The PA was nice enough, but my full body skin cancer exam took maybe a total of five minutes from the time she entered the room until she left. I did get the areas I was concerned with looked at, but I'm not a medical professional and expected places like behind my ears and scalp to be looked at. She diagnosed a scalp issue I mentioned without even looking at my scalp.

I expected a more thorough exam. I could have gone to my primary care PA for what I got here. Also, one of the receptionist's mask kept falling down on her face the entire time she checked me in.

Everyone in this office is super amazing they make you feel very comfortable they offer you water and anything that you could possibly need. The doctor and the assistant were amazingly nice and let me know if everything that was going on and what I should expect and the follow up was also great it's so great could have had a better experience and I have been going there for quite a few years now.

I have always been taken well care of by Asarch Dermatology. I have been with them for many years. Kate discovered I had melanoma in early stages, which may have saved my life. Dr. Asarch has performed less intrusive surgery on Basel cell carcinoma to leave my face looking as it had before. The whole staff is competent, efficient and thoughtful with their treatment. They are the most professional medical office I have ever been too.

Professional care by knowledgeable doctors and physician's assistants. Treatment is helpful. I had some glitches with my billing being accurate, but eventually Asarch worked through that and things are resolved.

I highly recommend Asarch Dermatology. They were friendly and professional, and extremely helpful in addressing the reasons I came in, providing options for treatment that I could choose from along with the pros and cons for each. I needed a small cyst removed and didn't have much availability for a follow up appointment and Dr Chelsea was able to take care of the procedure during my initial visit.

Kate is efficient, thorough, and reassuring when I see her for a full body skin cancer check up. She will check every spot I am worried about and explain what they are. Starting with my scalp to under my toenails, she checks my skin completely and we go over options for decreasing/ treating sun spots. I can get in in a few weeks and was seen within 10 minutes of arriving. I have bee going here for years and recommend Asarch!

Our family has been going to the Asarch Center for 20 yrs+ and have complete trust in them. Amber is amazing and everyone is always so pleasant and the front office is very efficient. Highly recommend!

The young man who took my history and concerns was very personable and thorough. The doctor was extremely thorough in her exam, which I VERY MUCH APPRECIATED! She also was very comfortable to be around and I felt she definitely cared about my concerns.

I've been coming here for many years and I have yet to be disappointed. Minimal waiting time for my appointment, courteous staff and thorough examination of my needs. I highly recommend for your dermatology needs.

I went here once over a year ago. The services were ok. I honestly haven't even thought about this place over the last year. Credit Karma alerted me that I had a collections on my account. I immediately checked it out because I had no idea where it could be from. Evidently, I owed $50 for my appointment over a year ago. What kind of place sends someone to collections without even a phone call or letter? I would have just paid the amount a year ago. Absolutely unethical and inexcusable. I will never be back.

Well run office with very helpful receptions and very professional staff. Had a full body review and Kate did a great job of identifying marks, relaying the info to me so I could understand and some remedies and actions we needed to take. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone seeking Dermatology.

Whenever I have an appointment at Asarch Dermatology, I am checked in and called back promptly. All personnel, from the receptionists and customer service employees to the medical assistants and doctors, are unfailingly polite and helpful. The offices and examination rooms are clean and well stocked. All personnel are happy to answer whatever questions I have. All treatments are thoroughly explained. I can recommend Asarch Dermatology without reservation.

I rarely share bad experiences and waited to post but my experience at this clinic and since have been so disappointing. I went in for Botox and since this was not my first time I knew what I wanted and the end result goal. Tamara rushed in barely listened to what I wanted, did my injections and left the building. After a few days I was speaking with the friend that referred me and she was shocked reached out to Tamara and was told to tell me that they don't do follow ups for longer so wait it out.

Which I them did and still very little results and not nearly what was expected. Tamara was aware of my disappointment and stated she would reach out and resolve it, admitting she was rushed. Well short story she not anyone else in the clinic ever reached out to apologize or find a resolution. I have never been to a clinic that doesn't do some sort of follow up let alone when they know a client is dissatisfied.

I gave this clinic a try based on a friend's recommendation, but have decided that they certainly aren't worth it. I will put my money to support a business that cares you are showing up rather then one that is inconvenienced by you being there.

Super disorganized staff. Called them three times during the week to get them to send in my prescription refill to my pharmacy. My pharmacy then called them twice and faxed them once, marking both on urgent. They confirmed that they would get my prescription sent in by Thursday and said the same exact thing on Friday when it still wasn't sent in.

