Just had an exceptional experience with Doc Gallivan. He's great. I've had a lot of sinus problems all my life. He explains things so well, it's just super. Spent a lot of time with me. Is really trying to help me. Explained the MRI to me personally, called me directly with the results. Who does that anymore? Amazing. And I was able to get in pretty quick. Stefanie, the referral person, helped me a lot when I couldn't get through to the MRI place.

I can't say enough good about COENT. Also I liked that they had these really hefty looking air purifiers going just everywhere. Smart. Just a heads up though, don't send too many patient portal messages to your doctor. They don't seem to appreciate that.

Had an appointment. Came in, checked in right away, waited 10 minutes, off I went. Wonderful lady I dealt with was friendly, very, and found out immediately that I had old wax build up in my ears. Cleaned it out and I can hear again. Decided to take a hearing test. Have not had one in 20+ years. Operator was knowledgeable and explained things to me clearly. I have now set up yearly visits.

My Surgery went well yes, Dr. Shepard is a wonderful Doctor. But the organization and management of this office is less to be desired. I had surgery in April, and was supposed have follow up appt 30 days later. When I closed my office and drove 30 mins to my 4 PM appointment in Redmond to find it was closed. So I called Bend, they informed me they had no record of my appt ever being made and the Dr was on vacation.

Yet I had my reminder appointment card in had tell me the date and time and where. Was I NICE? NOPE! I think got my final bill in July and I called and gave them my debit card to pay it in full. Did they process it? NOPE! I called again, upset, ticked off and NOT happy because I had already giving someone my debit card and nothing was ever charged.

Last Week I called the 3rd time since July gave my my debit card again. Apologizing thinking I had done something wrong. Thinking I had paid it off in July! Nope again no payment processed EVER! Today a week later after thinking I had paid it AGAIN! I get a call telling me I needed to pay this said amount or I was going to collections. NOT ONE PERSON IN THAT OFFICE WANTED TO TAKE RESPONSIBLITY FOR NOT PROCESSING MY PAYMENT FOR the 4th TIME!

They need to seriously consider finding people that can actually process payments when people call them in and stop making excuses! Thankfully Mary at their 3 party billing sat on the phone with me until my payment was processed today after the 5th attempt to pay this debit. Dr. Shepard maybe a great doctor but his staff made it so I will NEVER use his office again!

If I could give office this 0 starts I would. Go anywhere but here, please. Dr's spend 3 minutes with you and then are never available for follow up. Dr. Hinsley was inept, uninterested and made snide comments about how my husband still had one good ear to work with, ignoring the debilitating severity of his Meniere's disease. My husband has suffered through this for 4 years and each time we went to this office, we saw a different "specialist" that spent 2 minutes with us and told us to "try" something new. Basically, they have NO idea what they're doing and their patient care is abysmal. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE.

I can hardly, in good conscience, even give this place one star. They are so incompetent at billing that they did not bill my insurance properly and when I asked for help with this was left a rude and scathing message that they billed one (I have two) and they would not spend any more time on me. Now, I have had to pay them almost $1000 out of a small savings to pay the bill in full.

My husband served this country for 30 years to make sure we have insurance in our older years and has just retired. Basically I was told that (by the VERY rude billing lady) that they don't like working with the military insurance (Tricare) and so didn't want to put it back through OR bill the secondary insurance. She told me when I asked her if they billed my secondary insurance and she said no.

They told my when I made my appointments that they accepted and would work with both Tricare and Providence but they basically have REFUSED to do so. This has not happened to us ANYWHERE we have ever been. This doctor office is the WORST I have ever been to in all our travels. This is the ONLY review I have ever left in my life-that is how strongly I feel about this place. People don't want to do their jobs correctly there and are extremely rude. Linda Walker

Not one to post bad reviews, Dr. Peter Shepard I liked very much, people at the front desk very polite and helpful. middle people or the ones that sit behind desks 2 of them were horrible, need to take customer relations classes learn not to make people frustrated even more. one won't answer calls makes you leave a message says with in a certain she will return them wait, wait, wait. have to keep the phone close waiting and then don't return the call. wont work with customers. ignores them. another lady was real snotty. horrible lady. needs fired now, she got me so frustrated then then she gets upset and called the police. all brought on by her. if she knew how to deal with people all would of been good. she flunked, hypocrite

A very sub-par experience. Office seemed disorganized and the front desk staff were not very friendly. The doctor lacked "bedside manor." Said he didn't really know what to tell me exactly, but suggested I get an expensive test done because it would be a "good idea." I was scheduled for that appt. without my consent. Tried to cancel, but it was rescheduled for me again. I just cancelled it again so we shall see. Maybe it was just a rough day in the office that day, but I'm getting the impression this is the norm.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. All they are concerned about is over charging you. I paid 400$ for a new patient visit and a hearing test. And apparently a "test" with some special tool? The doctor was very condescending, got annoyed when I continued to question his diagnosis, because it literally made no sense. The office person didn't give me any paperwork explaining the visit, which would be helpful since I couldn't make any sense of his actual diagnosis. Asked questions about the meds he prescribed and I was informed the pharmacist would explain that to me. What a joke! I would rather travel to another city for an ENT doctor than go back to this over charging circus. ~ Kurt Prewitt

We have had to go here several times for different issues. We always have an issue in one way or another. People are so rude. The front desk staff is horrible. Its like you are ruining their day by asking questions. I asked if I could go back with my husband because he has some things that prevent him from fully understanding doctors. She rudly said did you read the sign. She was unwilling to talk to us with respect or decent human dignity. We would rather drive to Portland than come back here. People are so unkind.

I was fortunate to get into a same-day appointment with PA Myra Baker. She was fantastic, efficient, kind and prescribed exactly what has worked to relieve my chronic throat pain. I would recommend her, and this office, to anyone seeking a reliable, kind and thorough care. Thank you! Jen
