Kim Jenkins in Salon B is the best in the business in scalp care. I have been dealing with dandruff my whole life. I have tried every dandruff shampoo on the market and nothing has worked for me. I have been to over 5 different dermatologists who all confirm I have dandruff and prescribe some medicated shampoo or drop which also did not help me. Plus I am skeptical of drugs.

After the initial screening with Kim I had more confidence in her than any doctor I had seen over the course of my life to deal with my hair/scalp. She has a passion for her expertise and is extremely knowledgable. After a few treatments my scalp has been getting healthier and healthier each week. It feels better now than I can ever remember and I look forward to even more progress. Plus everything is all natural!

I regret going to Bauman. He and his management team left me with the greedy impression. Dr. Bauman's procedure came out nothing like we spoke about. It's been a while and his technique has created more damages for trauma to my natural hairs. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Find someone who will actually care about the impact on their technique rather just making his coin.

Wow! What can i say about my experience with Dr. Bauman and Bauman Medical?! They changed my life and hair for the better! They restored my hair via FUE hair Transplant process and I have also had PRP and Dr. Bauman's proprietary PDOgro treatment over the past few years to maintain my existing non transplanted hair. From the initial consultation they have always made me feel comfortable and like family.

One question I get asked is, did it hurt? All I can say is that I am terrified of needles and being in a doctor's office in general and I experienced no fear or pain during any of my visits. I became a patient of Dr. Bauman about two years ago. I went there hoping that a new type of plasma injection would help me regrow my hair loss. The examination proved it was even worse than I imagined. In retrospect I didn't want to accept the facts. I met with Dr. Bauman and he laid out all the facts and also alternatives. I got the whole truth and nothing but the truth and the best thing was there was never any pressure whatsoever.

I had done my own research on hair transplant doctors in my area and Dr. Bauman had the best reviews. So when he gave me the results I knew my best bet was the transplant. Dr. Bauman suggested we start with a test area to see if it would take and if it did then we could proceed with the other areas. It was a successful, I had hair where all I saw before was a shiny bald area.

A year later the second phase was started it too was successful. The last visit in April of this year I was showing that I needed a touch up. The cause was the tremendous stress I had been experiencing. The stress was the main reason for my hair loss. I wasn't able to set up my touch up appointment due to personal commitments I had to take care of.

My taking care of those commitments helped reduce the stress. I still need to tend to some things but once I'm done I'll be scheduling my appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Bauman because at No Time did I feel pressured. I received all the facts and options and I knew what I had to do. I had researched transplant surgery for many years. I first went to the largest transplant company that advertises on TV starting with a " B" and was told by the head Doctor I am not a candidate for surgery while I was Sitting in the waiting room. Paid 250$ for consultation was big mistake, before the appt they text and email to remind u other wise they'll charge but after the appt they never care to check if you were satisfied or if you have any question it's all about money, the office was very empty from patient I was the only one there felt so weird, when u see one of the staff with very thin hair and needs help 10 times more than I do that doesn't give good sign, employee should present the place they work for. The price he gave me for my case was ridiculous

My son evan 12 yrs old had alopecia on the right side of his temple and his left eyebrow dr alan j bauman located in boca raton south florida offered to do hair transplants for him pro bono the dr and his staff were very warm and friendly and made evan myself and mom feel very welcome! This was truly an incredible experience and we are grateful!

I researched hair loss for a very long time and all my research led me to Dr. Bauman. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. Just had my procedure yesterday and I can truthfully say that I am feeling very good about the eventual outcome. The entire procedure was very, very professional and I felt comfortable and in safe hands the entire time.

Would highly recommend! Update, it has been over a year and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Bauman is great and my hair looks like it used to look prior to the procedure. I do recommend the laser cap. I really think it works and I do like their shampoo and conditioner. It works well too. I can notice a difference in the fullness of my hair when I use them. I highly recommend Dr. Bauman medical group. Will be planning a trip back in a year for a stem cell treatment just to keep my hair looking healthy and full.

If there was a ZERO option it would certainly apply here. This is my first bad review for anything, EVER, and it will be brief because I am extremely busy - but grab your wallet AND your head and run for your life. DR BAUMAN IS A CROOK AND A CHARLATAN! He is a snake oil salesman and I am amazed he still even has a medical license. He did his disastrous "eyelash transplant" on me and I am now on my THIRD surgery and have spent a fortune to correct the nightmare he caused to my previously very healthy eyes and eyelashes.

The so-called hair replacement he did at the same time on my head due to loss from an iron deficiency grew in and then FELL OUT permanently 6 months later. And it is not new hair loss because I can tell where he added the graphs from the before and after pictures. And to add to the fun; for some insane reason he tried to make a widow's peak (I've never had a widow's peak nor wanted one.) and all of the hair fell out from the hairline over it, so I now have about 20 long hairs (which I have to shave) growing out of the top of my forehead like a freak.

