Do not dare to show up an hour early for your appointment without your paperwork! You will be turned away! I have never been treated like this in any medical office before! I will find a new doctor and office!

I have been a patient at ACN for years, but just saw Jaimie Russell for the first time. Unfortunately, I also just received a scary diagnosis, Jaimie has been so thorough & works with my other providers seamlessly. She has been great about communicating with me & understanding the information overload of this new diagnosis. She is very compassionate & I have been so impressed.

I have been to many providers over my 40 plus years with lupus. Jaimie ranks highly in her professionalism, thoroughness and compassion. I am on a difficult journey, but I feel better knowing Jaimie will be there on the way.

I am so glad I found the Arthritis Center of NE. I was having such trouble with gout and they got me all fixed up. I like that they generally run on time and are sensitive to my needs. Everyone on staff is kind and efficient. It is a long drive for me but it's totally worth it. I also like the online portal where I can review my visit and medications.

I have always gotten an outstanding care at the Arthritis Center. This staff is very professional, efficient and willing to assist you. Their information is first rate as much has changed in this field over the last few years.

Dr. Churchill does a complete analysis on your health. He did not rush during the appointment, gave helpful advices for better health. Dr. Churchill's nurse helped smoothly check in the room, plus other staff members were very good too. I love how their office has the lab and xray, which saves a lot of time and effort. Overall my experience was very good.

When I went to Arthritis Center of Nebraska I had a lot of issues from my RA that I truly didn't understand. They are very knowledgeable, they cared about me and continue to show it at every appointment. Through my treatments I have very little problems and am living a better life because of it.

My wife began treatment over 20 years ago with Dr. Valente. He seemed knowledgeable and professional. However, as he got bigger, he abdicated his duties to a PA by the name of Jaimie Russell. She was very unprofessional and lacked a great deal of knowledge pertaining to my wife's condition and treatments. I would highly recommend avoiding her at all costs.

We have now transferred to UNMC and are very pleased with the care she is receiving. Our UNMC doctor directly contradicted some of the medical information provided by PA Russell. Also, she ordered very expensive tests that were totally unnecessary. Ms. Russell is very ill-informed, lazy and should find another line of work.

Arthritis Center has been my rheumatoid arthritis provider for over 10 years. They do an excellent job of diagnosis and treatment. Lately they have moved to negative and harassing business practices of sending aggressive emails and repetitive calls about appointments. They treat clients like children and incompetents in these contacts. The criticism has nothing to do with billing only appointments. They use a very inaccessible patient portal and give you no ability to maintain contact or complain by email.

I love everything about this Center. They are always on-time with my appointments. Everyone is professional and kind. This is the only office that has been able to help me get control of my gout attacks. Dr. Valente and his team are responsive and knowledgeable. I also like that I can e-mail a question and get a response, rather than having to go into the office.

I also like that they give me a written overview of my appointment. I refer to this often and I've made sure my PCP has a copy. I would recommend The Arthritis Center to anyone. They do a great job.

I have been a patient of Arthritis Center of Nebraska since January 1986. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They ensure that you understand your diagnosis and treatment before you leave. They also provide a written report as you leave so you don't have to rely on your memory. Highly recommend them!
