They sent us to medical collections when we had already completed paying our bill.

This place is a joke. It's unfortunate if your doctor performs surgery since management and the staff who manage billing are incompetent. My doctor and his staff are fantastic, best there is in STC, but dealing with VASC as a patient is a terrible experience. Their billing department tried to bill me THREE separate times for $2900 related to a procedure that was already covered.

The money I needed to pay went to my doctor and they did their part and scheduled the surgery and paid costs associated with it. Yet here comes VASC billing department trying to collect the FULL amount which was already paid to them. Is that a joke? I'd love to call out some names here, but I'll be better than that. I had to call them up (the best part is when they don't answer the phone during business hours) to dispute the bill even after my doctor's staff contacted them on my behalf to say 'hey you made a mistake, we paid you for this. he doesn't owe you anything.' They STILL proceeded to bill me the incorrect amount AND called to collect it.

You won't fix a billing mistake or have someone there to answer the phone, but you'll schedule people to call and collect money? For an incorrect bill? They blamed outsourcing and being overworked or something for their errors. What. A. Joke.

My son had surgery and I was very impressed with how helpful and knowledgeable the staff was. They took great care of my son and the surgery went great!

The outsource some of there work so you have to pay multiple companies. It's very confusing being that the names are similar. Trying to pay bills is a nightmare. No one picks up phone but they got no problem with taking your money if you put all your info in a mailbox like credit card numbers. I don't trust the mail with a my private info. This company needs to get this under control and make this not a nightmare. The doctors and nurses are great though.

I was extremely nervous going into my surgery as I have PTSD from prior IV experiences at ERs and Jen made my experience so great. She was extremely nice, attentive, and tailored my experience so that I felt okay the whole time. I cannot thank her enough for helping me have such a positive experience. Pre and post op was done great and I felt taken care of the entire time. Thank you for such a positive experience!

Great place. Staff is very professional. Only bad thing is the constantly LOUD CHATTERING! Back in the prep area, by nurses station is so loud. The nurses are constantly talking loud and laughing. Just really hard to focus on your love one having surgery, when all you can hear is their loud talking and laughing! I felt like I was at an auction with people bidding on items. Not professional at all! Not just one time, we have been here four times and it is ALWAYS LOUD! I can hear it all the way in waiting room!

I just had a procedure done at Valley Ambulatory Surgery Center today and I couldn't wait to leave this review! The nurses, staff and doctors are truly the best. I don't think I've had a better experience with a medical facility in my life time. Donna, thank you for your kindness and patience and the passion we shared for our children. I have no doubt you are the best mom ever. :) You are a true gem to this facility. Rosalie, for the few minutes I conversed with you, what you said meant so much to me and calmed my fears.

Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional. I was well cared for from registration through discharge. The prep was provided efficiently and kindly. Post-procedure instructions were clear and I was provided with needed supplies. I was carefully helped into my car. Insurance and payment was carefully explained before I arrived so there were no surprises.

I was happy to pay on the day of my procedure to keep costs down for me and my insurance provider. My insurance company has balked at high hospital costs requiring a lot of additional paperwork from me and my physicians. I am a big fan of clinics when available. Thank you!

Amazing staff, incredible service. They really know how to make you feel reassured and prepared prior to surgery! The pre-op and post-op nurses were attentive, pleasant, and caring. The anesthesiologist was incredibly knowledgeable and (believe it or not) hilarious! My surgeon was calm and caring. Would 100% recommend this facility to anyone!

If your looking for a medical office with caring, knowledge staff that makes you feel like an actual person and not just a number that will provide money - look elsewhere. The office staff lacks knowledge of insurance and payments. They provide a no information to patients leaving the patient without needed procedures. They demand money right away with no options available.

Not recommended for the average patient. And be forewarned that they require you the patient to fully understand your insurance coverage as they make no attempt to offer any assistance.
