BocaFertility, established in 1982, was the first clinic in Palm Beach County to offer In Vitro Fertilization. Boca Fertility achieved its first IVF birth in 1988 and has since consistently achieved top success rates. Choosing an IVF program is an important medical decision. And you could not make a better choice than Boca Fertility.
Boca Fertility provides complete on site IVF services including a state-of-the-art operating suite certified by the American Association for the Accreditation of Ambulatory and Surgery Facilities (AAAASF). Anesthesia services are provided by board-certified anesthesiologists and the egg retrieval is performed utilizing transvaginal ultrasound.
Family building for gay men will require IVF with the use of a gestational carrier and an egg donor. A gestational carrier is a woman who accepts to be pregnant with the embryos created from the eggs of another woman. For gay men, the egg provider is either an anonymous or known egg donor. The gestational carrier provides a host uterus for the offspring, and does not contribute genetic material, i.e. is not the egg provider.
Our newly designed state of the art IVF laboratory is certified with distinction by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and directed by Michael B. Matilsky, Ph. D. Dr. Matilsky is board-certified by the American Board of Bioanalysis as a High Complexity Laboratory Director (HCLD) in both Embryology and Andrology with more than 19 years of clinical IVF experience.

We switched to Boca Fertility after having a negative experience at another south Florida fertility center and have found everything I hoped for here. From our first consultation and their follow up greeting card in the mail, I have appreciated the personal care and touches of the Boca Fertility staff. Although it's difficult to go through fertility treatment that doesn't work the first time, it has afforded us with a lot of experience to speak from and assurance that we are in the right place with Boca Fertility.
With the range of high tech equipment the practice has, you get to be in the same office for all procedures needed during diagnostics and treatment. Doctor Perez is always even keel, honest about the options, and very experienced. The medical staff are very professional while being warm and caring throughout the ups and the downs of the process and are quick to respond to your questions by phone, email and even text as needed. Dr. Peress and the Boca fertility team are an amazing and professional group of individuals. Dr. Peress has been very professional and took his time to listen and clarify any questions I had. Most importantly, he made me feel at ease, that I could trust his guidance through this process. Nurse practitioners, Jennie and Veronica, have been especially helpful, kind, and supportive during this sensitive, and what can be somewhat stressful, period of time. Words cannot express how truly grateful my husband and I are for the extraordinary service we received at Boca Fertility. Dr Peres, his amazing nursing staff and the wonderful embryologists, everyone who played a role in making us parents, we truly thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I have had an amazing experience with Boca fertility. The staff has been unbelievably helpful, Amy is always there to answer my texts if I have any emergency questions, and Dr. Peress has always made us feel at ease. During our stimulation process, my body didn't react as expected. Dr. Peress never hesitated and quickly changed our protocol. The second time it worked and we were able to retrieve a great number of eggs and had a good fertilization %. Our first transfer was a success and I'm now 10 weeks pregnant. If and when we decide for another, we plan to come back to Boca Fertility. 10/10 would recommend!

Boca Fertility is the best! Everyone is so friendly and very knowledgeable in their areas and I always felt like I had the best treatment. Dr Peress is also very competent and listened to my concerns and did everything to reassure me that this was the right path. I just graduated from there and I'm 9 weeks pregnant! Boca Fertility is by far the best IVF office in Palm Beach County. The staff is so friendly from the front door to the back! I have grown to love the staff and so happy with the treatment I received. Dr Peress is so professional and just all around a great person! I just completed my process with a successful pregnancy! They have all truly become family. I appreciate all the love and care they have given to me since day one. It means the world to me! I look forward to doing it again!

First, I would like to start off with the amazing staff. Everyone in the office is very knowledgeable and patient. They provide you detail information. I love each and everyone of the nurses. They take the time to go over your treatment plan and the medicine. Simple things like walking you through how to do the medicine, so your mine is at ease. Dr. Peress provides you with a customize treatment to help you achieve your fertility goals.

I had such a great experience at Boca Fertility. Dr Peress definitely knows what he is doing and you can trust that you are in good hands. You just have to trust his process it works! I'm so very happy I came here. I am grateful and appreciative of the staff especially Amy who is so caring, a real genuine person and always there to answer my many questions late at night and on weekends.

Boca Fertility Clinic changed my entire TTC journey. They staff is incredible. They are responsive, polite and supportive. Having been to two other clinics before, I tell you from experience that I wish I had started here and save myself the years of frustration and disappointment.
