Dr. Smythe Rich, a Columbia native, graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina. Upon completing 10 years of post-graduate training, he returned to Columbia to obtain board certification in head and neck surgery and facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Rich has lectured throughout the US on topics pertaining to Facial Plastic Surgery.

I wish I could give a negative stars. She was cold and rude. She came up with a plan that I now know was unrealistic plan to close my forehead. Her option was to leave me deformed looking. During our interview I started bleeding and I had to control the bleeding she just sat there with a blank star. I needed a real surgeon not someone who just wants to Botox. She had no bedside manner and rude. And made me exit through the back with blood pouring down my face. What a psycho.
