First Care Medical Center

This place is the worst! They deserve zero stars. I would never ever go here again. I went a few months ago and they had 2 out of 5 stars. Looks like they may be using bots or something to increase stars on google reviews. They coded my apt higher than what actually took place which is medical fraud. Zero follow up and never sent in my scripts like they said they would. They should be reported

Dr. Katherine is awesome, she listened what I have to tell and offered me what I needed. She gave me options to chose who to go see next. Front desk lady is kind and so is the nurse. Everyone there is friendly. It's my first time here and I will definitely go back to visit them again if I need anymore health checkup in the future. I made an appointment online so everything went smooth and quick. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I was able to get an appointment within a 1/2 hour by scheduling online and saw Dr. Bradstreet. The check-in and vitals were easy and Dr. Bradstreet was awesome and did a thorough exam and got me back on my way with some antibiotics. While waiting in the lobby a man came in with chest pain and he was taken back quickly, so do expect that there may be some triage if the situation warrants and your appointment may be delayed. Overall a great experience.

I was able to get in for an 8pm appointment when I called at 7:25pm. The receptionist listened to what was going on with me and explained the protocol and texted me the forms necessary to be filled out before I arrived. It made the visit and check-in flawless. I was seen almost immediately by the nurse who took my vitals and put me in a room. The Dr. entered within minutes.

She was very attentive and told me that I needed to be seen at the ER; explaining that I should have a scan to see what was going on in my abdominal area. Everyone was very helpful from that first phone through the visit. We have come here since our children were young (15 years) and First Care on Huffman has been our go to since then. Thank you so much for your exceptional care!

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. I spent more time there than I wanted but I did have X-rays of my entire spine and hips, and wrist which does take some time . The receptionist, provider and x-ray tech were professional and friendly throughout. I was there for an auto accident and the office person spoke with my daughter and figured out the 3rd part insurance and everything. I was so pleased I didn't have that to worry about on top of how I was feeling. Thank you all so much!

Booked a 9:45pm apt, showed up early because the open spots kept changing online while I was trying to book & figured i should try to see if I could get in early. Called at 8:53pm to say I was in the parking lot & asked if I could complete my required rapid test ahead of my apt to speed up the process. They said no because all providers were busy so they would call me back in closer to my apt time for the Covid test (required to see doctor). Based on previous reviews of them taking forever i wasn't too concerned when they didn't call me as my apt time approached. ~15-20 mins after my appointment time I reached back out to check on timing.

They asked if I was there. I responded yes, I checked in with you almost an hr & a half ago and informed you I was in the parking lot.their response was "oh, didn't know you were here, sorry we can't see you tonight anymore".I was in so much pain I couldn't walk and had just waited in my car for almost 1.5 hrs to be seen late on a Sunday evening only to be turned away.

I was on the phone with their receptionist & medical assistant both were unpleasant. You walk in the lobby and there are signs everywhere about both patients & employees need a mask, but their front desk person was unmasked. The way they talk to you is like they're rushing or they feel like you're wasting their time. The only nice lady was the person who checked me out and checked my insurance.

The doctor was knowledgeable, but it felt like my concerns weren't voiced out correctly. I'm the type of person who documents everything, so I am ready whenever they ask me questions. This doctor asked at the end of our appointment "is there anything else i can do for you" as he was walking away from me, body turned around ready to leave. I did not feel welcome, and I recommend you to look somewhere else. unless you want an in and out urgent care assistance that doesn't really help.

The staff was excellent. The nurse made my son laugh the entire time. Truly one of the best "emergency" visits we've ever had. Laughter truly is the best medicine! Thank you for getting us in quickly and saving a trip to the ER.

The staff are very nice and accommodating, I felt very comfortable there. I did have to wait a while for services, but that was because of an emergency, and they made sure that I didn't feel like they had forgotten about me. This is a great urgent care clinic.

Terrible service! Scheduled appointment for 8:30pm. Called at 7:59 to say we were outside the facility. Finally at 8:35 I called to see about how much longer it would be (I had a 5 year old with bad ear infection crying in the car). The woman advised at that point she would need to a rapid Covid test and wait for results to be called back. I asked why that hadn't been done when we called at 8pm and I showed results received negative results from PCR test less than 24hours ago and let them know that.

Appointment was at 8:30, we arrived 30 mins early for processing and still have not been seen. We weren't called in to do the Covid testing until 8:40pm after our scheduled appointment time and we still have yet to be seen. WILL NOT COME BACK HERE!
