We were able to get a same-day appointment for a sports injury. Dr. Traister was knowledgable and very clear and helpful on how to help my son heal and get stronger.

My kids and I have been going to this office for the last 14 years and have had great experiences. We have seen multiple different doctors and have always been listened to. They don't get mad at me as a mother when sometimes I use "google" information and hear me our from my research. They understand the peace of mind for a child's health is the best medicine for any mom and they don't hesitate to give you a referral if its warranted. Allison Mitas is a fantastic NP and I have appreciated having a friendly and knowledgable place to bring my kids.

They won't take the time to touch on any of your issues, they are very quick to rotate you out of their office without actually doing anything for you. I didn't need a pap, I had a physical already I just went in for a couple of basic issues and was turned away to be told I could probably reschedule with a sports medicine doctor at a later date over the broken wrist I was there for.

This place is a joke, I will not be returning and will be spreading word of their ill practice. I love my doctor but I am not paying to go hang out with a friendly woman I am paying to be treated.

This practice is all too happy to charge $100 - $200 for a missed visit. Don't ask for waiver - they take no responsibility for their automated system not reaching a client. Inquiring about their automated scheduling system - no way to enter cell phone for BOTH parents, so do not expect to accommodate reminders to 2 parents. We never received a phone call from a live person ahead of the visit.

I was very happy with the care provided by the practice, but I needed to have bloodwork done in July '21. Unexpectedly, some of it (over $500) wasn't covered by my insurance, so I received a bill. I expected, as with most medical providers, I would be given time to pay it off. Life happens, especially in a pandemic with a baby. I forgot about it, and then I received a letter in November that I had two weeks to pay the balance or it would go to collections.

I called the office to pay and was told it had already gone to collections and I was no longer able to be seen there - not even once I paid off the bill. I've never heard of a medical practice banning patients over something like this. I think it's really unscrupulous.

Dr Madden is extremely knowledgeable in Sports Medicine and Family Care. He. was able to assist my daughter with wrist tendinitis and assist her to successful recovery. Dr. Madden is amazing! On other hand, we found Dr. Eric Traister extremely unprofessional.

Fantastic office! My family has been going here for years and we honestly have no complaints. Dr. Keeling is responsive, hardworking and caring. I have pretty intense anxiety about medical issues and doctors and he's always given me the best of care. I feel like my concerns are always addressed and my anxieties taken seriously and respected. I've had some chronic health issues lately, so I've been to see Dr. Keeling often.

The people at the office are kind and respectful of my time. They get my records over to my specialists quickly and keep everything in order. In all they are efficient, professional, caring, knowledgeable - all around a great PCP.

Dr. Traister and ALL of the staff are TOP NOTCH professionals with heaps of compassion, attention to detail, and personality. I used to dread going to the doctor, but I can genuinely say I enjoy each visit at Long's Peak Family Practice, and my health has steadily improved since making them my primary care provider. I can't recommend them highly enough.

So first of all I've been here for nearly 40 years, the Dr. Roach delivered me and even was my sons doctor for awhile before retirement. I'm married to this practice. While there have been new faces the level of care and love from staff and doctors alike remains the same. Allison and Courtney have saved my life to many times too count, I will never be able to uphold or compare thanks to what they have given me.

But I will always try because they deserve the return. More over during these crazy times be patient, respectable and understanding as they are still there risking their lives and families health for us. Reach out and communicate, you ask and give the same understanding you'll see.

The folks at Longs Peak Family Practice are first class! The receptionists have always been pleasant to chat with, are helpful, and seem truly concerned about my family's wellness. We have seen a couple of the doctors in the practice - depending on the day and illness - and they are willing to listen rather than rushing us out the door. Our PCP, Allison Mitas, is great!

She and Courtney, her MA, always ask how life in general is which makes us feel like they truly care, rather than treating us like just another medical file. I highly recommend Longs Peak Family Practice if you are searching for a new doctor.
