The manner in which Browns advertise themselves is a far cry from what they actually deliver. A nightmare slowly unfolding was my experience. Avoid at all costs. If zero or minus ratings were available, these would have been my choice.

Wow! I was bowled over by my wig, which arrived today. It's so realistic and comfortable and I feel like my old self again. Natasha was so helpful and knowledgeable and picked out some great choices. Thank you.

Fantastic experience at the charing cross hospital. Andy the consultant made me feel at ease and was very patient. He helped me choose a wonderful wig. I felt very special and now feel very confident. My friends and family love my new hair. Thankyou so much. Great choices of wigs to choose from.

I have always had my wig washed and blowdried by Browns at there salons for the past 20years and been very happy and pleased with the service. Until yesterday when had an appt to which I recieved a phone call to inform me prior to my appt to which I then cancelled that as from 11th June 2018 that Browns had put there prices up. I do agree with prices raising and inflation but to go from 10 pounds up to 75pounds for wash and blowdry I thought was a bit of a jump. Phoned Office in Tavistock to complain the amout of 75 as that is a 65 difference to be informed it was a managerial decision.

As I say i do believe in prices going up but by 65 I think is far to much. So I will now be attending somewhere else. We do not get much as we have to pay for wigs and also for the prescription when we use them.

My wig is beautiful, better than my own hair. Everybody who sees it says they thought it was my real hair and wanted to know which hair dresser I had been to. Lol Thankyou, I'm having chemo at the moment and it has given me so much more confidence.
