A tissue-paper thin membrane that is on the surface of the white part of the eye. It contains many tiny blood vessels which dilate when irritated and cause the eye to be red (see pink eye).

I am very pleased with the service and care I get at this clinic. Dr. Bartz always explains to me the issues according to my description of what's happening with my eyes and advises the prescribed best solution. Testing and scheduling always put my mind at ease. I am a patient of De Monica Hall. If I could give her 6 stars I would. She is a brilliant opthamologist and I feel I have found my eye care specialists for the future. Great personality, thorough and excellent care and I'm am completely satisfied with the cataract surgery and follow up care. I would highly recommend this place and especially Dr. Hall!

Dr. Brown is AMAZING but the staffing and schedulers are horrible! I've been given the run around and have had so many appointments messed up and missed because of the staffing. After this last appointment unfortunately I will not be returning. It sucks because the doctor is so good but that means NOTHING if the customer service from the staff is unacceptable!

I have been trying to reach Dr Pouly nurse of a technician since first of year when my insurance changed and I needed a prior authorization to continue the eye drops I have been using for years. I haven't gotten any response and have now been without my drops for six weeks and have asked if samples were available and have also gotten no response. Twice I've had drops called in without speaking to me first and that been ruled out for my eye condition in the past.
I have a appointment in near future where I hope by talking to Dr Pouly I may finally get some help and his attention. The front girls have seemed over worked but pleasant just absolutely no care or time taken for patient problem.

I have been going to this clinic for about 7 years. I've been seeing Dr. Hall specifically. She is absolutely amazing and I'd Recommend her to everyone. She is very caring and thorough. The staff is also amazing and accommodating. The frames are a bit pricey but very good quality. You can't put a price on great quality service. Even in the eyeglass area, the staff there is very patient, kind and helpful. Overall great place.

I loved the vibe everyone put off. Dr Hester talked with me about what was going on with my eyes. He wants me to come back in 2 weeks for more tests. He wants to see if surgery will be beneficial or not. He said he'd rather run more tests to see which way we needed to go. I love that! It shows that he cares for his patients and not money!

I have used Dr. Hall for over 5 years and she is always well professional, thorough, and takes the time to listen to my concerns & follows up on them to ensure me that they are valid or not. The staff is also very courteous and professional. The wait time is not very long and when there is a delay they acknowledge it instead of ignoring the fact that your time is also valuable. Would strongly recommend this clinic.

Check in and check out was quick and efficient. Wait time was short. Clinician was very friendly and efficient. Dr, Baltz spends his time breaking down complex information so it can be easily understood. He instills trust in his judgment and recommendations. I was very pleased with my first visit with him after a long doctor/patient relationship with my previous doctor who retired.
