Married to Sondra with six children: Melissa, Michael, Alison, David, Julia, and Jonathan; 14 grandchildren. Dr. Randall Tibbs is a Native of Huntsville, Alabama. He was raised in the community and attended both private and public schools, graduating from Huntsville High school in 1993.
Ingrown toenails occur when your toes' nails grow under the skin instead of over it. This may cause discomfort or pain. Moreover, it may make walking and daily tasks difficult. Ingrown toenails can happen to anyone, but those with naturally thick or curving toenails are more susceptible. Injuries, poorly fitting shoes, or nails cut too short can also result in ingrown toenails.
Many things may cause a bunion. As you age, your feet become wider and place pressure on different joints, which may cause a bunion. Wearing tight or formfitting shoes, such as high heels, may also aggravate a bunion. Genetics, arthritis, foot injuries, and poor bone structure may all play a part. Bunions result in pain, discomfort, tenderness, and redness.

Great experience! I had to get ingrown toenails removed from both of my toes. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating and made me feel welcomed as soon as I checked in. Dr. Tibbs did an amazing job and was easy to talk to and listened attentively to my concerns. I have found a new podiatrist and I will continue to come to this business for my foot care needs.

I have been a patient of this office for 5 years and have seen both doctors. The staff has always been kind and efficient. The doctors are wonderful and have fantastic personalities. Any time I've called and needed an appointment the staff has managed to work me right in and I am normally seen the week I call. I wouldn't go anywhere else. In fact I drive 45 minutes one way to go to this office.

Great service from the time I called to schedule the appointment, checked in, and was seen. The staff is so friendly and kept me laughing. Dr Tibbs was very knowledgeable, and his priority was listening, educating me, then fixing the problem. I am looking forward to walking without pain. I definitely recommend. The shoes he recommended feel great already! Thank you all for such a good experience.

After having foot pain for 3 months, seeing an orthopedic, and having an x-ray and MRI and him not knowing what was going on, I went to see Dr. Tibbs. He knew right off what the problem was and how to correct it! Here I am a month later, and I am almost pain free! Dr. Tibbs is amazing! The staff is also friendly and helpful!

Worst place to go. They won't take you seriously when you say you're in pain. I had a car wreck in December of 2019. It destroyed my ankle and caused me to develop plantar fasciitis due to wearing a boot for so long. The doctor refuses to give a cortisone shot and tells me orthotics will help even though I've worn them for months with no improvement.
Also I called Monday to schedule an appointment to only get here and find out that they didn't even put me on the schedule when the lady over the phone said she did. Would not ever recommend this place.

My first visit to the Center. Outstanding patient service; friendly, professional, understanding, great listeners. Michelle did my records Q & A, and Dr. Tibbs attended removing my ingrown toenail. Both were professional, capable, worked as a team, were centered on their work, answered all my questions and put me at ease. I was comfortable with the assessment and procedure. The both took very great care of me. Nice to learn later that Dr. Tibbs grew up in Huntsville and went to school here. Good people, perfect place to get your feet fixed!
