She was personable. On time. Knowledgeable. She explained why I was feeling the pain and possible procedures that would help. The staff that assisted me were great. I still don't understand why the staff and patients have to wear masks. It makes no sense unless they plan to wear masks until the end of time. We survived without masks before COVID.

Nice equipment and knowledgable therapistl. Depending on who you get don't always stay with you the whole time.

Doctor Dare was very thorough and explained everything to me about the procedure he would do. Very friendly and put you at ease. My husband appreciated the way he explained also. Answered all our questions. Love Raleigh Ortho. Good doctors great staff, very friendly.

I had an appointment with the PA, Josie at the Edwards Mill office. The office staff were pleasant and efficient, and I was seen even before my appointment time. Josie was terrific! She was thorough, kind, and listened to what I said before offering sound advice. I appreciate this practice.

I highly recommend Dr. Wein. He has been my hand doctor since February 2018. He has never disappointed me in his diagnoses of what I am dealing with. Once again I highly recommend Scott Wein.

It is all about the revenue. Extra charges on my bill and unneeded tests said my doctor after the radiologist ordered a second MRI. I just don't trust them and decided to put my surgery as a last resort rather than a first option. They are a perfect example of why medicine is so costly. They know how much insurance will pay and they check all the boxes.

Doctor Watters and his team went above and beyond my expectation. They were quick thorough and caring. My appointment was on time. I furnished a large amount information from other doctors. He was up to date on all information. He provided feedback and examination with excellence. His staff helped with my next appointment based on his referral through their caring and forwarded all information within an hour or my request to the referred doctor. Best service I have ever received

Erin is always fully briefed from radiology and medical chart reports before she steps into an exam room. Her first words to the patient she is seeing are "You are here because of pain issues in (joints in question) and you agree that the treatment I am about to administer is what I have recommended to you." Talk about going right to the point. But she proves time and again that the treatment is the correct one and you walk out of the exam room greatly relieved.

Wait times are short. Rachel, PA was thorough, compassionate and professional. I have been at both the Raleigh and the Wake Forest offices and the staff at the front desks are very friendly. Everyone has made my visits less stressful.

The office staff was kind and prompt. They have a very streamlined patient flow and you don't feel like you are waiting trying to figure out what is going on. Derek explained this to me that were never explained before. I will gladly continue to keep visiting him to address my issues. Overall great experience.

I was initially seen in Urgent Care for wrist pain and limited range of motion. I was satisfied with the initial care and referral to Dr. Schrieber for follow up. I saw him today and really liked his warm and unpretentious manner. He showed me my x-rays and made sure that I understood what he saw. He explained the treatment recommendation and rational for the approach. And, he answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Dr. Schrieber for any hand and wrist issues and I will gladly follow him for any future issues.

BEWARE. Some of their workers are NOT vaccinated! And their flimsy masks gap greatly on both sides, little better than nothing. The worker I talked to (unvaccinated) said he wasn't given any better mask. Oh please. At a practice where the docs have access to surgical masks? So which don't they get, the "health" part or the "care" part?

Dr Barker and his team are fabulous! I went to another practice before this one about my hip and the surgeon told me it would take him 4-5 hours plus an overnight hospital stay for the same procedure that Dr. Barker performed in 1 hr and 20 mins as an outpatient. Dr. Barker was my second opinion and I am glad I did my research and found him. Scheduling was also easy to get appointments pretty quickly.

All the info they gave before surgery and after was very clear and with multiple numbers or emails to contact the office depending on your questions or needs. Recovery has been very smooth for me, and part of it for sure is due to Dr. Barker's skills as a surgeon. I would definitely use this doctor and practice again, if needed. Dr. Joseph Schreiber is outstanding! So personable! I had an elbow injury and he gave me great advice on treatment options, exercises, etc. He gave me a cortisone shot, and I am finally out of pain. He's great! Highly recommend. Also, the entire process was extremely efficient. They took an x-ray and then immediately brought me to an exam room. Dr. S came in in less than 4 minutes.

He really listens and cares. There is a lot of paperwork, etc. at check-in, but the actual care is fantastic. I had also seen Dr. Isbell a few years ago for a shoulder injury, and he was excellent, as well. Sometimes going to a large practice is stressful and getting seen takes forever; ROC is very efficient and provides great care!

