I had my laser eye surgery at this location back in January. I had horrible vision and have worn a strong prescription glasses since I was 8 years old. The staff and the doctor were amazing! So friendly, and they eased my nerves before having the surgery. I am now glasses free and it is life changing! So thankful, and would do it again in a heartbeat! I highly reccomend them!

This place is amazing! Never thought I'd ever have normal vision but it's been about 3 months now and everything is great. Dr. Gladsen is very professional and cares about his patients and Lucy is the sweetest and made everything go smoother. The Dr. explains every step and puts in special contacts for comfort (no other doc in the area does that).
Also very thankful for Lucy because she really took care of me and I don't think I could've done it without her! The procedure is very short and you start seeing better even on the day of. Everything took about three visits but I almost wish it was more because I just love this place!

Had my treatment 8 months ago. My vision has never in my life ever been this good. Customer service is their number 1 concern. This was the most thoroughly broken down procedure I have ever been given. Staff was super inviting and very personable. I researched for years before having this procedure done and this was better than I could have imagined! Will recommend everyone I know and anyone I meet! Seeing the world in a whole new way!

Great experience initially. Don't count on the promised "re-treatment" or follow up enhancement if needed. Started having some vision issues about 2 yrs after my surgery. Called for a follow up and was told to get an eye exam and have results sent to Dr. Gladsden. I have called at least 8 times and am told each time the Dr. would return my call. No one else is permitted to assist. 9 months later I am still waiting for a return call. Would recommend somewhere that values their clients a bit more.

Best experience I've ever had with a medical practice - from the initial free consultation, to the pre-surgery follow up, to the surgery, and post-surgery follow up. Dr. Gladsden, Lucy, Vanessa, and all of the other staff make you feel at home and like family!
I was so nervous about the procedure, but they provided me with all of the information that I needed every step of the way and answered any questions that I had. They honestly take such amazing care of you! I just had my surgery yesterday, but am already seeing so clearly today - with it just getting better and sharper every hour. Top notch professional services, caring and comforting staff and at reasonable rates. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dr Gladsden was very clear on the process before, during, and after the procedure and he and his staff made you feel very comfortable and informed. He and Lucy are truly passionate about what they do and it shows. I went into the procedure a bit doubtful because I have horrible eyesight and a very bad astigmatism.
I decided to get the free consultation knowing that these "free" consultations are most likely a sales ploy but decided I needed to check it out anyway. I never once felt pressured into getting the procedure. Instead, I felt like it was truly just an education on the process and the equipment used and a chance to get to know the doctor and his staff better.
I was told that although I had very bad vision and an astigmatism that I would be a very good candidate. I decided to get the procedure done and was scheduled two weeks later. It has now been 24 hours since my procedure and I can see BETTER than 20/20 and haven't had any issues in recovery. I have had an amazing experience with Dr. Gladsden and Lucy who deserve to be placed on a pedestal since that's how they made me feel during this whole process. No more glasses! Woohoo!

Dr. Gladsden and his staff are incredible! I had worn contacts for 30 years and my vision was terrible. It has been 4 months since my surgery and I am still in shock that I can see so well. It is unbelievable. Dr. Gladsden and his staff made me feel so comfortable during the procedure. There was not an ounce of pain at any point during or after the procedure. I cannot thank them enough for changing my life. I wish that I would have had Lasik years ago. I HIGHLY recommend New Vision Laser Center. They are amazing!

Dr. Gladsden and his wonderful, friendly staff did a great job making me feel comfortable and explaining everything that would be happening in a clear, layman's terms method for me. Both the pre-op and post-op instructions were outstanding, along of course with the Lasik procedure itself. The entire office was extremely friendly, caring, and MY care, questions, and vision, were their top priority, bar none. I truly could not have asked for a better experience, 5 STARS, ALL THE WAY. :

Just got suregery yesterday, itnwas the best thingnI have ever done for my eyes! The staff and Dr are amazing! They were so helpful and kind in every step of this process. I had been thinking about the surgery for many years and finally took the atep, I am more than happy that I chose This facility. I have a degerative eye disease, but still was able to get a surgery called PRK.
The surgery itself was quick and painless, and the results are life changing! I highly recomend getting it done here. I cant say enough about the staff and how amazing they are! They truely care about the patients and what they do. They made sure I was comfortable and talked me through everything to help calm my nerves. They even gave me a teddy bear to hold onto during the procedure. Dr. G did an amazing job talking me through each step and made sure I was comfortable during the entire process. Again, I cant say enough good things about this place!

Had ComfortView surgery yesterday. ComfortView fixes both reading and far-sightedness. Today I'm 20/20 and can read without glasses at a 6-point font size. I've worked in "healthcare" for over 25 years and have probably sold to over 5000 doctors. I've see great, good, average and bad doctors. By far. Dr. Gladsden is the finest doctor I have ever met. He's an expert (he's performed over 40, 000 LASIK surgeries).
His staff is top-notch. I was treated with complete professionalism throughout my experience. What impressed me most was the way I was continuously informed about what was "about to happen" before it happened. No surprises. They also totally inform me about the procedure - in writing! The pre-op eye exam was the most thorough I've ever experienced - and it's free with no pressure to sign-up for the surgery.

The New Vision Laser Center was a great experience for eye surgery. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was really nervous about the procedure, but everyone was willing to comfort me before, during, and after. They were even willing to drive me to my hotel after the procedure. Plus Dr. Gladsden walked me through the procedure and put me at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Gladsden and the staff of New Vision Laser Center.
