Dr. Klausner is an exceptional physician with a tremendous knowledge and understanding of EN&T. He has treated me for several years and I find his answers and explanations to questions I have to always be understandable. He is a Doctor who cares greatly about his patients and his office and staff share that concern. Also, if there's an answer to a medical issue he reaches out to find the best doctor or hospital to meet the need. I highly recommend him to everyone regardless of age.

IN my visit in March he billed an outrageous amount for what he claimed he had done. I went to him for neck pain as my physician had recommended him. Services he claimed he did for my issue and the time spent, which was a total of 35 minutes he charged Medicare a total of $930.00! A real ripoff. He better stick to cosmetic surgery.

Dr. Klausner is one of the finest doctors I have ever met. He has treated me for vocal cord nodules, ear infections, and viral infections with 100% success. I have a weakened immune system and he always knows how to relieve the discomfort and heal my condition. The best part is his manner. He is a pleasure to talk with.

Dr. Klausner's staff reflects his attention to detail- courteous and efficient as soon as you walk in the door. He greets my mom (and every patient) with a hearty HELLO and attentively listens to her issues. Treatment options are appropriate for her 90 yr old ears. She has already recommended Dr. Klausner to her best friend, which says everything!

Due to family history I was concerned about enlarged lymph nodes and difficulty swallowing. The office manager, Kim, fit me into their busy schedule even though I was a first time patient. Dr. Klausner was very professional and informative. He took his time explaining (in terms that I could understand) and totally put me at ease. Test results were negative and my symptoms were alleviated with medication. I cannot praise Dr. Klausner highly enough.

Honestly the best decision I made was to see Dr. Klausner because he did such an amazing job on my ear surgery because I had to keloids for almost 7 years and after the surgery it looks like I have an ear again! Dr. Klausner is absolutely amazing and the only doctor that I can recommend and his staff is so polite and do a good job as well! Thank you again Dr. Klausner!

Dr Klausner has taken care of my dad for several years. He is kind, caring and knowledgeable. He spends time with each patient and the staff is great. It is easy to get hold of the office and the follow up is outstanding. Recently my dad went to Dr Klausner with an concern in his throat. Dr Klausner verified the throat was fine but didn't stop there.
He ordered other tests that identified his problem and coordinated with my fathers doctor in that speciality. He went well beyond what I have experienced other doctors would have done and his timely actions may a positive impact in his care.

Dr. Klausner is not only a phenomenal doctor, but also a phenomenal person who truly cares about your wellbeing. His office staff are very nice and professional- Kim is the sweetest! Not many people can say getting their tonsils out is a great experience; they made it as comfortable and easy as it could've been and he went above and beyond to make sure I was feeling okay post-surgery. I had chronic sinusitis/sore throats since I was young and I feel like a new person. Thank you so much Dr. Klausner!

Dr. Klausner is a remarkable physician! He removed my tonsils and adenoids because I had recurrent tonsillitis 8-10 times in 2018. I was very nervous for the procedure because I have never had a surgery before. He has such an amazing bed side manner and was very empathetic/sympathetic on how nervous I was. He was very supportive and helped me out in any way possible.
The procedure it self was BEAUTIFUL. Dr. Klausner is the true definition of a perfectionist. In comparison to other tonsillectomy's I've seen on other people, mine was clean cut and just overall beautiful. For everyone whom is in the medical field knows this meaning. After the surgery, Dr. Klausner personally called me to check in to make sure everything was okay.
I've NEVER had a doctor personally call me to check up post-procedure. Day 2 post-op I had some complications that resulted in me going to the hospital due to dehydration. I called the office and received a phone call in less than five mins to advise me to go to the hospital. Amazing service to patients! I am so thankful for Dr. Klausner and his staff for supporting me in every way possible and being sympathic during this recovery. I would highly recommend Dr. Klausner to anyone! To add to this, I live in North fort Myers and he is located in Bonita. TOTALLY worth the drive!

Dr. Klausner is an exceptional physician. He has provided wonderful care for my teenage daughter on multiple occasions. Very responsive office staff with ease in getting appointment. Spent time listening to our concerns and extremely satisfied with the care that we received.