Absolutely incredible facility! The staff here go above and beyond to make sure your entire visit is as comfortable and stress free as possible. I'd like to also give a special thanks to Dr. Edwin Cadet. He is a true professional in every sense of the word and is hands down one of the best orthopedic surgeons in the country. I am truly blessed to have access to a team of this caliber and I thank you all from from the bottom of my heart!

I got in for an appointment rather quickly. The doctor assessed my problem the same day. I liked his conservative approach to handling my knee pain with therapy.

Dr. Joseph Barker was my excellent rotator cuff surgeon two weeks ago. Today, I saw Taylor Pilgrim, P.A., for my first post-op follow-up visit. I am progressing much better than I thought I'd be at this point. This is an extremely skilled, professional practice that remains focused on the patient. I have been very pleased with the care I've received.

I have been a long time patient entrusting the Edward's Mill location with two foot surgeries followed by physical therapy. It has been some time since I have been to this practice as I'm now having to go to therapy for an accident. I always enjoy the services however time management seems to be a weakness lately of some therapists. I get that there may be emergency or staggered appointments however a patient should not walk out of a session feeling unsure.

In order to properly see if your patient is progressing or declining from their injury, you have to access them and not stick them with the aid for the entire therapy session and also not give instruction on what to focus on for the next week. This is unsatisfactory and needs to be addressed with all therapists.

I was verbally abused by two employees for no reason. First receptionist who didn't like how I completed forms. Second by X-ray tech who berated me because I was physically unable to get into the position he wanted. I reviewed with Doctor who showed zero interest or concern.

This is my second visit with Andrew Staples for recurring issues with my shoulder. He was very patient and thorough in explaining my options and what would best apply to my current situation. I had. confidence in his assessment and treatment. The staff was efficient and friendly.

I'm really surprised by the reviews, as I finally found an orthopedic that listened to me and actually took time with me. Dr Boone is my new favorite! He is absolutely the best! His bedside manner is top notch and there are some docs that are "Godlike" and tell you as such, not him, he actually cares! My first appointment with him lasted almost 45 minutes.

He never rushed me out the door and answered all of my questions, without making me feel dumb! We tried all non-surgical options first, however, those didn't work for me. When it finally did come down to surgery, their surgery center is so convenient and their nurses were so great! If I ever have another problem (everything is falling apart!), I'm coming back here!

It was my first time at ROC and I had a great experience. The front staff person (I think her name was Sharon) was very nice and took her time to investigate to make sure my insurance was accepted. Dr Tuttle was very thorough in explaining what was wrong with my wrist and was very patience to answer all of my questions. I trust them with my care!

I would love to be able to give Raleigh Orthopedic 5 stars but unfortunately, they have some MAJOR problems with scheduling. My mother is in rehab after she had a stroke and broke her ankle in January. The communication from the practice is abysmal. Had it not been for me checking my mother's home phone, we would have never known that she had surgery scheduled to remove some metal that Dr. Casale placed in January. Luckily, I caught it in time and informed told someone at Raleigh Ortho that they needed to work with the Rehab to get the appointments scheduled. Fast-forward two weeks, and they are STILL calling the home phone and not the Rehab. Again, luckily, I was able to intercept the message and get the Rehab up to date about an appointment time change they wanted to make for an appointment she was to have today, 3/30/21.

Crisis averted. or so I thought. Mind you, my mom has been in the rehab since the end of January and is very antsy to be able to try and walk again. She needs the all-clear from Dr. Casale in order to let her move forward with her recovery. The Rehab got my mom all sorted out with transportation and got her to the appointment at the scheduled time only to find out that Dr. Casale wasn't even in the office today (he was in surgery all day)!

What the heck is going on over there? I am so incredibly disappointed about the lack of effective communication coming out of Raleigh Rehab. I would have called and asked to speak to a practice manager, but due to the vast number of offices they have across the triangle, I didn't really know where to even start.

Let me be clear about my rating. The staff, doctors, and everyone in the surgical clinic was amazing to me. I had both hands operated on for carpel tunnel. The surgery was SUPER successful and Dr. Tuttle was the bomb dot com. Then began physical therapy within a few weeks. This is where my experience changes. I'll be nice and just say. Go somewhere else for Physical Therapy!

