I feel that Chase (sp?) in the front reception area is an asset to this office. Having said that, the entire staff is very friendly and professional. I was especially impressed with Bridget and her attentiveness to issues and questions presented. Her communication is very detailed and thorough. I felt an immediate connection to her. The office and procedure rooms are very clean and organized. The interactions between staff members is very warm and loving. I'm pleased to have been referred to Lentz Plastic Surgery & Medical Spa.

Bridget is THE BEST! She is knowledgeable and knows what is best for me and the health of my skin while advising me on the best anti aging modalities for my skin type. On top of that she is a patient and kind person who I always look forward to seeing at each visit sharing "mom-life" stories with and simply catch up with some good old "girl talk"

Dr. Lentz is an amazing and compassionate provider. She listens, is honest about what she can and cannot do, and gives 100% to her patients! The staff are amazing, they remember the patients by name and are always available. Lastly, they always answer the phone. In a day and age of automation, it is nice to be able to speak to a human when you call.

It took me a couple months to be able to put into words how I felt about my visit with Dr. Lentz. I've seen so many positive reviews about her office and it's unfortunate that I can't share the same experience. I can say to start on a positive note, I did appreciate the cleanliness of the office and the location was convenient. As a first impression, the staff at the front were super sweet and helpful and I felt comfortable going in for my consultation.

They also had a cute puppy dog roaming around the office which was precious to see. The process before seeing Dr. Lentz was simple and easy. Once Dr. Lentz entered the room it was a different atmosphere. Throughout my visit with her, I was degraded and the primary focus was about my weight. I understand weight loss can make a difference in body shape but this wasn't even brought up in that way.

I felt humiliated in front of the two staff in the room. I came to have consultation not be degraded on weight or embarrass me with my food options. I wasn't there to discuss liposuction. That was not at all appreciated. Even when she had told me in the end of all of it that she could still do the procedure, why would I want to do it now? Why would I ever want someone who humiliated for my visit do a procedure on me?

I was criticized for anything I mentioned about eating or choosing healthy options. I was picked verbally with aspects of my body. I left in tears because of how humiliated I felt with the whole visit. I never knew going to a plastic surgeon that's how a visit was going to be. I already didn't like a certain aspect of my body and this visit only made it worse and didn't help at all.

I felt in my visit I was trying to defend myself more than anything. I've never been to a visit that treated me like I had too. If it was simply told to me that my body was proportioned correctly and that the procedure that I had wanted wasn't needed that would have saved me from the embarrassment of a visit. Guess my high note was that the cute puppy dog was able to put a smile on my face as I was leaving the office.

I wish I could remember your name because the two stars are for you and the front desk staff. It's sad I couldn't have had the positive outcome that some have had previous to my review. This review is simply from my experience alone.

Dr Lentz is absolutely amazing! After having three children, I went to her for my mommy make over consultation and she made me feel so comfortable and all the information she supplied me was so helpful. Her medical assistant Megan is also amazing! She is so sweet and easy to talk to. I cannot wait to get my procedure done with them!

Simply the best. Dr Ashley Lentz is simply the best. Words can't convey the gratitude I have for her skill and genius. Her staff are the best too. You will not find a more warm, friendly and caring staff. I've never felt and looked more beautiful. She is a Goddess among ordinary mortals. :

I had an appointment today for the surgical removal of a precancerous melanoma on my back. Everyone in that office is so friendly & courteous & always willing to answer all of my questions. Ashley had my back numbed & sutured close in record time & I never felt a thing. She is a very talented, compassionate young woman. I am thankful to have this behind me & would recommend Dr. Lentz & her facility to everyone. Thanks to you all!

Bridget is extremely knowledgeable and very professional, as well as friendly, helpful, and polite. I would recommend her to everyone. She has assisted me several times with amazing results. It is always a pleasant experience to see Bridget and I would not think of going anywhere else.
