Had a procedure done on May 9 to lift my eyelids that were drooping and impairing my vision. Was told I could have bruising for 2+ weeks. Had virtually no bruising and vision is so much better. Dr and his staff are professional and very friendly. Never felt like I was on an assembly line and being pushed through any visit. Dr sat and talked with us each time.

Never felt like a patient, more like a neighbor. And the eyes see great and people are surprised when we tell them I had a procedure done. Almost no tell-tale signs. Would whole heartedly recommend Dr Mack and his staff.

Dr Mack and his team are exceptional. The surgery on my eyelids was flawless and improved my vision. He and his entire staff are very professional and personable, I'm really glad I chose the Mack Center.

I shadowed Dr. Mack for about 10 surgeries and it was an experience of a lifetime! He was so open and kind and especially generous knowing that it was my first time in an OR. Dr. Mack did the Ptosis surgery on my left eyelid to correct the droopiness that had developed. The surgery was done in office which was a great options to have. He has a wonderful personality not often seen in surgeons and clearly he has great skills as I had no bruising and now my eyes are symmetrical once again. Dr. Mack did muscle surgery upper & lower lids on my eyes. The end result was amazing! Before my eyes could barely open by themselves & lifting my eyebrows to help was no longer working. I now have "almond shaped" eyes again & that heaviness on my upper lids is gone. You can see my entire eye without any effort on my part. An added benefit from the surgery is that my eyes no longer "dry out" at night.

I never realized that my eyes were not closing all the way when I slept, but now they are. I can't say enough about Dr Mack & his staff. They are professional, yet friendly & accommodating. I would refer Dr. Mack anytime.

I highly recommend Dr. Mack! He is an excellent surgeon and his staff is exceptional! I had, what they call "droopy eyes", where the eyelids were beginning to cover my eyes. One week after the surgery my stitches were removed and the swelling had gone done considerably. My peripheral vision is great and everything is so much brighter. There was basically no pain just a little bit of discomfort for the first two days. Thank you Dr. Mack and staff for all that you did.

My ophthalmologist recommended Dr. Mack and I am so happy he did. I had a mole on my lower eyelid that had started to grow after 40 years of just hanging out. Within a week and a half from my ophthalmologist's recommendation, I was in to see Dr. Mack. He did the biopsy that visit. I was given an appt a week later to get the results. Fortunately, it was benign.

He gave me several recommendations, but we decided on just removing the rest of the mole rather than a full surgery with stitches, etc. I came back in two weeks and he removed it all. It looks amazing. Can't tell I ever had a mole. He is kind, cheerful and, most of all, extremely good at what he does. I give him my highest recommendation!

Several months ago, I was diagnosed with skin cancer on my nose. my dermatologist Dr Maria Sotomayor, referred me to Dr Scott Lyndsey to perform the removal. Because the location was so close to my eye, after the surgery, I was. referred to Dr Mack.

I feel so blessed that Dr Mack repaired the wound. He is one of the most professional, talented doctors that I've ever met. My wound after almost four months, is not even noticed unless I point it out to others! My last appointment post surgery was yesterday, and I honestly felt a bit sad that I won't be seeing Dr Mack on a regular basis. Love Dr Mack! Met him 3 yrs ago when fiance had upper eye surgery. He did an amazing job! I recently had a consultation with him & he ask me all the right questions. #1 what is really bothering you? I shared with Dr Mack when I looked in the mirror I looked tired & wanted to look refreshed. He explain everything so carefully & assured me that I needed very little and would look very natural.

He did surgery on my lower lids & a very small amount of filler in the folds on each side of the mouth. It I has been 2 1/2 weeks and I am so thankful that I chose Dr Mack and his great staff. I love my new, refreshed look! I highly recommended Dr Mack to my friends & relatives!

I am so happy that Dr. Mack was the doctor I chose to have my eye surgery. He was very comforting and answered any questions I had even if they seemed crazy. His staff is the nicest office staff I have ever had interaction with from the receptionist Nina, to Sam who schedules the surgeries, to Jamie who does the billing and really listens when you have questions about the billing. Lauren was great taking my stiches out.