I was not satisfied with my first appointment with Dr. Simmons compared to Dr. Krapzer level of experience. My appointment was for an ingrown toenail on left big toe and that is exactly what he did less did 15 minutes! I stated do you mind checking on my toes for in grown or clean under toes-- Also, I showed him dead skin below the BIG toes that need removing. Also this office is not fully equipped for patients. I will return to my Garner office on next visit and hope he will be able to complete my needs.

My Therapist C. Beer is awesome! I have been going to RO for awhile, through my shoulder surgery, lower back issues and each time my experience gets better and better. My therapist is attentive and receptive to my needs. She shows compassion and concern for my well being. Chloe is one of the best therapists I have ever encountered and I am very happy with my results.

The office staff were all great, as well as Dr. Watters. The only challenge was that the Dr. visit felt somewhat rushed b/c of a last min. call for the Dr. to attend a special covid meeting. He did however totally make up for it by a phone call a day or two later by fully answering all questions and filling in all the gap. I liked him very much!

Stephanie is great at listening to what my physical-ability goals are with respect to resuming my active lifestyle. She suggested very ability-appropriate exercises, but still frequently asked me for feedback: i.e. was the movement painful or just challenging (muscle soreness)? She would jump-in with gentle corrections when I needed to adjust my movements, explained the reasoning (described the negative effects that could occur by doing an exercise incorrectly), and gave clear guidance (created a clear picture in my mind) on how to correctly do the physical therapy. As a side-note, she has experience working with patients of all ages, including children, and she has also worked with clients with autism.

Had our first appointment with Dr. Dare that went really well. Then we called for. A follow up at least 3 times over three months and never heard back. This has been an extremely frustrating process. We have now switched insurances and will not be returning.

I've only just started with Raleigh Orthopedic PT so I have limited interaction so far, but have had PT with other practices in the past, to good from not so good. I would say that I didn't get an impression of a "work out" partner with Raleigh Ortho PT, but rather a director/drill sargent type relational protocol. I've done a lot of weight training in the past and my proactive approach to PT is a big influence in my review, with more of a preference for a "partner" than as with a "director".

Physical therapy is a very powerful healing resource, which is different depending on if you're an athletic and non-athletic type. If I'm not able to have a good workout relationship with my current therapist, and then find changing my therapist is also, then I would feel more confident with a thumbs down review.

Recommended by my PT due to their experience with active adults and athletes. Very conscientious regarding COVID. Felt comfortable with regards to the in depth discussion regarding injury plus discussion regarding options (neither pushing or against any specific options) but clearly went through positives/negatives and recommendations.

Raleigh Orthopaedic has some of the best orthopaedic doctors in North Carolina. I had one interior meniscus tear on left knee repaired and both rotator cuffs repaired at South Bend Orthopaedic. They are the orthopaedic doctors for the Notre Dame athletic department. I was impressed with their clinic and processes. But Raleigh Orthopaedic has impressed me also beyond my expectations.

The doctors are very professional and the staff are courteous and friendly. I have had my right interior meniscus tear repaired and my left knee replaced. I am on the road to recovery and fingers crossed, no complications as yet. The therapists there are very caring and friendly. Recommend any problems you have to first visit Raleigh Orthopaedic for a first or second opinion.

This Raleigh Orthopedics Clinic, on Edward Mill Road, in Raleigh, is a very sorry clinic, and you should never go there, unless you are one minute from Certain Death. They have very garbage CUSTOMER SERVICE! MOST OF THE DOCTORS, are so full of bullshit!

Raleigh Orthopaedic does it all here! On this most recent visit I took a trip to the surgery center. Dr. Dare reconstructed my ACL from my hamstring (options are the quad, hamstring, patellar tendon or a cadaver) and sutured my meniscus tear. I am currently doing my post-op physical therapy here with Gracy and am on the road to recovery so I can return to playing sports.

For past visits I have seen Dr. Lyman Smith (who is retired now) and Dr. Boone. My only dislike is the billing disconnect between the surgery center and clinic but they have been helpful in getting my issues resolved. Raleigh Orthopaedic knows what they are doing and I definitely recommend them. Knowledgeable doctors with a great staff.
