Aesthetic & General Dermatology Of Seattle

One of PA prescribed me Isotretinoin for acne. She told me to use it under eyes for preventing wrinkles. After using Isotretinoin for 5 months, I am in excruciating pain now Suffering with severe dry eyes. I am in pain every day. My eye doctor told me never use any retinoids under eyes. Thanks to your incompetent staff. I wish I would have never gone there.

I have been to theor Burien location several times now for various procedures from a full body check to mole removal. Every staff person has been kind, helpful, courteous, and professional. Their office is clean and they enacted COVID precautions quickly in response to the up tick in cases to help ensure decreased contact with others while still keeping scheduled appointments. This is my new home for all of my dermatology needs!

I have had four appointments now and my husband has been once. I just don't feel love or the Doctor is really all that interested in me and my skin issues. She's very checked out feeling. My body check for skin cancer was the least thorough of the three I've had in my life by far! The other two used magnifying glasses and she was about 3 feet away from me the whole time.

They won't pre authorize the medication she prescribed and it's 493 dollars! When I spoke with Tiffany about my frustration with them not willing to basically do their job she responded with a giggle and said we got the idea from another dermatologist and that's just health care nowadays. Yeah, NO that's you guys taking my money and doing a half assed job! I'm supposed to go through chart notes and send them to my insurance company and explain to them why I need this medication.

So now I'm a Doctor! Wow. We still haven't heard back from them about biopsy results and I doubt we will. I'm sure we paid for that service though. The Doctors assistant is warm and kind but Elizabeth not so much and not very good at being a Doc either. Looks at my face for 5 seconds from 3 feet away. And then prescribed a 500 dollar medication. That's not good medicine.

So me and my Rosacea are on the hunt for a new Dermatologist. Today my husband had all the rest of his skin tags and sun spots frozen by his primary care Doc for half the price of what she was breaking up into quarters. All the rest done for half! This is what's wrong with healthcare, Tiffany needs to not giggle about it and start expecting more from herself and her coworkers.

Dr. Levy was attentive and friendly; I liked him right away. His examination was thorough: arms, neck, and scalp. He answered all of my questions, in a way that I could understand. I asked about removing a red dot on my nose. He made sure I knew that insurance wouldn't cover it, and told me the out-of-pocket price. Later, when I requested it, he had the equipment brought in and explained how it worked, exclaiming, "I love doing laser work!".

Such passion is nice. Later in the day. I got a phone call from my pharmacy telling me my prescription was in. What prescription? By whom? Dr. Levy had prescribed a special shampoo for me to try, without telling me about it. Still, that and the front office slowness (short one employee) were the only negatives of the experience. Two to three weeks later, the tiny scab from my laser work vanished, leaving me minus one red dot, and quite pleased.

I have had mixed experiences and will be looking for a new dermatologist office. First what was great, the physician assistants have all been stellar and their body scans and minor mole removal were all very good and they accepted/billed my insurance. Not good: couple years ago I had Dr Levy remove a large lipoma from my armpit during the procedure he was unable to get and keep me numb even though he gave me several shots.

I felt a lot of pain throughout the whole procedure especially the cutting and cauterizing. I cried a lot and shook during the very long painful procedure. He did not allow me to have an advocate/support person present in the room and did not give me anything for pain afterwards either (he should have called my doctor for a pain prescription if he can't give one and he should not have tried the procedure under a local when he felt it was going to be more complicated he should have stopped.) No one from his office followed up on what was a traumatic painful experience other than to check my wound and say I was physically healing fine.

I tried one more time only his office so close to my home and just a mole issue this week. His receptionist was wearing their mask below their nose. I thought I was going to see one of his great PAs but they switched me last minute and unknown to me to see Dr Levy. Dr Levy wore his mask below his nose then he argued that his nose wasn't out even though I clearly saw it and mentioned it to him.

