Total Eye Care - Don W Gayso

A great establishment and everyone is so professional. I've been coming for three years and the service has gotten better and better. I would recommend Total Eye Care to everyone who needs professionals to take care of their needs.

I love this Eye care. A wonderful staff! They helped me in my time of need. Dr. Evans and his wife are true Christians. I would highly recommend going to Total eye care. Great experience! Thank you all for caring for me and my eyesight.

Very professional and thorough. The staff was very helpful with creating a treatment plan that worked for me. The sales department for the eyewear was patient and knowledgeable about products and prices. It was a great experience and I am grateful to be a patient with this group.

The doctors and staff are amazing and super friendly. I saw Dr. Gayso and highly recommend him. I had very little wait time which was also a plus. The only thing that kept them from getting 5 stars was the cost of the frames. I got a complete set of glasses and lenses in a second pair. My cost was over $600 after insurance.

Beautiful atmosphere, very very VERY professional. Thourogh exam and information I had never heard about my eyes in over 20 years. I saw Dr. Rushing and was AMAZING. As I left the facility I told him I had finally found a new eye Doctor for life! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Dawn Deets

I've been a patient at Total Eye Care for over 10 years, maybe close to 15 years. The staff is great and I absolutely love Dr. Don Gayso. He is a great doctor. Everyone is always so nice and the practice is always clean.

One thing I don't love is that their eye boutique has locked cases. I have been to several eye boutiques and never been to one where the glasses are locked up! You're shopping for literally the most important "accessory".one that costs hundreds of dollars and that you wear every day and night. It takes time to pick frames out! The guy "assisting" me was kind by of rushing me.seemed annoyed when I asked to see another frame, yet I only tried 3.

I had also been there for over 2 hours with my appointment so I needed to get back to work. The end result is I picked out frames that I don't like all that much. They said I could deny these and pick something else out but it would be another two weeks so I just settled with these that aren't very flattering and aren't very comfortable.

Really nice practice. Office was clean and staff were very professional and friendly. I would have given a full 5 stars except for the wait. When I booked the appointment I was advised about an hour for a new patient appointment; I was there a full two hours. I recommend planning some extra time if you visit. Other than that it was great experience.

Total Eye Care is the best eye doctor I've had (worn glasses since 18 months old with all types of lenses)! They are attentive and patient.

This was my first visit with Total Eye Care and I had an awesome experience from the time I called to make my appointment until I walked out of the door from the visit. The office has a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere and the staff is amazing. Everyone that I encountered was very professional and helpful. I truly enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend it.

This place is awesome! It is extremely clean and inviting (not doctorish where you just keep looking at your watch to get out of there). The front desk folks are polite, efficient and know what they're doing. They are attentive to YOU, and are not making weekend plans while you stand there and wait. The Evans duo has done a fantastic job with this office - the artwork is almost as cool as the folks that work there. Dr. Gayso was so nice he could have been my next door neighbor! Nobody likes going to the doctor, but this place kinda makes you want to go back.

This was my first visit Dr. Rushing was very nice and took time to talk wit me and explain my condition in detail. Everyone was nice friendly. The office was nice clean. I am n the process of switching eye care Dr's and as the name say Total Eye Care it is. Before I left I got eye exam and fitted for new glasses all in one visit AWSOME!

I absolutely love the team at Total Eye Care. I have been going here since I moved to Chattanooga 7 years ago. Their customer service is always above and beyond. My doctor is also amazing and will answer all of your vision questions. If you need an eye doctor, I definitely suggest that you start here.

The staff is courteous and thoughtful. I love seeing Dr. Gayso. He found I had an eye problem no one else had caught. Now we check it at least yearly to make sure it hasn't progressed.

I have NEVER had an unpleasant experience at Total Eye Care.and this visit was more of the same great service, friendly atmosphere, and more than competent staff of doctors and assistants! The personable front office staff set the tone for a great visit and this is carried throughout the facility!

Brandon Rushing is the best of Total Eye Care. With every visit I am more impressed. The good Doctor is knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. Brian is pretty awesome too as are the ladies at the front desk. I'll never go anywhere else. Thank You for the care I receive.
