Nurse sent me away and refused to treat me after I said "I'm not sure how the injury happened, if it was at work or at home." Though my copay was refunded, I am still in terrible pain with no diagnosis or treatment. Feels like a bone is stabbing the base of my neck. Absolute failure of the Hippocratic oath. The staff should be ashamed. My Blue Cross is more than sufficient. They just want workers comp money.

I truly admire Dr. Birmingham. His demeanor with patients makes you feel so comfortable and you find yourself realizing you are in very capable hands. Even his nurse, Gabby Hidalgo explains what you need to do which causes you to understand and feel more confident that your decision to have Dr. Birmingham do your surgery is the best decision you will ever make. Also, what impressed me the most with her nurse is that she told me to call her at any time if I have questions. I love that.

This place is the worst. My mom had an appointment at 345pm at 453pm we still hadn't been seen. The nurse help aide said the doc Jeffery Martin had the xray results and would be right in but 30 mins later we still hadn't seen anyone. The office closes at 5pm. The nurses and doctors can be heard in the hall talking about other patients and they were incredibly unprofessional. ALSO how do you as a bone doc look at a patients xray and not inform them they have a fractured rib. They don't care here they only want your money

Had rotary cuff surgery. Could not ask for a better outcome. Very pleased with Dr. Scott Kuiper and staff. Because of the excellent treatment from Dr. Kuiper I returned two years later for a knee injury. I saw his assistant and received excellent care from her as well. I feel good about her suggesting a shot first rather than jumping into surgery. We will see how it goes before going any further with an MRI and or surgery.

"Gabi", who I was referred to for my insurance questions, was very professional at all times. In dealing with her several times on the phone and twice in person she always called me "sir". She could also explain $ and where deductible vs co-pay understandable. Gabi is definitely an asset to OrthoToc!

Be very careful with Dr Albert Gillespie in this office if you're on workman comp, totally in their pocket and favor. I was being seen by Orlando Orthopedics, but their office not only were pro workman comp adjuster they allowed the case managers for workman comp frequent their hallways, so I decided to request a doctor change. The very first sentence from Dr Gillespie to me I totally agree with the former Dr and there was nothing for he could do.
At least with the former Dr he offered therapy and pain shots, Dr Gillespie refused to recognize the MRI REPORT clearly stating numerous spinal injuries. One minute he would say I had a great back for a 50 year old, then when I asked him why he was trying to sweep my case under the rug for adjuster he stated I had a degenerated spine that was there for years, then he would flip it and say I had moderate bulging discs. Dr. Jekyll and Mr Hyde type of Dr.
I am going to an independent Dr that is neutral and more reparable then this low budget Dr office and when it is proven I seek legal representation for failure to treat and falsifying medical records to help workman comp adjuster. I know I'm not the only person he has thrown under the bus, so if this has happen to you let me know so we can have this office investigated for fraud and illegally failing to treat. Workman comp adjuster cherry pick these type of doctors to curve their liability.
Well I'm up for the fight to prove this office is Corrupt and may have victimized others. First I advise you notate and record any encounters with this office, second don't go to this office!