Then he halfway tucked his nose into his mask and dismissed my concern because of his vaxx status which doesn't prevent him from getting covid and giving to others, it prevents him from getting sick and dying. And then he referred my spouse as my friend, pointed out my mobility aids (canes) and my hair loss. My visit was about two moles not about my arthritis and perimenopause.

The last thing his assistant didn't ask my gown size and I offered me one that only covered half of me. I would not recommend Dr Levy to others. I wish the best to his PAs especially Gina who was excellent and compassionate.

Thank you Elizabeth for catching my Melanoma. I came in for a screening. The spot I was worried about wasn't even cause for concern, but Elizabeth found an abnormal mole on my forehead. She suspected it of being Melanoma. We did a biopsy, it came back as melanoma in situ. I had to go to the Burien location for same day outpatient surgery with the owner Elie.

It took a little over an hour but they got clear margins and I'm cancer free. I just come for screenings often now. I am so glad I came in and had that screening. I appreciate the staff and owner for everything.

Doctor Levy and staff here are awesome, the procedure to remove my cyst was quick and professional. It's doctor Levy's birthday today but he still works to see his patients. Thank you so much.

I was looking for a dermatologist near home and found Dr. Levy's office in Burien. First impression is very important to me and his office did not disappoint. Free parking (always a plus!), good location, checking in was quick and easy, esthetician/medical assistant was very friendly and Dr. Levy was very informative! One reason why I wanted to see a dermatologist was because I wanted to remove my skin tag that grew over the past couple years on the rim of my nostril. I thought I had to come back for another appointment but he was ready to remove it on the spot!

Unfortunately, I will not be returning to the Dermatology of Seattle. I showed up at 2:19 for a 2:10 appointment due to traffic out of my control and had to wait until 2:30 to be told Dr. Haberman wouldn't be able to see me until 3:30. Hard to understand given that the first appointment lasted 5 minutes with Dr. Haberman looking at my skin for about 2 seconds. Dr. Haberman was also not able to answer any of my questions regarding perioral dermatitis and instead prescribed me medication and sent me on my way. The front desk assistant had her mask down on her chin for the second time in a row as well, which made me uncomfortable.

I went there for the first time as a new patient. One of the receptionist didnt even say Hi. Not a first environment to be seen for the new patient like myself. But anyways. I scheduled myself for 11pm but Inwas scheduled for 11:35om so it is what it is. Waited for 15mins before i got seen and waited another 20mins before seeing the doctor. She came in and was 3 feet away from me LOL. I know social distancing and all totally get it but try not to be obvious about it. I dont think i will going back there. As a new patient already had a bad reviews. It sad.

Elizabeth Yun PA-C correctly and swiftly diagnosed all my skin issues. I would definitely return to this clinic!

I took my daughter to get her mole removed on her face since the mole really bothered her. Dr. Levy was super understanding and removed it without any hesitation. I would recommend Dr. Levy to anyone looking for a dermatologist, he's highly skilled and very professional and my daughter felt absolutely no pain throughout the whole procedure. We will leave an update once the wound heals

Dr. Levy is super professional and helpful. He's always willing to answer any questions and resolve any concerns. He makes you feel warm and less nervous. Haven't been to other dermatologist in Bellevue area, but I would recommend him to anyone who needs a visit.

Dr Levy has removed two large Pilar cysts from my scalp. I put off the procedure for years because I was worried about having my head shaved. Dr Levy did amazing job on both of mine. It was quick ( in and out in 45 minutes). He didn't remove one hair from my head. The staff at dermatology of Seattle are all helpful, polite, and prompt. I would highly recommend Dr Levy and his staff.

I am beyond impressed by the staff and doctors here at Dermatology of Seattle. I would personally like to compliment Teresa Collins, Dr. Levy and Heather Haberman, PA-C. They are highly knowledgeable and compassionate about their clients. I would definitely recommend Dermatology of Seattle(Burien) for any and all of your skin care needs.

Let me start by saying when Dr. Eric Zenger was here, this place was phenomenal. He honestly went above and beyond. He was one of the best dermatologists I have ever had. The new dermatologist in the office now, I am done. I have called my pharmacy and insurance over and over. The doctor told me "I sent the prior authorization and am waiting to receive it back".

