I was in a major car accident with multiple surgeries. They never got my info from the hospital where the "treated" me so charged a random insurance I had when I was 20 (36 now) When they received the insurance I had the entire time (the insurance every one else was charging i.e hospital/surgeon) it was to late and insurance would help them. Sorry you didn't contact the hospital (where u do business) to get my info. Unfortunately looks like they are a monopoly here so kind of stuck with this group. I can see why they have a 2.1 star rating

Service is fine, billing is a total pain. I keep getting notices from a company called Resolution Resource, as if I'm being sent to collections. I'll get a notice every two weeks about something I paid 3 months ago. When I call about it, they just say, "We're looking into it." We'll avoid this group from here on out, just because their billing is so annoying. Sad, because the radiology services are good.

Billing and payment options are horrible! I was unable to pay online, unable to call in off the bill in hand, had to call the Medford Group direct and be reconnected with someone else, I wasn't even sure at that point if I wanted to give the card number out! Horrible! I 'm shocked it took 3 adults and 20 minutes to get this accomplished.

I received and annual healthcare screening that is covered by my insurance, then 3 months later I get a statement saying I have 15 days to pay or my account would be sent to an outside collection agency. It does not appear that my insurance was billed and this is the first bill I received from them. No call, no letter asking for insurance info (they should have record since I provided info at time of service). Very poor customer service.
