CORA was founded by its' founder, Charles E. Donley, MD when he opened his Central Oregon practice in 1947.

The ultrasound tech was great. I was SO NERVOUS going into this, thinking about the "what ifs" and stuff. She was SUPER friendly and reassured me, and talked to me about things that make me happy (Like my son). Everyone was super friendly and I am so impressed. I also got the results SAME DAY and they were normal (Thank God). I highly recommend this place.

I use Central Oregon Imaging frequently to get imaging for my health. I prefer them over any other imaging centers and I have been to alot. They are punctual, respectful, knowledgeable, etc. They are always very quick to get me in for my appointment scheduling-wise and back for the actual imaging.

I want to believe these are good people who want to help their patients, I really do. Yet, the way they treat patients on the billing side, causes enough pain and anguish to undo any healing they hope to achieve. Pure horrible bullying.

I highly recommend CORA. I recently went there for a CT scan and from the scheduler to the technician everyone was extremely courteous, competent and helpful. They went above and beyond what I expected. I cannot say enough good things about my experience there. I used to work in healthcare and have been to many other facilities. CORA is the best!

Scheduled spouses MRI. No confirmation sent. When we showed up found out they scheduled him here instead of South clinic like I requested. No one is allowed in with you. This is the only place I've found that still screening patients before entering. When spouse was checking in they gave him someone else's ID and I insurance card. Not sure how that happens when 1 person should be assisting 1 patient at a time. Then I got to watch 4 staff waste time on something the police took care of. Instead of returning to their jobs they stood outside gossiping.

We have had a few ultrasounds for this pregnancy, each time all of the staff were very friendly and efficient. We were checked in quickly, and called to be seen quickly. Each of the different ultrasound technicians we had were very friendly and explained each thing with the ultrasound.

I have been a patient for CT, MRI, and mammogram images. I have been at both Bend locations. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable. Both locations are busy but the staff is efficient without rushing patients along. The MRI staff understand there can be anxiety for testing and are professional to help patients feel better. The newest south Bend location is esthetically pleasing/ relaxing. Deena at the front desk is a delight!

Finally got the courage to schedule my first mammogram. I never received any call/text/email to confirm my appt. When I showed up for my appt, the screener could not locate my record at first. after some digging, she told me I was at the wrong location. (I checked my notes from my scheduling phone call and I clearly wrote "by hospital" next to the date/time). Further, she had all wrong personal information.

To her credit, she tried to get me in and called to see if I could drive to the other location and still be seen, but they were unable to accommodate me. I have rescheduled but I'm not hopeful. This was already a very difficult appointment for me to schedule, I spent an hour of my morning driving across town in the snow. Very disappointing and frustrating. I feel like the scheduling and admin staff lack compassion and empathy for patients.

I understand staffing is an issue but twice now I have had to wait 15 minutes on hold just to receive the recording to leave a message for a scheduling call back. I was in the office yesterday and there was 4-5 gals sitting there that could have easily scheduled my test. You need to seriously look closely at your system.

The experience was nothing short of astounding. From the time I parked in a spot reserved for Veterans or Physically Limited, which I've never encountered before, until I returned to it to leave I was impressed. Truly thoughtful and knowledgeable, everyone whom I encountered was superb. You can tell they care about you by the amount of thought that went into mundane things like parking and hours of operation.

They even keep late hours to make services available to those whose work schedules wouldn't permit them to visit during that time. Easily stands out for this as I have been to many places in 43 years and left there thinking "I went for an MRI and left with the way every business should be." I was not expecting that.