She knew I was very nervous and calmed me down. Sandy the office manager has done a great job in finding the right people to work at his office. Dr. Mack's assistant with the long blond hair whose name I forgot is super super sweet. This overall is a great office all around from the doctor to everyone in his office. After almost three years and three consultations with various Doctors I felt as if Dr. Mack was the right one. At 46 years old I had severe bags under my eyes! I finally had lower eye blepharoplasty done and could not be happier. My compliments to Dr. Mack and his staff. His expertise and skill are remarkable. I had a cyst growing in the corner of my right eye near the tear duct. Dr. Mack removed it and the result is amazing. You cannot see the surgical site. Friends can't tell I had anything done. I highly recommend Dr. Mack.

I had eyelid and under eye surgery and couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. The staff are all very friendly and professional. Dr. Mack was very attentive. I never felt rushed with him during any of my appointments. He is also very skilled. I had no pain and very little bruising. I am very happy with the results. 10.29.20 had lesion removed by Dr. Mack. No caring about you. Iwas a bit nervous going in. His tech who was getting everything ready spoke little to no words to me while I was waiting in the procedure room. Felt very alone. Finally after 30 minutes he came in and started. Couldn't even give me a tissue to blot my tears produced after he gave me an injection. instead he said to THE TECHNICIAN that I was a squeezer.

Well duh you just shot me in the eyelid with a needle which stings a tad bit. I felt objectified. Afterwards shown out to the brunette lady at the desk who couldn't even produce a receipt with details of the day events. I was confused seems like that would be a community standard. Imean what if there was a reaction to the medication injected and I needed to go to the hospital or something. SUPER annoyed with whole place. He did the job though. No side effects and healed perfectly.

I am nervous about doing any type of surgery, but I also wanted to be able to see without having to keep raising my forehead and brows which started giving me headaches and was straining to see. Dr. Mack and his team are wonderful, they talked me through the insurance and financial end, surgery did not hurt at all just a little uncomfortable but to be expected doing any type of surgery. The team kept in contact throughout the recovery. I am so happy I followed through with the eye & brow lift procedure. Thank you Dr. Mack and to your team.

My dermatologist referred me to this practice for a growth on my eyelid. Dr. Mack and his staff are very professional, friendly, and supportive. The office is a beautiful 1920s house, so I felt more comfortable and relaxed than at a typical medical office. Also, now that my eyelid has healed, you can't even see a scar. I had sagging eyelids, which began to cause me some issues. My vision began to reduce, and facial oils began to seep into my eyes. My doctor referred me to Dr. Mack for help in my situation. I am 52 years old and was really conscientious of my heavy upper eyelids. This is a hereditary trait but had gotten worse over the years. Dr. Mack is wonderful and a talented surgeon. I had my upper eyelids done and he is the best. I am so happy with results. There was no pain during or after procedure. He uses a wonderful anesthesiologist and his staff is excellent. Occumend pads and Arnica which he provided really minimize bruising and swelling. I really had no bruising, pain or bad after affects.

I know several other clients who have had eyelids and facelifts done by Dr. Mack who are also very happy. His prices are reasonable for the talented award winning surgeon he is. You won't be disappointed.

My primary, Dr. Ina, referred me to Dr. William P. Mack, MD. It was right before summer and wasn't sure if I was ready to go through surgery. The first time I called, I spoke to one of the staff, she explained that I could come in for a consultation with Dr. Mack, to see if I was a candidate for upper eyelid surgery. She explained that if it was approved by my insurance, we could schedule the first available surgery date, or wait until after the summer and schedule surgery at that time.

I had a lot of questions and she took her time and answered them all. The new patient paperwork is online and was so easy to complete, prior, to my first appointment. Did not have to wait long for an appointment. Dr. Mack was very thorough in explaining the procedure and what to expect and went over my medical history, medications, etc. Once I was approved by insurance co., for my surgery and given a date, a staff member e-mailed me all the necessary pre-surgery forms and information on pre-surgery medication & fruits to eat prior to surgery that would minimize swelling and bruising.

I followed all the instructions for before and after surgery and I hardly any bruising or swelling and took only one Tylenol the first night and never used, nor needed, the pain medication that was prescribed by Dr. Mack. Dr. Mack and all of his staff are very personable. I had my surgery May 15, 2017. It is so nice to drive and have my vision be so clear.

At the end of the day, I can now relax watch a movie and not have to put in drops for the redness and blurred vision that I had before surgery. Thank you again, Dr. Mack and staff for this wonderful procedure that produced excellent results and the very easy and great experience! I have already recommended two friends and will continue to do so, I am so pleased with the surgery and the results!

