I absolutely love Dr. Lerch! She delivered two of my children and helped me through a very difficult pregnancy complicated by preterm labor. She took the time to come deliver my son even though she wasn't on call that day and helped me through a difficult time when he was diagnosed with Down Syndrome. She is calm under pressure and as a pediatrician that was very important to me. I always knew she would do the right thing to make sure my babies were delivered safely.

My 60 year old mom went to see Dr. Lerch due to her overactive bladder problem ( she is been having this for years)hoping for this doctor to help her, but instead this doctor made things worse for my mom. My mom had a urine test which the doctor said it Supposedly came out positive and prescribed her antibiotics. My mom insisted she didn't have any UTI symptoms, but Dr. Lerch insisted for my mom to take those antibiotics.
My mom started taking them and developed a really bad yeast infection. She called the doctor saying that it itch and burn really bad and they gave her fluconazole which didn't help. Mom called again saying it's not helping and they said that the doctor said to stop taking the antibiotics and fluconazole and take Benadryl. what kind of doctor is this? Playing with an elderly health?
Oh by the way they forgot to tell my mom that the urine culture came out negative, so there was never any infection. Due to the antibiotics my mom has a yeast infection! Are you kidding me? Now my mom still have the yeast infection, spending money buying different medicine that can help her. What a negligence! This woman SHOULD NOT call herself a doctor!

I have Endometriosis and went to dr Lerch first for a diagnosis. I'd been suffering with pain for a year and I was hoping to be met with understanding and kindness. I presented my symptoms vs endo symptoms and it was very similar. Unfortunately dr lerch told me I couldn't diagnose myself. I was so disappointed to be dismissed that way. If you're looking for a doctor who cares for chronic illness I'd find another person.

I don't know that I will ever come back. The nicest person is Dr Lerch's MA Adrian. But this place scares me, in regards to my own health. I went through my first pregnancy here.and my first loss. And also my second. I had no blood work done, no scan, nothing to indicate if my body was strong enough to carry a baby. All I got was devastating news at both of my FIRST ultrasounds.
I was told nothing would be considered until after the third loss. And I wasnt about to lose a third child that COULD have been saved. I'm glad to say I've found a new doctor who immediately had me under close watch and considered me high risk. She has helped my body produce the progesterone it needs to progress a pregnancy. And best of all, she immediately ran tests to make sure we do everything possible for a healthy baby. The associates in women's care has traumatized me. Causing high anxiety and trust issues with my new doctors. I will, sadly, never come back to this practice or hospital.