He offered to "correct" my eyelash debacle with more surgery but I would not let this man touch me with a 10 foot pole! Every doctor that I saw for a consultation would immediately say "WHO DID THIS TO YOU!" One doctor was so incredulous that he even had his partner's come in to have a look. They were horrified. And Dr Bauman don't you dare even try to respond to this.

You know who I am and as you have already heard from my attorney know it is not in your best interest. And people. all of his BS responses are written by HIS PUBLICIST. I ask you.why does a reputable physician need an effin publicist.?! It's rhetorical. Dr. Bauman is a complete fraud. STAY AWAY!

One star cause you can't get simple pricing for a procedure without paying 100$. It's real simple. how much per graft for the FUE procedure? What's the big secret? Are you competitive with pricing or not? If I new the price, I'd be more than happy to spend the $100 to spend on a consultation with the Dr. Every other Dr. in the world will give you pricing for a procedure before you book, but not this guy. $100 to figure out if he overpriced or not. Seems like a easy way to lose $100 to me. No thanks, there's plenty of other highly qualified physicians who will be upfront with you from day 1.

Thanks to Dr. Bauman, now I can be proud, and happy to let my hair down. 4 months ago, I was very unhappy with my hairline and my temples. Whenever I put my hair up, I could see my hair getting thinner every day. I heard about Dr. Bauman through a friend, that had a great experience, so I gave it a shot and came in. OH MY GOD, I'm so glad that I did, 4 months later, I have more hair than I ever had since I was a little girl.

I love all of his employees because they are VERY nice and helpful. They answer all of your questions and concerns that you may have. I definitely recommend him to all my friends.

Visited Dr. Baumans office to discuss hair thinning concerns due to prior iron deficiency. The receptionist who was talking to someone else did not greet or acknowledge me for 15 to 20 minutes. Once I was taken to a room Baumans patient coordinator greeted me warmly although by the wrong name (twice) and listened to my history and concerns. After Bauman finished his photo shoot that was taking place he came in and greeted me.

He was friendly but soon I realized it was just part of his sales pitch persona. He asked me if I had tried a popular topical solution and when I said no and gave my reasons he gave me a sharp " I thought you wanted to resolve your hair issue". I explained that I did, I was simply expressing why I hadn't tried it. I was put off by how he went from overly nice to snappy.

Next he stood up like he was giving a sales presentation to tell me about the plan he wanted to put me on. $3000 laser cap and $242 ninety day topical solution. I asked him about scalp redness I had which he didn't have any opinion of the cause and quickly got back on course of his sales presentation. I advised him I had seen Antonella Tosti who is a renowned hair loss expert and he dismissed her as a researcher not a treatment doctor.

In my opinion, Bauman comes off as disingenuous and like a luxury car salesman. I wasn't impressed. Don't believe the hype. Bauman may be a good place to start but if you've done the research on hair loss or thinning you will see through the smoke and mirrors. Alternatively, I would highly recommend Dr. Gerardo Valdes. In Pembroke Pines Florida.

Dr Bauman answered all my questions and made recommendations with out being sales oriented I had lost my hair to chemo and hair extensions I was loosing more hair every time I am glad I went to see Dr B I get complimented on my curls now

Was charged for 3k grafts. I actually received just over half that many per the collaborative consultation of 3 other Hair Restoration surgeons. I saw Dr. Bauman for a total of 20 minutes in the two days I was there. Really!? Anytime I had a concern during follow ups, he just told me exactly what I wanted to hear.everytime. Never really got a straight answer.

My name is Carl Counts. My experience with alan bauman was terrible! I was very misled by bauman's appearances on TV and magazines. His public relations dept is good but his surgical skills suck! I had 3 surgeries with alan bauman with ZERO results and 2 HORRIFIC SCARS! Please o please dont go to bauman the butcher! Also dont be misled by his fake testimonials and advertising!

He also photo shops before and after pics to mislead uninformed patients. If you decide to do a consult with bauman ask him where he got his training as a hairtransplant surgeon. Also be sure to ask him if he will refund your surgery if you have no new hair afterwards. Then watch him dance around the question. bauman also uses many different things to con and drain patients dry of money.

He encourages patients to buy his meds, then charges double what you could get the same meds at any pharmacy. He also charges patients to use his laser therapy that does NOTHING to help with your hair. His laser machines only go to help line his pocket. Regardless of what smooth talking bauman says laser does nothing for hair restoration! bauman also has his patients sign several waivers before the surgery to protect him when nothing grows and you are severly scarred afterwards like me!

He also has many hairtransplant websites on his payroll so be careful. You will find moderators of hairtransplant websites defending him because he pays them to do so. It has been brought to my attention many times that he tells potential patients this LIE when they question him about my review of him. PLEASE O PLEASE do NOT let that butcher near your head and do NOT believe his lies! He needs a publicist because he is a terrible doctor!