When I called in on Saturday, and it still wasn't sent in, they said they'd have to wait until Monday because their medical assistant can't come in. Now, I'm going to miss my scheduled dose. This is also not the first time this has happened. I usually have to call several times before someone actually completes the request. Horrible organization.

We are done with Asarch Center. The doctors are wonderful, but the office has possibly become a victim of some sort of deceitful corporate billing practice beyond their control. We've been attending the Englewood office since the 90's, but we are fed up with their uninformed, unnecessary billing. Recently, my wife was ASKED by the doctor to return, presumably, for a follow up visit.

She was not informed it would be a fee-charged visit, and after waiting 25 minutes, due to a surgery appt before her, and the doctor spent all of 3 minutes with her after finally getting in. The office sent her a bill, charging her for the visit! Apparently, it's only a covered follow up visit if stitches are removed. This is not the first time this has happened with "follow up" visits being charged.

Last time, they waived the fee after our complaint. Not so this time. You may think, "why didn't she ask if the follow up visit would be charged?" Well, you tend to trust the doctor if they ask for your return, that it will just be a quick look to follow up on the previous treatment. In our opinion, it seems to be a purposefully withholding fee charging information. 5 stars for doctors and staff, minus 2 stars for lack of billing information up front. Doctors are great, billing practices are terrible!

Eczema flare up initiated this appointment. I decided to try this one as I've been having trouble finding actual medical dermatologists, aka those who practice medicine over those who want to just do botox, as one of my docs just told me. I went in to see the provider who examined me and mind you, my skin looks and feels bad. She prescribed me an antibiotic which has had little to no improvement, and some lotion. Lotion, from my experience dealing with this, does not do sh*t when in this condition. She didn't really address the rest of my issues. Do not recommend if you have any real skin problems.

I was looking for a cosmetic dermatologist/med spa to find out about Botox and IPL facials/skin tag removal. I called to make an appt for the "free cosmetic consultation". The receptionist told me I would see a doctor (actually a PA) so according to the website it reads with a health care provider it would be $75. That was fine with me. I arrived at my appointment and was very confused with the amount of forms I was asked to filled out and I was asked for my insurance.

I told them, I doubt my insurance would pay for Botox or a cosmetic consult why do they need my card. The receptionist did not know what I was talking about. I told her I expected to be charged $75 cosmetic consult per website. She did not know what I was talking about. This was so confusing. I tried to let them know on their specific compliant line but you need a ID number from the office which I do not have.

I emailed them to tell them the communication stinks between the spa/derm office and providers. Someone called me back and said she would take care of everything and sorry for the confusion. I did go back for the IPL appt. but also not happy as they said it was a special of whole face for $250 but the provider only did my cheeks indicating that was all it was booked for and I was charged $250.

But now I received a large bill for the original dermatologist appt. I am just so disappointed with this office, there are too many other providers to choose from why waste time with a chaotic office, it was not what I expected but also it was my first experience with a cosmetic dermatologist/med spa.

I had to make an appointment because I was getting horrible acne due to masks. Scheduling was fast and efficient. I saw Amber Long and she was very nice and quick. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. She wrote a script for a cleanser, topical cream and an antibiotic. It didn't work right away and I wasn't expecting miracles but my face and my confidence are some much better.

It took about two months to really see a difference. I just finished the antibiotic (three month supply). I still have the face wash and the cream. I think I will also get a sulfur soap too. I'm so thankful for getting this under control. Thanks Dr Long! Billing was also really easy and everyone at the front desk was really kind.

Had an appointment to get a wart removed from my hand. Doctor was nice and did his thing by freezing it to death. Ended up getting a huge bump that was very painful for 3 or so weeks. Asarch sent me the first bill without my insurance included for 500$! Went in and they fixed the payment to 300$ for removing a wart.now 8 months later that same wart has come back. So 300$ down the drain.

I've been seeing Dr. Asarch for over 20 years for cosmetic procedures such as Botox, Juvederm, dermabrasion and laser. He and his associates are skilled and on top of the latest technology. I was diagnosed with Basal Cell carcinoma and Dr. Asarch performed MOH's surgery. I was worried about the procedure. Dr. Asarch assured me it would go smoothly and not to worry. Dr. Asarch even allowed my partner to stay with me during the procedure. Now, you can't even tell I've had surgery on my nose/face; the scar is almost invisible. I can't say enough about Dr. Asarch and his team; the creme de la creme of professionals.

