My dentist referred me to this specialist. I'm so glad I was fortunate enough to see Dr Ben Lee. He is so professional, passionate about what he does, and is super-talented. Very thorough in explaining the entire procedure, friendly, and kind, also with a great sense of humor that make me comfortable and less nervous. Great follow up, extremely professional and detailed patient report as well. Asako - the reception girl is also very friendly and helpful.
The whole experience I had from the time I was greeted at the reception desk throughout my appointment was extremely pleasant and professional. Super competent, helpful, and caring!

Nice enough clinic but disappointing appraisal where Dr Lee talked in lyrics, with an analogy for almost everything. He did not seem to want examine the situation and was reserved in sharing all the options to remediate. Also expensive compared to other local prosthodontists who displayed far better knowledge and a far better appraisal of the situation.

My daughter (15) put off visiting a dentist for years due to a very high dental phobia. It was extremely difficult to get her there, let alone opening her mouth for a check up. After visiting the local dentist it was apparent that she required work to be done on 3 teeth. These guys knew that they wouldn't be able to get the job done (due to her phobia) so they recommended another practice.
From there the whirlwind started and we visited 6 dental specialists and during this time several treatments were recommended (all of which did not make any sense to me given there was no pain in any of the teeth.) We were finally referred to Dr Ben Lee and she was very comfortable with him and allowed him to take a look around her mouth and follow up with another visit to get the job done.
I was amazed at how comfortable she felt with him and she is very eager to visit him again. If you're looking for an honest answer, where the best interest of the client comes first and foremost, then Dr Ben Lee is the Dentist you need to visit. Dr. Ben Lee and Dr. Johnson Chou are both extremely gentle and understanding and are very professional in their work. For someone who has a dentist-phobia liked me, I went thru the implant surgery without any problem. They explained each detail to me patiently and put me at ease most of the time. I am totally happy and satisfy with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who are thinking of doing an implant.

Dr Lee and Dr Chou and their team are incredible! They are very understanding, listens to every concern and adjusts accordingly! I could not be happier with the process so far! I can't thank both of them enough for their amazing work and time! If you are very particular and want the best dentist then you've come to the right place! Also the clinic is beautiful, having a very relaxing, soothing atmosphere. I love going, it's an absolute pleasure. I actually look forward to it. ONCE AGAIN VERY WELL DONE

From consultation through to the end result, Dr Lee was very professional, informative and made the whole process a very easy experience. Having dental implants was one of the biggest decision I have made and having Dr Lee perform the surgery made me feel very at ease each time I was in the dentist chair - I would highly recommend Dr Lee to anyone considering having this done.

I had recently required extensive dental work to be done (due to questionable work by another). The end result (two of my top front teeth, no less ) turned out to be absolutely fantastic, you cannot tell the difference between my real teeth and my new implants, they look and feel just like my original ones. a wonderful result. I'm saying this, along with all of my friends who are truly amazed with the results achieved. Normally, I am absolutely terrified of dentists.
To be honest, the whole procedure was pain free. (even getting the local injections which were gently administered after pre-numbing ) Dr. Ben Lee along with Dr Johnson Chou always made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during my visits, every step was explained to me in great detail, along with all of the available options and costs. There was absolutely no pressure at all to take the more expensive option.
The practice staff were always efficient, friendly and helpful. I would also like to give great credit to Brendan (Fusion Clear Art) the dental technician who very carefully matched my exact colour and the colour grading for the manufacture of my new implants. I do believe Dr Ben Lee to be very caring and honest in his approach to the patient.