Complete lie. I called both insurance and pharmacy and they said there has not been a prior authorization even sent. That really pissed me off. Do not lie to me, as a doctor. I am completely done with this office. With that being said, thank goodness I am moving back to Arizona where I get to see my original dermatologist who is absolutely amazing.

Dr. Levy is such a caring doctor! He is quick yet thorough with skin exams, and really listens to your concerns. I've had two surgical procedures performed by Dr. Levy and both appointments were very low stress from the moment I checked in to discharge. The front staff desk were friendly, the assistants were very kind and helpful, and Dr. Levy himself is so personable with just enough fun that the environment is not stressful. I recommend this team to anyone looking for a dermatologist. Thank you to the team!

I would highly recommend Dr. mower her and her assistant were very professional and helpful. Dr. Mower answered my questions and all my concerns. Also the front desk is really on top of things, and called me back when I had a question.

I have been going to this place for a couple of years and had an okay experience with going their for my skin checks. I decided to start getting botox here as well and now have gone 3 times. Their prices are good and they have Brilliant Distinctions here. But the last 2 times i have gone there they completely disrespect your time. If you are good with waiting for an hour after your start time and then to bring you back to the room and then more time.

Then they come in and ask if you are okay with the cost they disappear again. What should be a 1/2 hour appointment tops is 2 hours. Incredibly disrespectful. I will not be back as i feel this they should respect your time since they ask you to respect theirs. They even make you deposit $100 before the appointment. Never

I went in for a simple cyst removal from the back of my leg and back. Dr. Levy butchered me. The cyst was tiny and I now have a large one inch scar in both spots. I could have done a better job. Then, the bill came. He charges $1000 for the facilities use, and then another $1000 for his (so called surgery) services, and then sent out to the pathology lab both tissue samples, (which was not necessary). RUN AWAY! DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY.

Had a new patient visit/consult to have a cyst looked at. Met with the doctor and received an injection that was supposed to reduce the infected and swollen cyst. I scheduled an appt a couple weeks out to have the cyst excised. Was told to call if there was any fluid coming out from the cyst. The cyst increased in size and fluid continued to leak so I called about a week after the initial appointment and left a message.

No one called back. I called the billing department the day before my excise appt and left a message about what it would cost. No one returned my call so I called back the next day and cancelled my appt. I received a call back later that day from someone who sounded upset that i had missed my appt. I told her I left a message to cancel. My cyst did not stop bleeding for three weeks.

I had a good experience with Dr. Levy but not with the clinic's practice and lack of communication. I would have not made the appt had I known it would have cost $200 just to have the doctor look at the cyst and not be provided any follow up care

Eric Zenger was the best. Too bad he is no longer there. This office no longer offers some of the minor surgical Dermatology services since he has left.

Went downhill after Eric Zenger left. I won't be returning. Just gonna have to find a new place now sadly.

These folks are awesome. In all my tears of seeing them they have never been late, are super professional and it is very fast to get in and out. Casey and Lore up front are fabulous and Dr. Eric is a great one to work with. Very knowledgeable and a great manner about them all. Highly recommend.

Have been going to this facility for over a year with Derma issues and have good experience with Dr. Zenger. Recently I had an issue of toe rash and painful swelling. My physician did not find a root cause for it. However, Dr. Zenger was able to point out that it was chillblains and prescribed right care to improve the symptoms.

Went in today because of some weird allergic rash on my back. The best part is that I didn't have to wait for appointment ( like in other places I called) but it was available the very next day. The place have great location with lots of parking available. Inside is nice and clean. Registration process was easy. Tea, coffee and water is in waiting room. Everyone was really nice and friendly. They also offer cosmetic services as well which is fabulous and I'm looking forward to try some out.

