I had all 4 of my wisdom tooth removed today. I would give my doctor Dr. Blanchaert 4 stars for his skills and 1 star for the nurse assistant or whatever they called. I can now understand why they have such a low review. Just glad the Dr got me in and out fast within an hour and I am healing pretty good so far. One of the nurse assistant was so rough when she was trying to take my vein.

My arm is tiny and she used the rub band to right it so hard I had to tell her" could you please be gentle?"!. She said:" it's supposed to be hard!" Not even sorry or anything. I have my vein taking so many times before and no one ever hurt my arm like that. Will I recommended this place to my family? Of course NO. My doctor was good but I can tell he knows he is good and doesn't care about customer service or his client at all. Just want to get his job done.

Horrible place of business. No sympathy for their patients, the receptionist sounds unhappy. The doctor told me I was being dramatic because of my $149 office bill. He was rude and sarcastic. Also, he brushed it off as if it's not a lot of money. I'll tell all my family and friends to never go here.

I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth out today. I was very nervous going in, VERY nervous and reading the reviews definitely did not help lol. But everything the bad reviews said were not true in my opinion! Everyone I talked to was super nice, the girl answered any questions I had before surgery and reassured me it's ok to be nervous. They did a great job at communicating and helping calm my nerves.

I was out in about an hour, taken care of after, and got the meds provided that I needed. Great experience and definitely was not as bad as I thought it would be. I would recommend this place because they are professional and communicative.

Horrible practice! They don't explain nothing to your child (even when he is 16) and doesn't take the time to ask if he has any questions, fears, etc. Then when he walks in alone for the surgery (because parents aren't allowed with their kids) and see all the needles lined up and walks out saying he can't do this right now they refuse to reschedule and treat him like a problem patient.

He is afraid of needles and had the doctor bothered to even say one word to my son about what to expect or ask if he had any questions, concerns, or fears they would have been able to address this. Horrible horrible practice! Wouldn't recommend to my worse enemy.

The staff at this location are ignorant and rude. Little scrub girl copped and attitude with my wife when they called her back. Won't answer questions about meds or procedures. Absolutely appalling service here. Would rather offer zero stars or more appropriately negative stars here.

1 AM with a severe tooth pain for 3 weeks doctor Tingley young man come in reviewed me said it needed to be removed and was not gonna be easily removed ask him if he could do that day he said he didn't really want to but he would he thought he could work me outaphysically into weight which I was They made an incision in the gum pulled out the tooth and I'm getting along fine I'm giving 5 stars to he and his assistant. They were both top notch. I am doing fine. some pain but that is to be expected for they had to do. Bud Bannon

Thanks to a job well done. My total experience was top notch. The professional care prompt service kind demeanor of the staff I came in contact with made my stress level a lot less. Dr. Blanchaert and his team worked well to get the job done and I couldn't be more pleased. Great job. Great team work. Keep it up

I went in last week for all four wisdom teeth, and the experience was great I was in and out, Dr. Lichty and his team was efficient, Thorough, polite and professional, I felt I was in good hands. Waking up from surgery Necee was there to comfort and further instruct care upon going home. I didn't even know her but I was so happy to see her when I woke up.

After going home I experienced nausea and extra pain, I contacted the Doctor and nurse several times for pain and all my needs were met. Even tho this was a painful experience that I dont recommend.but if you have to do it do it with the A-team at Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates, with Dr Jonad Light. Thank you all for the great care

I have been advised to schedule for extraction of all 4 wisdom teeth, unfortunately life happens and I had to cancel my appointment. I did not plan to reschedule until end of December but Today I called wanting to be seen for possible infection as I been in pain all weekend and I was told I need surgery by a male office Manager. I told him I didn't want to schedule surgery but wanted to see if I could be seen to possibly get antibiotics for the infection and he still refused to ask the doctor if I could be seen.

He kept making reference that he was the office manager and that was what needed to be done. Again I asked if he was not even going to attempt to ask the Dentist and let him know that I was in pain with possible infection, and he stated again that if I didn't pay up front for the surgery there was nothing they could do. Worst customer service experience.

As a Nurse It is not our call to make if a patient gets seen or not, it is at the doctors discretion if he decides to make that call, not a receptionist or "manager" with no medical experience! I am supposed to be a patient, and I was treated horribly by their staff. You do not turn down a patient in pain because I had to cancel my appointment. Life happens and you never know what that person was going through at the time. Will definitely be looking for a new referral for elsewhere.

I have never been so disappointed in how I was treated. This has by far been the worse experience in a doctor's office I'd ever had. There is a reason why they have such low reviews. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed. I was never informed of the issues that may occur post op. I checked the post op paper and instructions and even the website for issues that may occur after the op.

No information was given to me about what may occur. I had a few shards of remaining teeth that were left in my mouth hanging on to my gums. On my upper right side, water and food was escaping from my mouth into my nose. I am getting food stuck and bad aches. I am scared it is going to get infected. There were no stitches located around this area to seal it up.

I called to see if Dr. Blanchaert could resolve my issue. The receptionist was rude and did not tell me which office I was supposed to go to. I showed up at the East price since I had my operation done there. The east office told me go to the west office, note that my emergency appointment was a 4:00 and it was already 3:45 and from the east to west office was a 25 minute drive.

It would've have been nice to at least tell me the correct location before I had to waste a tank of gas. I arrived and was taken back, the nurse did nothing to help me. I told Dr. Blanchaert what was happening and he told me I was fine. I think that there is an issue when I cannot consume neither liquids or food without it spewing out. Within three minutes I was out without any help, when I explained the situation with both my interactions with his staff and what happened inside my mouth and all he said was "that happens, sorry." If you are recommended by your dentist to go here, please ask for a different place. I wouldn't not recommend this place, just look at the other reviews.
