My daughter has been going here since she was two months old. They scheduled her for her six month appointment to get shots on the 18th and she won't technically be six months until the 23 and they made me reschedule her appointment for five days later when my husband took time off work to be there for her appointment why would you schedule her an appointment early if you can't do anything they need to figure out there scheduling

The on-call np Besma refused to give me antibiotics for what was obviously a sinus infection happens every year even though it would have been the course of treatment from my regular doctor. She was acting like I was asking her for narcotics or something. Now I have to miss more work and be out more money. I'm switching doctor offices

I have been going to Dr Caryn Belafsky at the Family Practice Group for some 13 nears now; annual physicals, minor cosmetics(mole removals) and one shoulder injury for myself and my son has his checkups there too. I have had nothing but excellent care with Dr Belafsky; her bed-side is great, she listens to my input and concerns, she questions me for more details to help with her diagnosis of my ailments and she has a good rapport with my son as his health care provider.
The lab technicians do quick and as painless as possible blood draws and Destiny (the primary nurse I deal with) is a delight to be around and very professional at the same time. *edit for typo

I want to start off this review by saying I have been a patient at this office for close to a decade and have never had any issues while visiting former practitioner Jill and Dr. Peterson. However, today I met with Dr. Collins as Dr. Peterson was out of office and I had such a gut wrenching experience that caused me to leave this office a bawling mess.
I came in looking for possible hormone testing as I felt I was having issues with my monthly cycle and the symptoms which come along with it. The receptionist, medical assistant, office manager, and phlebotomists all treated me with immense kindness and understanding while Dr. Collins provided me with lesser medical care and even forced me to move seats after finding out I wasn't vaccinated.
She then complained about the mask I was wearing, but would not provide me with a proper one. This doctor refused me the hormone testing I requested because she felt there were no issues with my cycle, she then began pushing birth control options on me (even though I told her multiple times that I was not interested due to the way it affects my body), when I shared with her the symptoms I was having and concerned about she constantly interrupted me and even scoffed and laughed at me.
I shared with her that I did believe in and plan on being vaccinated after I did research on which vaccination I thought would work best for me, she then told me that I HAD to be vaccinated today in order to come back for my next appointment and that if I was pregnant it would be unfair to my unborn child for me to not get vaccinated (I had tested negative for pregnancy and she was well aware of that fact).
I told her no, and that I would call and set up an appointment when I was ready and would make sure I did so in correct timing for my next appointment. She basically stormed out of the room, did not let me voice any further concerns for my medical needs, and did not order the blood work which I requested. The office manager assured me that this issue would be addressed today, and I truly hope it is.
I urge you to avoid seeing Dr. Collins at all costs, especially for any womanly issues. It is appalling to me that a female doctor can not sympathize and understand when another woman is concerned about her cycle. This subject is already a difficult one to speak about with a stranger, and I was HUMILIATED by this doctor. I am not keen on sharing my medical issues, but felt I owe it to another woman so that she may not have the same experience that I did today.

We LOVE this place! Ashley and Eric have delivered all our babies and did and amazing job. Since their deliveries they've needed hundreds of appointments, diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, referrals out and so much more. We are needy! The staff has almost always been pleasant and helpful. Dr Ring in my opinion is the best in the world, he's never once rushed us or been short. Once he just yarded a fork right out of my hand. He is brave! and his co pilot Julie is wonderful! They are an amazing team. Quality of care cannot be beat.

Unprofessional, disorganized, time management/schedule issues, doesn't listen to patients, puts the blame on patients when their office makes a mistake. One extra star because they have a great phlebotomy team. If you have issues with needles, they are amazing and will take good care of you. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend them.

I was a patient of Rex's for many many years. I am sad that he is no longer there, however my primary is now Julie Lucero. I would see her on and off for random things and she's always been professional, kind and amazing. Having had to just appeal an insurance decision to save my life, she went out of her way to educate herself on my condition and wrote the most amazing letter in support of expediting my appeal. Everyone here has been amazing and I've gone here for about 15 years.
