The front desk staff is so rude and condescending. The doctor was impatient and uninterested. Overall it was a waste of time, I was not taken care of properly, and I was insulted by the blond front desk woman.

I recently moved down from Pennsylvania and was looking for someone to do my second eye Cataract surgery. with the recommendation from a family member I went to Dr Dornic and from start to finish I knew I made the right decision. Dr Dornic, Pam and the staff made it an amazing experience! I am seeing better than ever and I am so appreciative of everyone taking the time to answer my questions and help keep this grandmother calm through the process of my cataract surgery!

First appointment. Waited for over 20 minutes. No information offered from office staff on reason(s) for the delay. Picked up my insurance card and left.

The most pleasant doctor to interact with since my arrival in NC 8 years ago. Excellent clinician and does not dilly dally once he has made a diagnosis. You can tell by the crowds in his Smithfield office how I am not the only one with this high opinion. Take a trip to his Cary office. I gladly take the extra miles.

I've been trying to get my eye surgery done from them for a while now (over a year at a minimum to say the least). They keep saying we're waiting on your prior authorization from your insurance and I've had shoulder surgery since Dr. Dornic's office told me that THE LAST TIME. Less than 3 minutes ago, I was placed on forever, told the office manager is in the bathroom, we'll call you next week, to having the phone hung up on me and being sent to voicemail. HORRIBLE customer service. I don't know, but I really hope Dr. Dornic. doesn't know this is how his patients are being treated by the front desk staff.

Dornic isn't that great of a doctor, not only did he mess up my friend's vision, leading him to loose his job, he also didn't detect my eye problem during Lasik consultation :( he simply said I was a good candidate -_-' then I did Lasik. My vision went crazy afterward. It took 5 months before he sent me to a neurologist, then I was diagnosed with MS (multiple sclerosis) So be careful, as he doesn't detect any eye problem before anything :(

My daughter had lasik with Dr. Dornic and is absolutely thrilled with the results. The consultation was easy and the staff seemed very pleasant and informative and answered all my questions. They remembered her name when she came in for the surgery even though they had only met her once before at the appointments, which was nice. I myself had my own eye issue where he came in on a weekend to see me for a emergency visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Dornic and his staff.

When first researching a doctor for Lasik surgery Dr. Dornic's name constantly came up. I learned that a number of my friends, as well as their friend had him perform their Lasik. One friend even said her eye doctor had him do his eyes - not sure you can get a better recommendation than that. After my consultation I felt even more confident. Not only was he great and took the time to answer all my questions but his staff was wonderful as well.

Even though he told me what to expect I was still surprised as how fast and easy the procedure was. I couldn't believe how well I was able to see right after the procedure. He did tell me to expect a bit of discomfort the night of the surgery but provided drops that helped. I'm so glad I did it. My only regret is waiting so long to do it.

Absolutely awesome doctor, and I don't say this lightly. I have been to many eye doctors over the years, and this is the first time I've actually been fitted with the correct contact lens and can see wonderfully with them! I adore Dr. Dornic, and all of his staff is very kind, courteous and helpful. I could not be happier all the way around, and don't know what I will do when we have to leave this area.

Don't believe all the hype on the commericals from other doctors in this area, Dr Dornic is an amazing doctor, and in my opinion, and based on everything I've heard from others who have gone to other eye offices, he IS the best eye practitioner in the Raleigh, Durham, Cary area.
