen. Lindsey is a facial magician, seriously. She has done my anti wrinkle injections, cheeks, nasolabial folds, and of course my lips. Lips are one of the most challenging parts of the face to get 100% accurate, because any slight error can ruin the face, in my opinion.

So I only trust Lindsey with my lips, period! Plus she's an absolute angel in person. So friendly, warm, reassuring and calming. She's the best nurse to have poking you in the face with a needle. Now onto the front office staff- professionalism and warm, welcoming atmosphere is off the chart here. Molly, in particular, is my favorite of all. She is the most kind hearted person and she is so thorough in ensuring all your needs are met and that you receive your credits from any procedures you've had done with the rewards program (this is a money saver, y'all)!

She's the absolute best! Seriously every time I'm there everyone does a wonderful job in making me feel special and important. Top notch customer service goes such a long way with me. Molly and Lindsey must work at Advanced Aesthetics forever or else I might die. of ageing ugliness

I was seeking services, because my original lip lady "retired" from the business. I received services here back in November from Lindsey, and purchased a full syringe but only used half. I only get half a syringe for a more natural look, but they don't allow you to purchase half at a time. So I purchased the full and only used half. Fast forward six months later (now) and I am ready to get my second half, and it was not found or in my account.

I know that I didn't get a full syringe and was told it would be stored in my account and it wasn't. I am highly upset. If you do a half syringe I don't recommend coming here, because they don't seem to keep up with it. So far I am not being compensated and lost about $250.

I am from Oklahoma, but now live in NYC. Luckily I am able to come home every couple of months, which is why Lindsey will be my permanent injector from now on. I had a previous negative experience with HA fillers, so I was very nervous. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. I came in with intentions of just filler in my lips, and left with product in my lips, cheeks and chin.

She gave her honest opinion on what I needed and I couldn't be happier with how I look. On top of the experience with her, this location is absolutely beautiful. I couldn't recommend Advanced Aesthetics enough!

I decided to start seeing Lindsey to try lip fillers. I chose Lindsey despite all my friends recommendations bc I went to PA school with her and knew her personality, intelligence and attention to detail. I also knew she had been doing this for 10 years! Lindsey of course did not let me down. She surprised me though by how much knowledge she has about aesthetics!

I can ask her anything and she'll know the answer. I can ask her if she thinks I need this or that and she'll give me an honest answer! Also, for those girls worried she will tell you everything that is wrong with you - that is not the case either. She will focus on what you want her to focus on and then if you ask about other things she'll give you her assessment.

She is NOT trying to sell you on anything! Furthermore, I was pleasantly surprised by how kind and personable their office staff is. I have talked to them probably more than normal bc of 'rona. They've had to call and cancel and reschedule, etc. They have also sent out emails and texts to keep their clients updated. Overall I could not have chosen a better place to go to get my 39 year old self taken care of to help me ease into that 40 spot! Chose them! You won't be disappointed!

Absolutely stunning office! I went in for a miradry consult and decided to go ahead and have it done. I scheduled my appointment and had the procedure done within a few weeks! The PA who performed the procedure was very sweet and kept me comfortable. What I wish they had done to make it a 5 star experience. I work for a dentist who does follow up calls for patients. I really wish someone would have called to make sure everything was okay. I did have some concerns during my healing process so I took them up with google

I started going to Advanced Aesthetics in 1999 and have been going until today. The treatment center used to be a welcoming place with knowledgeable, professional and friendly people. Change is inevitable. However, I went today and was barely spoken to by Chloe who was doing the quick procedure. After my laser hair removal was done, I was handed the bottle of aloe and was told to put it on myself.

I was rushed in and out so quickly. When I checked out, my bill was over 50% more than I was expecting. I'm just very disappointed that they've become the "big box" type of place. Time to move on.

Lindsey is fantastic! She is precise and pays close attention to detail. All of her treatments and procedures are tailored specifically to the patient she is working with, which is extremely important for good results! She's does amazing work and I would not trust anyone else with my face. The office is clean, calming, and inviting. The front desk attendants are extremely helpful and kind. I can't say enough good things about Advanced Aesthetics!

The technician was very rude, and opinionated! I would have expected the technician that was charging me $200 for a facial that wasn't even tailored for me would have been more professional! OVER PRICED AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

Friendly staff and great treatments. Being darker skinned, I was concerned about getting laser but they explain everything and did a great job knowing exactly what I needed for my skin color. Love this place!

I recently visited this office during an open house. Champagne, fresh berries, cookies and prizes. I piggies backed my friends appointment and I requested Botox. Within 4 hours I could already tell the difference. 10 days later I'm very happy with the results that I learned will last for 3months. Not much pain and I can see there's more to come.
