At Ground Floor Health, we apply an integrative approach tailored to each individual patient. Our clinic in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle offers complete care for the whole family, with a special emphasis on women's health and pediatrics.
Integrative primary care medicine uses components of conventional, alternative, and complementary medicine to create the best path to wellness while focusing on the needs of the individual. Our main job in Primary Care isn't to treat - it's to listen. We see our role as asking questions to understand individual patients so that they are taking care of themselves the way they need to be; through annual exams, referrals, navigating specialist care, and connecting current health with family histories.
Dr. Christina Gutierrez is a Naturopathic Physician who has been in practice since 2005 when she founded Ground Floor Health. She previously practiced midwifery for more than 15 years before retiring. Her practice interests include pediatrics and women's health. She is passionate about helping families thrive and assisting them on their journey.
The providers at Ground Floor Health specialize in treating all aspects of women's health from early adolescence thru menopause. We are here for all your preventative healthcare needs and have more than 20 years of experience treating common conditions affecting women. We offer treatments across a wide range of modalities depending on each individual patient's needs.

I brought my twin daughters (age 5) here to figure out vaccine options in order to start school. The girls were visibly nervous since we very rarely visit the doctor and they have never been in daycare so their social skills need a little improvement. Dr Christina is such a gem. She was kind, calm and patient with me and my daughters. She explained things in a way that was easy to understand and she put my mind at ease.
She also made a conscious effort to involve the girls in the conversation while not pushing too hard. She waited until they felt comfortable before moving on. She clearly explained what she was going to do next and even demonstrated it on their dolls before hand to make sure they knew what to expect. Overall, I am so happy to have found Dr. Christina.
And even though I have to drive over an hour each way, it is so worth it to find a Dr for the girls that actually had them smiling and laughing by the end of the appointment. That is worth it's weight in gold IMO. Thank you!
