Plank Kenne

I am very pleased with the professionalism of Dr. Plank. He takes the time to perform a thorough examination and answer all the questions you may have. I've been to Optometrists that seem courteous, but leave you with the impression that they just want to sell you new glasses or contacts. Dr. Plank will sell you glasses if you need them, but his focus is the health of your eyes and making sure you understand any changes your eyes may be going through. I have only been going to Dr. Plank for a few years now, but my wife and kids have been going there for twenty plus years and they too have been very pleased with the care.

Do not go here. The staff was judgemental and unkind. I had issues with my prescription, and was told that they couldn't measure a higher power than the one I was given, even though a friend of mine goes there and their prescription is 2x as strong as mine. That just doesn't make sense. Lots of back and forth, confusing communication when there should have been no confusion at all. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Dr Plank has been my eye doctor for 20 years! Excellent doctor! Explains everything and absolutely listens to his patients! Would recommend for any age person.

If you use rigid gas permeable (RGP or hard) contact lenses - this is your very best place in town! Dr. Plank is an expert! I've been wearing RGP for close to 40 years and he got me set up VERY well in bifocal ones (it took me a couple of years to find someone!). He's been doing RGP since optometry school. He and his staff are friendly and helpful - always a pleasure to be in the office.

I have not been to the eye Dr. in 30 years, the office staff was so nice and funny. Dr. Plank explained everything to me! I did have to wait because they had an emergency, but they explained it and I was completely fine waiting.

I had a serious eye infection and my eye doctor wouldn't see me. Dr. Plank got me right in and took excellent care of me. Everyone in this office is extremely helpful and very kind. Needless to say, I switched doctors. I just wish I found Dr. Plank sooner!

This was my first trip to an optometrist and it was fantastic! Yes; Fantastic! From the beginning the staff made me feel comfortable. Cheryl, Brook and Devon in the office are knowledgeable and sassy (in the best way.) They charmed me from the beginning. Dr. Plank took his time with me and explained everything in the process. Did not feel rushed at all. Jen was AMAZING in helping find frames that matched my face shape, complexion, etc. If you need an Optometrist with a great staff, look no further! With service like this, I'll be a patient for life.

Visual-Eyes sets the standard for patient care! My first experience was on the phone with Kim. Kim explained everything I needed to know in an understanding and joyful fashion, as well as assured me they would take care of my needs despite the trouble I have had. Cheryl greeted me when walking in, made eye contact and was aware of my arrival and partially knew of me before walking in.

At the time of my visit I had my 3 year old with me which the associates that were not fought up in work helped my daughter feel welcome and even played with her ( instead of some offices where gossip seems to be the best past time activity ). Quincey took the time to play with my daughter and show her the play area since there was available time for her in the early morning. Devon made sure while my daughter was with me in the exam rooms, she was assured to what was happening and constantly spoke to her to help her feel comfort. that is something rare in most customer service and patient service.

I needed to speak to Justin about authorizations and referrals about my care, and he was very knowledgeable along with Kim, and made me feel a huge pressure off my shoulders. Jen was a great associate pleasure to be around as well and I can not believe I got such great care here. I don't think I could have asked for better service. Dr Plank is a bright cheery Optometrist and always lets you know what everything on the diagrams means for you and how to better the situation ( action plan ) this is the first one in many many years I have had an optometrist explain things to me, and had an action plan to better my situation.

I went to Dr. Plank for the first time yesterday and had a great experience! the staff is so friendly and personable! They even have a camera that takes pictures of the back of your eyeballs to help screen for any abnormalities. Dr. Plank was awesome, very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my eyeball scan (idk what its actually called lol).

After examining my eyes he asked If I had my old Rx glasses to check if the Rx has even changed, he said they were still good to wear, anyhow moral of explaining this is that he/they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need! Highly recommend their office to anyone looking for an optometrist.

Clearly explained each issue he found and helped me find a solution while sticking to my budget.

Just left Dr. Plank's office after my first visit. He was incredibly personable and his staff was very friendly. I did not have to wait very long to be seen and he even let me have a free pair of disposable one day contacts so that I could actually see the frames I was trying on afterwords. Their were some abnormalities detected in my eyes and he took the time to explain them thoroughly and schedule a check-up exam for 6 months from now. Excited to have finally found an eye doctor in the city that I like!

This is by far the best eye doctor I've ever met. he takes his time and treats you like you 1 person. Him and his staff was the Best I will refer all my children and anyone who has problems with their eye's to him. He is Awesome. Have a Great day everyone and God Bless!
