Dr. Clyde H. Williams is one of the founding partners of Colorado Springs Pulmonary Consultants. He is a board-certified lung doctor specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary diseases. Dr. Williams has been providing state-of-the-art Pulmonary Care to the Pikes Peak Region for 30+ years.
Heather, RMA, CMAS - Operations Manager: Heather has been with the practice for 10+ years and provides the "comfort level" patients expect. She makes certain day-to-day operations for the patients and the entire CSPC team happen. Jannean, RMA - Medical Assistant: Jannean has been with the practice for 8 years and assists in scheduling all pulmonary procedures, obtaining insurance authorizations and medication refills as directed by the providers.
Colorado Springs Pulmonary Consultants' in compliance with the Transparency in Healthcare Prices Act (Senate Bill 17-065) is to post a list of the top 15 billing codes and our standard charge to patients that receive services at our office. Keep in mind that your level of charge code is determined by your provider at the time of service.

Love Doc Williams even if I can only access him by phone. Last time I was in the office it was chaotic and very unprofessional. I wondered if they had a business manager and if so why this person did not enforce some order. Let the phone ring for several minutes is not the best practice. Sharing personal information where patients are priv is so disheartening. I think they can do better.

The office staff is is rude and dismissive. I don't think anyone there is concerned about the health and welfare of patients at least not this patient. I can definitely say from personal experience they had no interest in addressing my issue which impact my quality of life. I called with the same issue for 4 months still no resolution. The staff act as if I'm bothering them and if I speak up for myself they there tone becomes I'm the problem. I will be seeing another Doctor. It doesn't matter how good the Doctor is if the staff is rude.

Front desk staff is always rude, in person and on the phone. They do not return calls. I had an appointment at eight and when I arrived they told me to come back at three. I went back and waited another hour. Dr. told me I was lucky because it gave him a chance to look at my chart. A real dog and pony show.

One of the doctors saw me while I was in the hospital and wanted to see me within a couple weeks of discharge. I waited for the phone call from his office that I was supposed to receive. After a couple weeks I left a message and waited for a response. I left two more voicemails over the next few weeks. It's been 4 months and I have never received a call back to schedule an appointment.

Everyone I have interacted with at this office has been professional, approachable and accommodating. Dr. Shrestha is very knowledgeable in his field and observant. He catches symptoms that I haven't told him about and if I'm having problems with my meds, he work with me until we find the combination of medicine that works best for my multiple conditions. I also have immense appreciation for the girls who run the administrative side of things. They are awesome!
