I had a sleep study at MCSD's Yorkville location last night, and it was a very pleasant experience. Rose was very helpful and thorough getting the appointment scheduled. Laurie, in the financial department, was very helpful and pleasant while helping me get the payment for the procedure processed. Oscar was a very professional sleep technologist, who was very welcoming, and he did a wonderful job of intelligently answering all of my questions and informing me of the procedure.
The sleep center itself was immaculately clean and professional. My room was well appointed and very comfortable along with the bathroom/shower. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility for anyone in the area needing a sleep study. Thank you for a great experience!