The front desk people were polite and professional as well as the medical staff. The dermatologist however was cold and dismissive with me she seemed irritated that my doctor ordered a biopsy when she told me it was just a rash very disappointing

I was going to Kaiser for years before I came here and I've never been more impressed! From the people that greet you to the nurses and the doctors that treat you everything is a top-notch experience. They get you in quickly and treat you with the most upbeat professionalism. I almost feel like I wasted so many years with Kaiser I wish I'd known about this place! I highly recommend!

I just had my first appointment with Asarch, and while I found the service and care adequate, I didn't feel they really put a lot of energy in my visit. I saw a PA who seemed rushed, and I felt like I was impinging on her time when I'd ask a question. The Medical Assistant was adequately cordial, but not outgoing or necessarily friendly (neither was the PA, for that matter.) It seems like a corporate run office, felt like more of a number than a patient. While overall it was an perfunctory visit, I won't be returning.

I was told to visit this doctor for mohs surgery. I scheduled the appointment and asked that a doctor call me to walk me through what to expect, if I should get a ride or be able to drive after, how long it would take, what the procedure entails. Nothing. They sent me a text asking me to confirm my appointment. I called to confirm and said I was still waiting to hear from the doctor about the procedure. Nothing.

I called back two days later and they said a doctor would be reaching out to me. Again- Nothing. I called the day before the visit and I let them know I have yet to hear from anyone and would need to cancel my appointment if I don't hear from anyone. They said they were very busy with what they were doing at the front desk but would try and get back to me. Nothing.

Might be a routine procedure for them, but not for me. I think it's very fair to ask for a brief 3 minute conversation with someone that is going to take a knife to your face multiple times.

Dr. Twede and staff were very professional and thorough. I recommend any of the doctors in this facility. Sage, front desk, went out of her way to get me seen as soon as possible.

I would not recommend this place for anyone. I have been looking for a dermatologist that takes my insurance and I called the office asking if my insurance would cover my yearly skin cancer check exam and they told me my insurance covers 100 percent of my visit. I then received a bill a few months later for my visit and called because I thought it was a mistake.

They then told me that my insurance doesn't cover my visit so I am stuck with a bill I didn't want. To make my experience worse, I got prescribed a medication at my visit and it took the office over a week to send it to the pharmacy. I called the office multiple times asking when it would be sent to the pharmacy and they either didn't answer or told me they would call me back and never did. It was very unprofessional and I will not be returning or recommending it to anyone unfortunately.

Kate Harrison PA-C is the best dermatology provider I have seen. She did my skin check, addressed all of my concerns, was very professional and seems highly educated in the field of dermatogy. The office staff was also wonderful and had a smooth check in and check out process. I highly recommend seeing Kate Harrison for any of your dermatology concerns.

I've never been to a dermatologist and my husband was concerned about some of my freckles and moles so we went in to get it checked out. The front desk was kind, quick in the processing, and helpful. I read some other reviews and really had very different experiences than what some of the negative reviews mentioned. Maybe it's a new staff? Dr. Tonya and her medical assistant (I can't recall her name) came into the room right on time. Dr. Tonya made us feel comfortable and was extremely helpful and informational. She might have even convinced me to wear sunscreen. We will be back for our check ups. This is a great place and I highly recommend it!

Horrible experience. The office was out of the way, and it was dirty and dingy. They did not listen to my needs, they were rushed and abrasive. They also charged my insurance for an office visit and sent me a bill even though I paid out of pocket. A friend of mine recommended the place to me so I didn't expect it to be so dirty and dated. I thought at the very least they would have good service to make up for it. The only upside was the accessible parking.

Dr. Asarch did two mohs procedures on me a week apart. When I went in for the second procedure, I told him that I believed the first procedure sight was infected. He was extremely patronizing, patting me on the shoulder and saying, "It's not infected. I've done thousands of these procedures. Trust me." I explained to him that I have had a chronic problem with staph infection, ask him to look in my chart, but he refused.

The stiches were removed from the first procedure. When I returned a week later to have the second set of stiches removed, the nurse was alarmed and went to get Dr. Riddle. I had a staph infection! It took 6 weeks of antibiotics to heal the infection. If you choose to do business with this clinic, I would strongly suggest you request Dr. Riddle. Belita Nelson Golden, CO
