I waited for more than 45 minutes and finally just told the receptionist I was going to leave as wait too long. Especially with so many people in waiting area in this COVID era. I missed an afternoon of work for nothing - I am in the service industry and I don't make people wait and if for some reason I have to I have someone go out and let them know I am running behind etc.

I've been coming here for awhile and I have not had to wait for long Dr Kwok is very nice and friendly He explains everything and the staff also explains the test they are going to do. I'm very pleased with their service 2-27-2020 Always looking forward to my seeing them. I've been coming for over 6 years

This review is tough. I love Dr. Garcia, he was fantastic and the staff are all very nice. If just for him I would have given 5 stars. The problem, and it is a large one, is how busy the office is. I had a 9:15 appointment. I was there early for paperwork. I didn't leave the appointment until 10:40. For a routine exam this is unacceptable. They clearly are overbooked, they must be putting at least 2 people every 15 minutes, given the number of people in the office. I hope the office reconsiders what policy they have to show their patients a little more respect for their time.