Dr Zenger is extremely professional, passionate, and knowledgeable about all aspects of dermatology. He has helped several of our family members with their acne and wart issues and fair skinned genetic issues (pre-cancer screening and treatments) and we have been pleased with his attention to detail, customer care, and follow up to ensure that we were pleased with the outcome.

He is great at asking the right questions, listening, and then recommending and implementing proven solutions. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Zenger to anyone seeking help with their dermatology needs.

We were so happy with my sons appointment last week at Dermatology of Bellevue. From the time I called til the time we left his appointment we were treated with great care, respect and concern. The ladies in the front office were so helpful and set my son up with an appointment right away which he needed badly. We were early to our appointment and they saw us right away. Erik (our PA) took a long time with my son, knew what his issue was immediately and treated him right away.

Our nurse was so awesome too! I called after his appointment to update them on my son and she was so helpful. We go back in a few weeks and I'm happy we have a great dermatologist that I have complete confidence in. Thank you!

I'm a very busy mom who has a job and needs to be in top form to keep my job. Dr Zenger made me feel stupid when I wanted to get relief from my dermatitis and adult acne. It's not okay to treat me like I know nothing about skin care or acne. Plus he was super distracted and not able to give me individual attention. I hope my follow up visit changes my opinion of this clinic. And I hope their treatment helps

Cash grab office with a horrible billing department to boot. I went to this office for a second opinion about eczema on my hands. The doctors pay more attention to the medical student on their hip than their patient. After going to them for several appointments, having prescriptions filled and allergy tests done, they did pinpoint a couple causes to my outbreaks.

However there is no cure obviously so I'll have to live with oily steroid creams for relief. Having said that it's peak allergy season, I'm nearly out of my prescription and they won't call in a refill to my pharmacy. Instead I need to make a follow up appointment. Why? Is there a medical breakthrough to cure eczema that I don't know about? Going to Bellevue will just waste my time to sit in their office and hear things I already know.

I shared my disgust with their receptionist who simply said, "sorry." Time to find a new dermatologist and live with my allergy outbreak until I can get a new prescription from them weeks from now. Thanks, a lot. Living with blistered fingers is a great way to enjoy life.

Visited Dr. Eric Zenger with skin problems. Dr. Eric Zenger can't identify the problem, he scratched his head and finally proudly announced: " This is genetic, nothing I can do about it!" This answer reminds me Dr. Vindaloo (cartoon Courage the Cowardly Dog) On my objection that nobody in our family ever has this problem - silence was the answer to me. If you want 5 min appointment without any results and observe doctor scratch one's head - Dr. Eric Zenger is the one who you need.

I had my first visit here this week. I actually used to go to the dermatologist that had his own practice in this same location before these guys. He retired and I have not been to a dermatologist since college. I enjoyed my experience and really liked Erik Zenger. I like people who are funny and can give it to you straight. I had biopsies of 3 moles taken and they were quick and thorough.

He answered all of my questions about my skin and other cosmetic procedures I'm considering. You can schedule appointments online and fill out most of the paperwork beforehand using the same scheduling site. Definitely a plus when you only have time to schedule appointments outside of their office hours. I liked all the staff that I came in contact with. Definitely recommend!

Great clinic! The staff is always friendly and helpful and Dr Zenger is awesome! After several visits, I have never experienced anything but great service in a super clean facility. Parking is never an issue. If you're looking for a dermatologist, you won't go wrong with Dr Zenger.

It seems like this place opened fairly recently since I overheard multiple conversations discussing about the correct procedure of doing things, and a trainee was shadowing the PA in the consultation room, which I was okay with. Staff here are pretty friendly, beside this, I don't have much to say about anything else, just like every other clinic. I'll see how well their prescription works, maybe I'll update this review after finishing it. EDIT: prescription did not work, downgraded to 3 stars.

I adore the staff at Dermatology of Bellevue! They're friendly and professional. I had an appointment with the PA, Erik, who is fantastic. He took time to explain options in an easily digestible way and had a great sense of humor that made the visit entirely painless. I highly recommend Dermatology of Bellevue and more specifically, go see the PA! He's awesome.