I took my daughter in for upper brow stitches a week ago. She had about a 1 -1/1/2 inch gash and it was pretty deep. I heard about Dr. Mack's reputation of being a very skilled surgeon, I was not prepared for my daughter's outstanding outcome! We are only 1 week out and there is barley a scar! Even the day of the stitches, there was very little swelling, and the stitches were seamless!

I had to go to the ER for another round of stitches about 2 years ago with my daughter and the scarring is horrible! Dr. Mack is gifted and his staff is nothing less than AWESOME! I would not hesitate to go to Dr. Mack for the best outcome and service!

I went to doctor Mack a year ago to have my eyes done, both upper and lower lids. Now I wake up every morning with a sharp pain in my left eye Until I find eye drops. He damaged my eye so that It does not lubricate itself. I shouldn't say he damaged it. When I was in surgery and I was awakened to test the eyelids an assistant was Working on one eye and he was working on the other.

The eyes were distinctly different after surgery you could see different people had stitched them up. The assistant actually did a better job On the upper lid than he did. The lower lid is What she screwed up. I am very unhappy with My result and wish I had not gone to Dr Mack This guy is no artist. Find someone else is my recommendation.

Dr. Mack is definitely the best at his craft. I was referred to him by ophthalmologist to have my eyelids evaluated. I had the surgery done by Dr. Mack and the results were amazing, the recovery time was very quick and pain free. I would never go to another plastic surgeon but Dr. Mack. I highly recommend him to anyone. The office staff is wonderful and are focused on taking care of the patient, they are a joy to deal with.

I am so happy I chose Dr. Mack to remove a mole I had under my eye. I was extremely nervous prior to this procedure, being that this mole was very close to my eye, and I was also scared of having an ugly scar on my face. The procedure took only about fifteen minutes and I am more than pleased with the outcome! Today is a month post-mole removal and I don't even have a scar under my eye! Dr. Mack and his staff are very skilled in what they do and I will be recommending The Mack Center to my friends and family.

I have visited for facials with Marcia and cosmetics with Loralee. Marcia understood my goals were aggressive and offered a treatment that got me to my goals fast. She has a lot of knowledge on peels and walked me through the process before during and for after-care. The TCA peel that I did also came with a follow up "clean up" session to remove all the remaining debris and leave my skin in perfect condition. Loralee is difficult to get into but is worth it!

She is highly educated on the most modern techniques and current products. As soon as something new comes on the market she already knows and provides honest opinions. I also like that she doesn't just carry one product line. She picks the best from multiple lines and doesn't try to push hard for them either. Will be going back in the future!

Dr Mack is awesome. Great staff and quality over quantity. I came to him after another eye surgeon (around the corner) totally messed up my eye from eye lid lifts., i was in bad shape. I had these masses in my lower lids that needed removal., he got me in very fast and helped me calm the damage down., a few days later he removed the masses. I am way better and hopefully when my eyes calm down he will fix my left eyelid that the other dr **itco left uneven. Thanks Dr Mack

I did a lot of online research before choosing Dr. Mack's practice and it paid off. Everyone is very professional and personable, from the receptionist when I called, to the office workers to the practitioners; Dr. Mack is extremely personable and friendly. After i made my first appointment I got a welcome email with general information about the practice.

I also got a phone call and text reminder a couple days before the appointment. I did not get any reminder before my next 2 appointments; not sure why they don't do it for every time, but no biggie, I have a calendar. The website is very easy to navigate and has all the information you need. There is a main house where Dr. Mack sees patients and a separate side house where facials, massages, etc. are done; I found both to be very clean and comfortable. Marcia, the esthetician, is amazing.

I have had a lot of facials and Marcia's is one of, if not the, best I have ever had. She was very thorough with her pre-treatment interview and very knowledgeable with her explanation and instructions; I was completely at ease during my facials and peel and knew exactly what to expect afterwards. After my peel, I got a follow up email from Marcia to see how I was doing and a follow up appointment reminder, AND I received a hand written note in the mail thanking me for my appointment and also with the follow up appointment. That is A++ service that is not so common these days! Overall this place is organized, and really makes you feel cared for!

I've been going to Dr. Mack's office for the past 2-3 years. He and his staff are personable, professional and very efficient with time management of patients. You never wait long once you arrive for your appointment. Dr. Mack has a great rapport with patients. He's concerned with any discomfort with procedures and minimizes any pain.

He explains his procedures and treatments clearly and uses layman terms without a lot of medical jargon. His skin care specialist and massage therapist, Marcia is very experienced, knowledgeable and puts you at ease right away. She offers advice for follow up appointments and products to use.
