Horrific customer service. I live in Arkansas and most of my Drs are out of state. I started getting imaging done here I Ar. I thought it would be easier.honestly I will drive to another state to avoid this horrible place. Thank goodness my neurosurgeon is able to read MRI'S. RA are simply inept. I will start asking for doctors orders to avoid using RA. They seem to have a strangle hold on Arkansas.

Original post: They billed me OVER A YEAR after my procedure. Then they started auto drafting payments from my bank account which I did not approve. I paid them off recently and they just auto drafted another payment. It's currently pending but if that payment clears by morning, then I will be speaking to someone in charge tomorrow. I will NEVER use them again for anything.
I will NEVER recommend them for anything. EVER. UPDATE: They did in fact auto draft a payment out this morning. I was on hold for 25 minutes before I talked to an actual person. Supposedly, they are doing a review of my account and will issue a refund. I'll believe it when I see it. Update on 10/18/21: Surprise! After 2.5 weeks, I still haven't received my refund so I called the number listed on Facebook.
I was told I needed to call a different number. So I called the number I was given. I was on hold 45 minutes and finally spoke to a person. She put me back on hold for another 15 minutes. That's now 1 hour of hold time. She claims the refund process started on 10/14 and I should have it by the end of the week. I'll not hold my breath. Final update: After over a month, I finally received the refund check they owed me on 11/6/21. I am now completely done with RAPA and look forward to never having to use their services again. EVER.

I visited this office in May of 2021. I have 2 insurances and received a bill from the clinic. I paid the bill even though on 9/3/21. It showed they coded it wrong on my EOB. Then I get a collection notice for $42.00 dated 10/21/21. I call the office and the person said they don't see the payment. And they show they coded it wrong and that I shouldn't be responsible for the balance. Stated to call back in a week.
So I called back today and its in Investigation and couldn't tell me Anything? You messed up the billing. Pull my account back from CSI and refund me my money. It's that simple. Now you see why they have a 2.2 rating and people hate the billing department.

If I could choose no stars I would. I received an email, today, Sunday about my appt. I have an appt., scheduled for tomorrow, and when this appt., was made, my mom, myself, and my Drs., nurse heard me ask if I had to do any kind of prep before this appt.we all heard the lady say "NO".so I'm understandably upset at this point. I'm not supposed to have anything to eat or drink after midnight. I was also supposed to do a cleanse. So now I may not be able to go to this appointment due to the huge error someone else has made. This is not rigjt.

Just want to give a shout-out to Demi in Interventional Radiology scheduling. After getting in touch with her, she did all that she could to get me scheduled for a biopsy in the same week that I called. She was SO VERY helpful and kind. She promised to call me back by a certain time, and that's exactly what she did.

Billing system is horrific. I paid my bill, in full, but they turned me over to collections anyway. When I called, the RAPA person was nice but said it was an error and she cleared it out. 3 months later, there is now a different charge that was turned over to collections. I will not be back, despite the great clinical care that I received. Rad techs, office staff and radiologists were awesome!

This place sent a letter to collections on me, but never notified me of a bill. I presume some clinics are under them, because I haven't visited this place directly on University. Nonetheless, they are surely incompetent sending a bill to collections on someone who never received a bill to begin with. The bill was a whole $23 now why wouldn't I pay that? Because I didn't know about this bill, and they never sent me a bill, email or any notification. The billing department must be filled with geniuses (sarcasm).

Do not go here unless you have everything preapproved by insurance. I got billed a copay, billed to have an ultrasound done, and then billed separately to have the doctor read the ultrasound. Months later a collection agent sent a letter to me saying I owed money even though this doctor never even gave me a call saying I still owed. just ridiculous and not transparent at all

I was very pleased with my experience at RAPA. Dr. Edwards and Jill asked a lot of questions to be sure they completely understood my medical history, etc. When a potential problem was discovered, Dr. Edwards went to great lengths to be sure of his next step. Excellent communication throughout the procedure. Jill was great, it's obvious this is more than a job to her and that she genuinely cares about her patients. She did everything she could to make a rather unpleasant procedure as comfortable as possible.
