Services
The 415 building is our main office. This is where our business office is located and this is where the majority of our office visits take place. The 455 building is where our imaging services are provided including echocardiography, peripheral vascular imaging, and stress nuclear imaging. We also do some of our routine patient visits here. Please check with our office to verify if your appointment is scheduled at this location.
Dr. O'Bryan received a scholarship for his medical training from the U.S. Air Force and after graduating from medical school he completed a residency in Internal Medicine, a Chief Resident year and Cardiology Fellowship at the Air Force's Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. O'Bryan then served as a cardiologist in the Air Force for three years and in 2003 spent four months evacuating wounded soldiers from Iraq and Kuwait.
New York Medical College in 2000. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN and then his Cardiology Fellowship at the University of Chicago. Following this he went on to complete a Fellowship in Cardiac Electrophysiology at the University of Chicago and then the University of California, San Diego.
Dr. Haskell, Dr. Levin and Dr. Gainer merged to form a cardiology specialty group. Dr. Levin, in solo practice at that time, joined with Dr. Haskell and Dr. Gainer who had been in practice together at Hoag Hospital since 1992. Dr. Panutich specializes in Electrophysiology with added expertise in atrial fibrillation ablation procedures. He is certified in interventional cardiology and also has advanced training in performing peripheral vascular interventions.

My experience with the entire office regarding their customer service is, as in, Telephone answering and Response time is abslotely inferiorating. They seem to be ignotate regarding how important telephone communcation is, even, in today's world. Dr. O'Brian does not seem to understand how badly this could or will affect their reputation throughout the industry.

This is my second time for a regularly scheduled stress test at this location. I can't say enough about the professionalism of their entire staff. I not only felt at ease through the entire process but it couldn't have gone any faster. The technician Sandy's mannerisms and comforting attitude put everyone there going through this process completely comfortable.
I applaud Sandy and the staff for taking so much care to make each person feel at ease when taking a test that's intended to create an atmosphere of stress in order to check where we are, health wise. Thank you for a job well done!

The doctor is great the office receptionist are really bad I have been trying to get appointment for my husband and my self from the the doctor no one ever answers the phone leaving my call back name and number don't hear anything back for days I had to take my husband to ER because the girls that work there never return the patients Phon calls

I love my doctor (Dr. Levin)! He listens to me and prescribes testing when needed. He will not turn me away if I have an issue with my heart. I also heard good things about the other doctors. My waiting time is between 5-20 minutes. I am in and out. I strongly recommend this group to my family and friends.

Horrible experience was waiting for more one hour in their office. their tests equipment's were over booked short of staff they did not bother to tell me and I was waiting waiting waiting I decided to cancel my procedure and now following up to waive those charges. the office managers rude and even not apologetic
